¡Este condominio hace que sus vacaciones sean fáciles y relajantes! Este espacioso condominio en la planta baja ofrece a todos mucho espacio y capacidad para 8 personas. La gran cocina y el comedor hacen que las comidas sean sencillas. Use la parrilla justo afuera de su puerta, o camine fácilmente a los restaurantes y bares cercanos. Está a solo unos pasos de hermosas playas de arena blanca, o pasa el día descansando junto a la piscina climatizada. Great loacation

Condo located just steps from the beautiful beach, and many restaurants are within walking distance. The pool was also warm and very clean Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Would stay here again!!

Solid value for great location

The layout is perfect for 2 small families. Spacious condo. The furnishings are a bit dated but that's why it's such a great value for an outstanding spot. Overall highly recommend for spacious beach stay that's affordable.

This is a great part of St Pete Beach to stay. The on site office is awesome, with friendly employees! We enjoyed walking the area, eating at Rick’s reef, Giuseppe’s pizza, caddy’s on the beach, tiki bagel and many others. We were disappointed the Paradise Grille was closed during our visit, but took an uber to the location at Pass A Grille and had a great day there. The rental unit itself was just ok. The kitchen was well stocked, shower was nice, air conditioning worked well and there was a lot of storage. There were coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. The 1.5 baths were nice and hard to find this option in this part of st Pete beach. However, we couldn’t quite get comfortable in the unit. The front door is warped (probably from the hurricane in 2024) and literally needed yanked open. The back door isn’t even functional. It has a deadbolt, but NO DOORKNOB. It would be great if this was functioning as it is right next to the laundry facilities. But instead of being able to use this door, you have to walk around the entire complex. Next- the beds. It was kind of like sleeping on a brick wrapped in a diaper. Very noisy, too firm, cheap frame etc. The other downfall was seating. There are sleeping arrangements for 6, but only 3 people can fit on the couch, and the only chairs are the wooden chairs from the dining room table. I would recommend smaller dining room table and add another couch or loveseat. Overall- love the location but would not rent this unit again.

Great Location to the beach & spacious condo

The location of the condo to the beach, stores and restaurants is so convenient. You can walk everywhere and do not have to worry about packing the car up or finding a parking space for the beach. The condo had plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 children. It had all of the amenities needed and it was great to have a full bath and a half bath. We had a wonderful family vacation.

Nicely renovated and perfect location.

We’ve stayed at this facility previously and loved the location to the beach and the pool amenities. Condo was nicely renovated and stocked with basics and beach accessories. A couple of recommendations: condo was lightly cleaned before our arrival, could use floors cleaned and bugs/sand/dirt removed. Kitchen was fully stocked with essential kitchenware-recommend basic seasonings for cabinet (salt/pepper), cooking spray etc. Both exterior doors do not close tightly and can see the outside. Recommend new doors for safety and minimizing outside elements entering the building. Also beds were extremely uncomfortable. Would absolutely still stay here again!

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that there were some issues with your stay. We have addressed cleanliness issues with our cleaning staff. We agree that the doors need further care. They were warped due to Hurricane Helene. They are due to be replaced, but as part of a condo complex, it is a lengthy process requiring HOA approval. Rest assured that the deadbolts and safety chains in place keep the condo locked securely. The mattresses on all beds (two queen, bunk beds, and pull-out couch) have been replaced. We, along with our kids, slept on the new mattresses over a week straight without issue. Thank you for the feedback. We look forward to hosting you again.

This unit with its completely accessible front room was great for independence for family in a wheelchair. The location was excellent and was super easy to get to pool/beach/snackbar, all completely rollable. Made for a W/c friendly vaca. We will for sure be back!

Convenient location on St Pete Beach

Clean and as advertised, this unit puts you close to everything great about St Pete Beach. The unit is a little dated but if you plan on spending most of your time on the beach or the bars does it really matter anyhow? Our group of four had plenty of room and no disturbances from other people staying here. Would recommend

Nice apartment very close to the beach

Our family of 6 enjoyed the accommodation in the apartment for a long weekend wedding event. The apartment was impeccably clean. A small issue with the A/C when we arrived was addressed right away by the management company. The apartment is a little dated but served our needs fine.

nice place

This condo is very nice - good kitchen and living space. There is one bedroom at each end of the condo so seven getting up at night does not bother those in the other bedroom. The location is great as it is across the street from the beach. Could be better if the grounds keepers did not run their mower and trimmer at 7:30 am or if the garbage truck did not pick up the garbage at 6:30 am - but you can't do much about that.

Well stocked with housewares and recreational supplies. Plenty of space Convenient location. Honestly have only 1 complaint....The carpet was extremely dirty....1 walk across the floor and my feet were black. Can't imagine small children playing on the floor. Otherwise, I would definitley book another stay!

Thank you for your comments. We try to keep the condo fully stocked with housewares and do love our location. We agree with your concern about our floors. We have had the carpet cleaned multiple times but are going to completely replace it this summer.

The unit was spacious. However, it was not as clean as we expected it to be in and around the kitchen area! Also the sink in the master bathroom was plugged up and could not be used. Otherwise the unit was acceptable. Very close to the beach which was great! Office support was exception!

excellent location, outdated furnishings

Pros: The condo is in an excellent location! The size of the space was very good sized and will fit a family easily, bathrooms were updated and nice, everything was as clean as possible. Cons: all furnishings were very outdated by 40 years. Both the carpet and couch had stains. Mattresses were old and uncomfortable! locks on the doors could be updated to a changeable keypad. refrigerator was noisy. overall rating of a 7

Great location, great condo for families

The 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 5. The location is great. Pool after the beach was great for the kids! The condo could use some updating, but overall it was exactly as we expected. 1st floor location kept us from dragging beach toys/chairs up stairs. Location is right next to laundry room which came in handy. My one request is more beach gear. There was no functional umbrella and only camping chairs, no beach chairs. A beach wagon would be a true bonus. Kitchen was stocked with enough supplies for us to make breakfast and lunch. Coolers is located in the condo. 1 1/2 bathroom worked out great for our family to be able to get ready in the morning and when going to dinner. Many restaurants within walking distance. 4 ice cream stands within walking distance. There are 2 free transport services, Freebie is the name of one…I cannot remember the other name. We ended up renting a car and didn’t need these services. Publix and Walmart are within a 10 minute drive for groceries. Be warned-we tried Walmart Grocery pickup and the store could not fulfill our order. Needed up going to Walmart and handpicking our items. Chill is a great restaurant over on Corey street. There is a Sunday market on Corey street as well with produce, crafts, and baked goods. Great experience for us in Upham Beach!

Weekend Getaway

This is our second time staying here and we will be back again. You cannot beat this location. Just a couple blocks from restaurants/bars and right next to the beach. Be sure to buy toilet paper and bring all your toiletries as there is only one roll provided for each bathroom. No big deal for us!

Great location!!!

I loved this place!! I will say it wasn’t very clean upon arrival however I loved the location!!! The lady who ran the front desk was so helpful and kind. The unit is pretty outdated but perfect for a beach vacation. Lots of room!!!!!! The shower seemed a bit dangerous for my parents who are older. They need to add a mat or something to it. It’s very slippery! I would definitely stay here again!
