Dream Come True es una hermosa casa recientemente renovada para alojar a 8 personas con 3 baños completos, 2 en la planta baja y 1 en la planta superior. Esta casa de campo se encuentra a pocos pasos de la playa y a una manzana del centro de Seaside.

El primer nivel tiene una sala de estar / comedor abierta con mesa para seis y una barra de desayuno con capacidad para 4. La sala de estar tiene puertas francesas que se abren a una terraza grande. La cocina es luminosa, con mucha luz natural por la mañana y por la tarde. Hay un porche privado con mosquitero y una mesa para dos personas. Se ha agregado una sala de baño completa abajo para los huéspedes y el rey maestro ahora tiene su propio baño privado con lavamanos doble.

En el segundo nivel, el dormitorio con dos camas y la reina comparten un baño contiguo completo que también ha sido completamente renovado. El dormitorio de la reina tiene una terraza privada que sirve como una escapada tranquila. Hay un altillo con una cama nido que duerme dos por encima de la cocina que da a la sala de estar. El loft es un excelente segundo espacio para descansar. La puerta exterior en el desván brinda acceso a una terraza y una cubierta amuebladas al aire libre. El hogar tiene acceso a Internet inalámbrico y por cable, (2) televisores de pantalla plana de 42 ", además de dos televisores adicionales en el hogar para entretenimiento. Hay una lavadora y secadora en el hogar también.

What an amazing location!

The beach access at Ruskin was easy to use, right across the street, and honestly not crowded at all. CabanaMan rentals made it super easy. The house is a little bit dated and could use some updates but totally fine for what we needed. Can't wait to go back.

No need to drive, you can walk anywhere.- It is on the smaller side but there are ample areas to hang out. My kids loved playing in the loft area and sitting on the porch.- Puzzles and books to use while you stay. Lots of sleeping areas.- Quiet street with privacy and parking space.- Bright, well decorated! There is a lot squeezed in this cute home.Cons: -Very sparse in terms of kitchen items or anything extra (limited silverware, one hot pad, a handful of hangers). Coffee maker was cheap and wouldn't work the last day. - Condition of the outdoor furniture on the main uncovered deck was mostly unusable (very worn wood set).- Furniture seemed crowded and left little room for movement or personal belongings.- Ample seating for 6 to eat but chairs were too tall compared to table. Not so comfy!

The only issue we had was with the condition of the home there are many things that need to be addressed, starting with the rinse off station in the back of the house it’s in operable. The porch swing in front has very weak links that are bent, the front door does not close very securely due to loose hardware. The television Roku remotes are not very responsive. Lots of spiders in the house, dusty areas the side door has a nice gap in it for critters to come in. The master bedroom Air conditioning vent blows right on you and has little to no adjustments and the bathroom, shower door squeaks very loudly and has very low water pressure in the showerhead, the microwave in the kitchen is not in an ideal spot and needs to be updated kitchen lights did not work, master bathroom lights are very dim. The rug in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable to walk on.

My family came for the week of spring break. The location was great — so close to both Seaside shopping and restaurants and the beach. The property was clean and well accommodated. Would love to stay there again!

The location was perfect! The furniture needs replaced- and rugs were stained- but overall was good. The house was clean and linens were fresh. Beds were comfortable. We will stay at location again in future.

An inventory needs to be done on kitchen equipment- not enough pots and pans to fix bacon and eggs, etc. Spend $200 for a new set. When one flies in for a week stay, you should provide more than 2 days of dishwasher soap, laundry- for the price of the house rental, ridiculous we have to buy at the store and then leave behind. Did not like the surprise bug visitors in the kitchen, bath and bedroom.

The common area downstairs is small, so if your whole group likes to hang together in one room, you will be cramped with more than 4-5 there. But we usually had several people in our group who went up to the loft if we were all inside. It worked for us, but definitely something to consider - especially if you have more than 6. But otherwise, it was great. 6 adults, all of whom showered when we came back from the beach, and we never ran out of hot water. The service from Homeowners Collection was great. We used them for stocking our groceries, bringing us a few missing amenities, and receiving delivery of some floats and things before we arrived. A+ all round. They texted regularly, and responded promptly to anything we sent. A great week.

I took my 2 daughters for an end of school beach trip (my friend came to join us). The house is definitely in a great location. It did rain our whole stay and the water was closed for 2 of the 3 days we were there. But we did have a wonderful time going to the shops, playing games, and watching movies. Would stay here again for the great location !

Reviewer Comments: We loved the houseThere are only LITTLE things that need attentionThe bathroom plugs in the master were not working so the after hours folks walked me through finding the proper GFI reset!The ceiling light in the bath upstairs was hanging wires with no bulb or fixtureThe front door code locked us out a couple of times but they answered right away to send us a new codeThe ceiling fans in the bedrooms do not have switches to turn them off so we worked to get a chain in the one that didn’t have one so we could adjust the wind over our heads. They helped us the next day!The HOT water on the outdoor shower was SO amazing to have on the chilly windy days right after being on the beach! Loves thatWe noticed when we started unloading our groceries when we moved the coffee pot that there were lots of crumbs under it so it wasn’t completely spotless-but that was the only cleanliness issue we noticed. Overall it’s a great house and we recommend it!The property managers we very very helpful and responsive!

The bedrooms were comfortable and the house is close to the beach, pool and green space. The hose and shower outside were convenient as well for getting all the sand off before heading inside. Loved the screened in porch and porch swing too. I will say the sofas all need replacing but they were good enough for us.

It’s situated one block from town center and just a few houses from 30A and the beach. The home was more than big enough for us, and we appreciated having 3 bathrooms. It’s a little dated, but it’s certainly sufficient for a beach house. The living room couch may be missed some cushions because there was always a gap between the 2 that were there. Any criticisms are minor. This property is lovely, and we would stay there again in an instant.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to visit Seaside. We took the only house in the area that was available for my vacation week. We were very surprised when we arrived. Location is perfect! Just a block from all the action and 4 houses away from the beach. I do think the house needs some maintenance: washer was full of mold, dining room chairs have dirt caked on the top of the backs, and the upstairs shower held water in the bottom (slow to drain). The living room and dining room are a bit tight, especially for 8 people. The kitchen is a great and roomy size and had all the basics you need. We really enjoyed the screened in porch tremendously. The side deck was the perfect hangout spot. Let’s not forget the front balcony. Incredible views! You cannot see the water from there because of the neighbors trees but if it’s quiet in the community, you can hear it. The loft was a big bonus for us along with the outdoor shower that even had hot water. Speaking of hot water, our family of 8 all showered (even rinsed off outside before) and we never ran out of hot water. It’s a great house and great location, just lacking some maintenance! We also experienced excellent customer service from Homeowners Collection. The communication was great and the welcoming gifts were enjoyed!
