Exclusiva casa frente al mar de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños, con una piscina de natación y una gran playa como patio, que incluye múltiples salones al aire libre y áreas de terraza.

La propiedad está ubicada en una comunidad cerrada exclusiva, situada en 3/4 acres en lujosas propiedades de sotavento. La propiedad cuenta con 120 pies de frente de agua en el patio trasero en el sistema de canales más hermoso y deseado en Turks & Caicos. Fácil acceso a agua cristalina de 15 pies para practicar surf de remo, kayak y otros juegos acuáticos. Practique snorkel en el patio trasero para ver estrellas de mar gigantes, caracolas, tortugas marinas y una gran variedad de hermosos peces.

Recientemente remodelada y apta para niños, esta casa cuenta con todas las comodidades, incluyendo encimeras de mármol, electrodomésticos nuevos, aire acondicionado, muebles nuevos, baños y mucho más.

Comfortable, Quiet & Clean

Family spring break holiday and this home served us very well. The driving directions were not accurate and caused confusion and delays in our finding the property. Thankfully the host was able to meet us on the road and lead us to the location.Overall, we were very satisfied with this property for a number of reasons including by not limited to: Quiet, safe neighborhood that was impeccably clean. The house was well equipped, had high quality linens, furnishings, appliances, excellent gas grill, TV/Cable, Laundry, fitness and ceiling fans. The main level of the home is spacious and comfortable. The WiFi was excellent and served us very well. The pool was more than adequate and provided a nice area for teenage boys to recreate and stay cool. It was fun to be on the canal to see the boats, sea turtles and use the paddle boards. Lovely spot with beautiful landscaping and decor. The original listing indicated that the property had a hot tub but that was unfortunately not the case. Unless you plan to spend all of your time at the house - you need to rent a car. You cannot reasonably walk to any eatery etc and taxi service is expensive and inconsistent. Property did not provide any area “recommendations” or instructions page for guests and did not have an ice maker - used ice trays instead. No shampoo, facial tissues or napkins were provided and only a single roll of paper towel so we had to purchase all of that. Water pressure in bathroom showers was fair at best.

Wonderful experience for our family of 5

Our family has been coming to Turks since 2010 and this was by far our best (read easiest for parents) family vacation ever. This was our first VRBO rental on the island as we have 3 high energy boys and we outgrew the resorts - we have been staying at the Palms all these years so that's our basis for comparison. Richard and Fiona's house was great for us - perfect location, right on the canal so you can do the paddle boards or just watch the boats and turtles pass by and feed the fish in the morning, and it's also 2 min walk to the most amazing part of the beach on Provo (use the Going Through access point and then walk around the tip of the island). Leeward is also the safest and nicest neighborhood on the island and it's 10 min drive from everything you need on the island - groceries, restaurants on the beach, entertainment, etc. The house itself is perfect for a family of 4 or 5 - the pool is great and the kitchen has everything you need to spend a week on groceries and leisure cooking. My favorite part of the experience was sitting down by the canal, drinking my coffee before everybody was up:). Would love to come back soon!

Perfect Property for a Perfect Vacation!

So many good things I don't know where to start. What's funny is we talked about leaving a review by starting with "I wasn't going to leave a review so no one else would book it when we want to come back" and we all laughed out loud when we saw someone else already said the same on their review!! It's honestly the truth... we absolutely LOVED everything about this vacation and it all starts with this beautiful home! Richard and Fiona are the best hosts you'll ever have. Their recommendations for activities and dinners were the best! The house itself was also perfect for our family of 4 adults. Clean, spacious and great layout! We did dinner in one night and had some great steaks and seafood on the gas grill down by the canal. There wasn't a single day that went by without taking a ride or two on the paddle boards or snorkeling around the dock. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. If you're reading this and considering your options, do yourself a favor and just book it and relax knowing you're going to have a great vacation!! I'll also add that when renting your car, Grace Bay Car Rentals was no hassle and pick up/drop off right at the airport. Thank you for everything Richard and Fiona!! We hope to be back soon!! Michael

Amazing location with great host!

