Este otoño se realizarán renovaciones en el exterior de la Gran Torre. Por favor llame a la oficina para más detalles. Este hermoso condominio frente al golfo de dos dormitorios y dos baños está ubicado en el octavo piso de nuestro edificio Grande Tower y tiene una estadía mínima de cinco noches. Las vistas del Golfo de México se pueden ver desde la unidad, ¡perfectas para ver los atardeceres al atardecer! El dormitorio principal tiene una hermosa cama king con un televisor de pantalla plana de 43 "con servicio de HD. El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas matrimoniales con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ". Para cumplir con el código de incendios del Condado de Sarasota, el número máximo de invitados que pueden dormir en esta unidad es de seis. El baño principal tiene una ducha a ras de suelo con barras de apoyo, y el baño de visitas tiene una bañera también equipada con una barra de apoyo. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Está totalmente equipado con todos los elementos necesarios para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora, cafetera y cafetera Keurig. We had a lovely time! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the view is amazing. Chair service on the beach was perfect!

We Loved the location of our condo in the North Tower. The view was spectacular, my grandkids were ecstatic when we walked in. The furnishings and bedding and towels were very nice and well kept. The kitchen had a large assortment of plates, glassware, cookware and utensils. I especially liked the foyer entrance that had plenty of shelves, room for shoes and hooks to hang towels...you could keep all of the mess just inside the door. The beach service was so helpful and always cheerful. The only negatives upon arrival: the floors seemed a bit dirty and there were no paper towels. But that was a minor inconvenience! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Condo is oceanfront as described. Bright & clean w/easy beach access (beach towels included) & on site security. Has everything you need in kitchen. I would recommend this condo. It was perfect for my husband and I. This was our first time in Siesta Key. The area is beautiful & has options for transportation to restaurants, etc. Laundry is in hallway, easy to use via an app.

Nice place but a few things to consider…

Very pretty place with great decor and comfy beds facing the beach. However, the property claims to have washer & dryer, but it’s communal and you pay to launder. Also, bring your own paper towels, TP, even salt and pepper! They should at least give starter pack essentials. For what you pay to rent, they could definitely provide the shampoo/cond & body wash dispensers they have in many VRBOs and hotels. Also, the description doesn’t indicate that there is daily beach lounge service included. Pretty attractive detail to advertise. All in all a very nice vacation.

Great spot on siesta key

We checked in after hours but had no issues. The security person was super friendly & gave us instructions to check in. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. Would definitely return!

We love the quick access to the beach and the convenience of renting beach equipment right on the property. Best of all, the sunsets were a sight to behold. The only negative was we were there during the Tropical Storm, Debby, and the windows leaked during heavy rain. We had to soak up a large amount of water, using all the towels in the unit. It was nice to have puzzles and games available during the storm.

Beautiful Property!

Accommodations were great! Everything we needed for 2 adults and 4 grandchildren, ages 7-12. The view was spectacular, if you are coming for the view this can’t be beat. The staff on the beach assisting with chairs and umbrellas made the week even more relaxing. Plan to provide your own umbrella or reserve and pay a $40 daily rate from a rental company located on the beach in front of the property. The unit was nicely updated and clean. The beds were comfortable and the extra pillows and blankets were appreciated. Great week, would stay again!!

The condo we rented was beautifully decorated and very clean! Everything was easily accessable from this location. I cannot say more about that view though. What an amazing location to watch the sunset from your kitchen window over such a great beach! If I had to criticize anything it would be the distance to the pool. And again this was not a big deal because we were really there for the beach. I would highly recommend this location.

Absolutely Amazing!

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It is SO gorgeous. It’s the most well stocked condo I’ve ever stayed in. There’s everything you could need. The beds in the bedroom with two beds are extremely comfortable. I even tried to find the name so I could purchase one. I was told the master bed was comfy too. We are already planning our stay at this condo for next year.

It had all the amenities you could ask for from glasses, dishes, silverware and much, much more. Our only complaint upon arriving was the cable TV did not work. It was addressed somewhat quickly, and then the internet could not be accessed. That concern was never fixed. I had to go across the hall and sit on the floor to access the internet, perhaps I was connecting from the other rooms. But, I would stay there again and loved everything about it except for the internet problem.
