Hermosa casa frente al golfo de siete habitaciones, cinco baños, cocina gourmet y sala de estar hundida. El nivel principal de esta casa ofrece una cocina de lujo, comedor tradicional, bar con comedor adicional, sala de estar hundida, habitación de matrimonio con baño privado y dormitorio de la reina que comparte un baño con la sala de estar. El lado sur de la sala de estar tiene todas las puertas y ventanas de vidrio que ofrecen maravillosas vistas del Golfo. El piso superior de la casa fue renovado en la primavera de 2014 y ofrece una suite principal con un baño principal de lujo y un pequeño balcón privado con vista al golfo. Hay dos dormitorios reina adicionales en este nivel, que comparten una sala de baño. El nivel inferior de la casa ofrece dos dormitorios y un baño. Una de estas habitaciones tiene cuatro camas individuales, la otra tiene una cama queen y dos gemelas. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home matching every bit of the description on VRBO. It is well kept as far as modern amenities and has a well stocked kitchen to support large groups. Paradise beach homes keeps the communication to the right amount and is very responsive before/ during the stay. We had little requests and they took care of things promptly. Our favorite part was the warm pool and the sleeping arrangement for our group of >20 people. We visited over Christmas but definitely it would be fun place in summer as well.

It has become a family tradition to spend Thanksgiving week in Pensacola Beach and this is our preferred home having rented it twice over the last five years. Always clean with a garage full of beach toys and an inviting swimming pool just steps from the gorgeous ocean view deck. You can’t go wrong with this lovely home!

The Best!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: That’s what all of the kids and grandkids kept saying! This is the best place ever! And then we would all list our favorite things about the house. The back deck was a spectacular place to sit and talk in the mornings and evenings; plenty of comfortable seating and the perfect view of the seaside. Watching dolphins swim back and forth each day was so much fun for all of us. A family of cooks, the wide open living/kitchen middle floor was so enjoyable and large enough for all 18 of us to be together, while working on puzzles, playing games, doing meal prep, watching tv, and just talking. The kitchen was well equipped and, like all of the home’s decor, thoughtfully chosen dishes and glassware. The two dishwashers were nice! All of the couples loved having their own bedrooms and the kids were thrilled with their own cute bunk room, as well as all of the secret cubbies so cleverly decorated. The game room downstairs near the pool was an added bonus, as were the abundance of beach toys, beach chairs and towels. The beautiful white sands and clear water was so clean and felt like our own private beach. The location of the house could not be better, just a few minutes from groceries and shopping, a quiet neighborhood and an easy drive to the airport. It’s easily a 5 Star home from top to bottom and we would highly recommend it to others.

Lots of kitchen utensils etc, lots of beach towels, such soft bath towels and lots of games!The pool is the best and has the most comfortable seating in pool area. Had an electrical issue with no hot water one night but Paradise promptly had it remedied. They are very responsive to any problems!My only suggestion is a couple of the mattresses might need to be replaced- the one in master and king bed on main level in front bedroom. I would highly recommend this house!

Paradise Homes even allowed our group an early check in and late check out because of our flights. Hope to come back soon - highly recommend

Amazing location but mold and humidity in two bedrooms

Location was perfect and the access to the beach and pool was ideal especially with small kiddos. Only problem is there is mold on the lower level where there is a king size bedroom and the bunk room. Bunk room does not have any windows which surprises me because in an emergency you can’t get out. The people that stayed in the lower level in those two rooms got sick due to the humidity and mold. We ended up having to relocate everyone in the house and couches. Aside from that everything was great.

Dream Vacation Home

Beautiful home! Plenty of room for mutitudes of people! Directly on the beach with it's own lovely, walkway to the beach! Swimming pool was amazing! Beds were super comfortable! Kitchen was so well organized with everything you could possibly need! Love the ice maker!!! Keep in mind that to get to the den area, you go have to go down 3 steps. We had my 95 year old mother-in-law with us and a 3 year old, so this was the only draw back for them. But I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again! We rent every summer on Pensacola Beach! Love everything about this home!!!

Great house!

Overall this is a great rental! I had my whole family with kids ,spouses, and grandkids! This house is right on the beach with a great walkover out the backdoor… the pool is fantastic…. Great for my younger grandkids at only 4 feet deep…. The outdoor furniture was also great…. Very comfortable! The kitchen was also phenomenal…( once we got the gas problem fixed) the range is great the two dishwashers was an extra bonus! We had 8 grown adults with 6 teens and two toddlers and the house was plenty big enough…. Barely used the big bunk room which houses 8 people! A couple of negatives were that the house is older and had a few little problem… we had a heck of a storm one night and had extensive leaking by the sliding door by the back …. The rooms are a little chopped up but still cute for our group as we had mostly teens! All in all we truly enjoyed our stay…. The house has its very good points and small negatives and we would return again! The staff at Paradise also took care of all of our needs and were very receptive to any complains we had! Great home! Great Family Getaway.

My Family had a wonderful week stay in the beautiful property on the beach. We snorkeled, swam in the private pool ,watched the crabs come out at night on the beach . And there was one lil crab that lives under the walkway to the beach that we called doc . We would definitely recommend this property.