Fantastic location! We booked this house on VRBO and couldn't be happier. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Plus, its proximity to local attractions made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable rental experience.

Amazing Property

The house and location were absolutely perfect. Host was extremely accessible. House was beautiful and comfortable. Loved the access to paddle boats. Saw sharks and turtles right at waters edge!

Great location, great villa, great value

We had a great experience in this villa. We found the value to be very good, especially as compared to some pricier villas. We liked that the house is nice and authentic, as compared to other villas recently built clearly to be rentals. The pool size is nice, pretty much full size. The grounds are beautiful. The canal water is as blue as in the pictures. We caught some fish in the canal (Jacks and a Bonefish), saw a sea turtle multiple times and saw a big ray right off the edge of the property. Having the paddleboards was great, a fun way to explore the beautiful canal. The kitchen has all you need. The basement area was great for the kids to hang out. While we are not Turks & Caicos experts, staying in the Leeward Settlement seems to be the right move, unless you are determined to stay in a resort to have resort amenities. The Leeward Settlement is consistently safe and upscale. There are some quiet and beautiful beaches on the east and north coast of Leeward you can quickly get to. It is a short drive to the heart of Grace Bay and the Bight Beach, which are in the heart of the resorts with wide beaches and perfectly clear water (but more people than the Leeward beaches). In these places you can find free parking, if you want bring your own chairs or pay reasonable prices for sun loungers, bring your own food/drinks or walk up to the resort restaurants and other restaurants. Richard was a great host, great communication, clearly wanted to ensure we had a great experience.

The house was ideal for us. Had everything we needed. PERFECT location. The canals are amazing for paddle boarding. Well-equipped. Didn’t want to leave! The hosts went above and beyond. Made great recommendations and helped with anything we needed. They were very responsive. Cannot say enough good things about this rental! Also a great price! Thank you, Richard and Fiona!!

Perfect Location...Relaxing Vacation

We had a wonderful stay@ Leeward Settlement. We were initially booked at another villa on the other side of the island. The owners canceled on us at the last minute when they realized it was doubled booked. It turned out to be a blessing. We loved this home and its proximity to everything. The view from the waterfront was the best. We enjoyed using the pool, paddle boards and kayaking. Richard was especially helpful with restaurant recommendations and water activity/rental tour suggestions. We would definitely book again and recommend to friends!

Heaven!

I did not want to leave a review because I do not want to have to compete with others when I try to book again!!! Honestly, everything was perfect. Richard was amazing....communicating the whole time, offering suggestions for food, tours, activities etc. The home was amazingly comfortable, perfectly appointed, and fully functional. The pool, the fact that we were right on the canal, the paddleboards, kayaks, private beach...all of it was perfect. We will be back for sure, and I cannot recommend this house highly enough. Thank you Richard!!!! What a spot.

Quiet and private villa on Leeward canal

My family usually stays at an all-inclusive when we visit Provo but wanted a change of pace now that the kids are a bit older and this spot worked out well for us. Easy access to the mangroves for kayaking and backdoor pick up for an amazing boat trip with Captain Sam and Floyd. There were several beach access points within the settlement but a car is necessary for the nicest spots. Our host made some good recommendations for restaurants and helped us rent a car when our reservation fell through at the busiest time of year (we literally got the last rental on the island!) we are sad to be leaving!

Lovely home by the water

We had a wonderful time and loved the home we stayed. Beautifully kept with all amenities we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Huge thanks to Richard for being such gracious host. We had some water problems on the first day and he immediately took care of it: plumber was sent on Saturday night to fix the problem! Everything was perfect! Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful property! Owner was extremely accessible and offered suggestions to make the stay perfect. Provided everything we needed including daily house cleaning. Very accessible to leeward beach nearby. This trip was one of our best trips and we travel often!
