Went Over and Above for a Wonderful Family Stay
Really appreciated your responsiveness & patience, answering questions and addressing any concerns, from start to finish. I loved that you checked in with texts even while we stayed at the property, which gave me the chance to reach out about anything. You went over and above to provide me with kitchen utensils not already in the house. :) The house itself was lovely, spacious and everything was in great shape!!! It worked out wonderfully for us, with two young families with toddlers and grandparents, with plenty of room to spread out, quiet for nap taking on different levels, and excellent blinds/shades to block out the sun. We did need to rent baby equipment, like high chairs, cribs, and a beach wagon, for those wondering, and brought our own beach towels as they are not provided. Appreciated the good quality outdoor furniture on the balcony and pool deck as well. The grill worked great and it was so nice that it was already wired for gas to the house...easy to use. The pool was super clean, and loved the different levels, which again worked wonderfully for toddlers wanting to play in the shallow water on the wide first step down. The view from the house was spectacular, with a short (only 3 houses down) walk to the private boardwalk to the beach. Felt very safe with the coded beach gate, and drive through guarded gate. We were able to see the Claytons Beach Bar fireworks wonderfully from our balcony. The only thing that would have been helpful, was to have more extra blankets on hand, for extra warmth when needed or for cuddling on the couch. Because two families flew in, they couldn't bring extra blankets, and it felt chilly at night for some with the air conditioning on, because preferred temperatures were different for everyone. Did appreciate separate thermostats for each level of the house, and a separate laundry room which was used a lot! The beach in front was also lovely, we were within easy walking distance of Clayton's Beach Bar, and super close to Sea Turtle Inc and the Wildlife and Bird Refuge. Super convenient for what we wanted to do. Very nice to have the ice maker in the pool level kitchenette area, and extra refrigeration space upstairs and downstairs. We did lots of eating in, so that was super helpful. Would love to stay here again some day!
