Clean, Easy, and Ready on Arrival

Rental equipment was clean and in great shape. Loved how the chairs had a strap to buckle them closed. Carrying things on the cart was so easy. Loved how it was waiting for us at the house in the side yard upon our arrival. Ordering the equipment was easy.

Excellent Vacation

We had 6 in our family and it was perfect! So much space and great balconies.. Exactly as described. Beds & bedding were great! We loved the warm pool and hot tub The views are amazing and house layout worked out for our teens to stay on bottom floor next to pool. It was nice to be close to Clayton’s and restaurants in walking distance on the beach. We will definitely rent this house again!

Gorgeous Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It’s on the beach in a gated community with round the clock security. The home is wonderful with plenty of amenities. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Two complaints 1) zero water pressure if the washer is going and someone is trying to shower. The water in the master bedroom shower literally turned off to nothing and I had to wait until someone could go down and turn off the washer 2) the main floor stayed at 76 or higher the whole time with the front bedroom easily 80 most days. Lowe’s and upper floors were fine but the main floor is where the largest sitting place is and kitchen and dining are located.

Amazing!

House was amazing! We loved walking on the beach. And we even saw a Space X launch! The house was exactly as described in the listing. Everything we could possibly want was provided. Even though the weather didn't cooperate, we had a great time! Highly recommend!

Went Over and Above for a Wonderful Family Stay

Really appreciated your responsiveness & patience, answering questions and addressing any concerns, from start to finish. I loved that you checked in with texts even while we stayed at the property, which gave me the chance to reach out about anything. You went over and above to provide me with kitchen utensils not already in the house. :) The house itself was lovely, spacious and everything was in great shape!!! It worked out wonderfully for us, with two young families with toddlers and grandparents, with plenty of room to spread out, quiet for nap taking on different levels, and excellent blinds/shades to block out the sun. We did need to rent baby equipment, like high chairs, cribs, and a beach wagon, for those wondering, and brought our own beach towels as they are not provided. Appreciated the good quality outdoor furniture on the balcony and pool deck as well. The grill worked great and it was so nice that it was already wired for gas to the house...easy to use. The pool was super clean, and loved the different levels, which again worked wonderfully for toddlers wanting to play in the shallow water on the wide first step down. The view from the house was spectacular, with a short (only 3 houses down) walk to the private boardwalk to the beach. Felt very safe with the coded beach gate, and drive through guarded gate. We were able to see the Claytons Beach Bar fireworks wonderfully from our balcony. The only thing that would have been helpful, was to have more extra blankets on hand, for extra warmth when needed or for cuddling on the couch. Because two families flew in, they couldn't bring extra blankets, and it felt chilly at night for some with the air conditioning on, because preferred temperatures were different for everyone. Did appreciate separate thermostats for each level of the house, and a separate laundry room which was used a lot! The beach in front was also lovely, we were within easy walking distance of Clayton's Beach Bar, and super close to Sea Turtle Inc and the Wildlife and Bird Refuge. Super convenient for what we wanted to do. Very nice to have the ice maker in the pool level kitchenette area, and extra refrigeration space upstairs and downstairs. We did lots of eating in, so that was super helpful. Would love to stay here again some day!

Great stay!

House is beautiful with a pool right on the beach! Had a few minor maintenance issues but management was on it and friendly. Overall great house and trip!

The house is spectacular! The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are comfortable and the en suite bathrooms are an added plus. Our family enjoyed everything the house has to offer. Will definitely be back!

Would love to come back!

The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay! We had lots of room for our group to spread out, and the location was great, with super easy access to the beach and both the north and south sides of the island. There were a lot of strict warnings and rules about the HOA, but we didn't run into any issues. Seems like they're really just trying to keep partiers out. If you're respectful, you won't have any issues. Loved the easy access to the beach, and the fact that we could reach a few bars and restaurants directly from the house, via a quick beach walk. Overall, a great property and would love to come back!

SPI Beach House

We had a wonderful time. The location was great. The house was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Beach walks and fishing and dolphins all great. Couple suggestions: more paper supplies, kitchen towels and washcloths needed, shower levers need work. They did not stay put when trying to use big shower heads. The terrible sewer smell in top floor bathroom. The grill outside was so filthy we could not use it, bummed about that. Could use a couple throw blankets for hanging out in the family room. But nothing that would prevent us from renting again. Thanks for a good time.

Outstanding!

Perfect spot with waterfront views AND private pool! Size was perfect for family reunion with 10 adults. In a great location with restaurants and bars walkable from the beach. There was really nothing to not love about this home, except maybe not being able to use the elevator if you are traveling with older adults. Would not hesitate to book again!
