Este hermoso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños ubicado en el lado del golfo de México de la propiedad: pasee por el bulevar hasta la exquisita arena de coral de la mundialmente famosa playa Crescent, ¡a un corto paseo de cinco minutos! Este condominio es una unidad Club Suite Corner que ofrece un pozo bien iluminado, espacioso de 1,305 pies cuadrados y está situado en el 3er piso. # 175 duerme cómodamente un máximo de seis para cumplir con el Código de Bomberos del Condado de Sarasota.
El dormitorio principal está amueblado con 2 camas Queen size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 40 "y se completa con una ducha a ras de suelo y también está equipado con una barra de ducha.
La habitación de invitados está amueblada con 1 cama King size con un televisor de pantalla plana de alta definición de 32 "y tiene una combinación de ducha / bañera en el baño de visitas.
La sala está equipada con un gran televisor de pantalla plana de 60 "con servicio de TV FIOS HD para su disfrute.
Ambos baños fueron recientemente remodelados con encimeras de granito nuevas.

Beautiful condo! Great location! It was very clean and spacious and had a nice view from the porch. Aside from a slow drain in the bathroom sink, the condo was fantastic. We loved everything about it and we hope to be back again!

Property was as expected, great location and security. Beach was excellent. Unit was well maintained and clean. Only suggestion would be the floor-was a little dirty on the feet even on the first day.

Awesome place!

We stayed here with a group of friends. Great place! It was clean and had lots of room. It was a short ride to town and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Rental

Rental was spacious, clean and has a very well stocked variety of kitchen supplies, which made it very easy to cook. Check-in and out was very simple. Access to beach and use of chairs and umbrellas also very easy to coordinate. Would definitely stay here again.

Location

Loved the location! Only a short walk down paved pathway to the beach. The beach wagon and cooler provided was helpful! My kids loved the heated pool which was right out the door to the property. The screened in porch was relaxing to sit and listen to the ocean in the evenings. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was extremely clean and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed to have meals at the condo. The owner provided a beach wagon which helped so much with taking our supplies down to the beach. Even though it’s a short walk we could throw our towels and bags in there. Check in was super fast and friendly. The private beach here is amazing. We had plenty of space and it wasn’t too crowded. The pool was sparkling and warm. They had a great workout room as well. We would definitely stay here again.
