Esta de tres habitaciones / 2. La casa adosada de 5 baños con vista a la piscina está a solo unos pasos del Golfo, con fácil acceso a las inmaculadas arenas blancas de la playa de Pensacola a través de un paseo de dunas.

Regency Cabanas # E2 es administrado profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes.

Rey en el dormitorio principal, reina en el segundo dormitorio y cama completa en el tercer dormitorio para dormir seis. Pisos de pizarra y madera noble primer nivel, alfombras en dormitorios. Al final de un día de sol en la playa, disfrute de los televisores de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal, además de un reproductor de DVD. O bien, pase una tarde tranquila en su balcón asando a la parrilla en la parrilla a gas. Garaje doble en la planta baja con área de estar y comedor en la puerta del garaje ubicada en el segundo nivel de vida, las habitaciones están en el nivel superior. Una comunidad cerrada, Regency Cabanas ofrece dos piscinas.

What a great time we had this week !! The location could not be better the beach is literally out our back door and the privacy and safety was so comforting ! The pools were so nice to have too!! Thank you for sharing your place

Great Place for a Beach Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check-in process was easy and they even gave us a small welcome gift. The house was as it showed in photos. However I don’t think they really do justice with how close you are to the beach. It takes less than a minute to walk out of the garage door and onto the beach. The house has all the basic essential kitchen ware. The upstairs doesn’t get as cool as the downstairs. The beds are a memory foam but are very firm. There is a small coffee shop/convenience/liquor store walking distance from the house. I would definitely stay here again.

ProsFelt safe there....gated community. The beds were comfortable. Ocean access right out the front door. The pool is right out the back door. Nice cold fridge with plenty of ice. Has the basics in the kitchen. Extra, small fridge in the garage.Smart TV in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Utility room/area with washer/dryer and plenty of pantry/storage. ConsNo smart TV in the master. Not enough pillows in the master. The few that were in there were dirty and had no pillowcases. Not enough towels. It is supposed to sleep 8 and we only got 5 or 6 towels. Requested more but never received them. It was hard to keep a comfortable temperature in the house. It would be hot upstairs (where the bedrooms are) but too cold downstairs. Overall, we had a great stay. The pool and beach access were the best assets.

Not a luxury rental, but location is key

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been visiting Pensacola Beach annually for many years along with many other family members. We like to stay at the Regency Cabanas because each family has their own space, but we can all gather on the beach and pools. This condo definitely ranks on the lower end of the units we’ve rented over the years. The decor is dated, the kitchen is fitted (for the most part) with Dollar Tree-esque kitchen ware. The mattress in the middle bedroom is beyond loud and uncomfortable (others said that their beds were comfortable). All of that being said, I would stay here again. The location is absolutely perfect- directly across from the boardwalk down to the beach and the older pool on the property. I would also stay again for the sheer fact that Paradise Vacation Rentals is no doubt the best property management around. We had an issue with our ice maker on the first day of our vacation, and they were on it immediately. We did have to live for a couple of days with the refrigerator sticking out in the kitchen while we waited for one that fit properly to be delivered, but we’re fairly compensated for the inconvenience without having to ask. All of their agents were accommodating, friendly, and clearly all understood the importance of good customer service. If you’re looking for a fully updated luxury beach condo- do not rent this one. If you’re looking for a place to throw some sandwiches together on your way to a beautiful beach and a clean place to lay your head at night, then this is the place for you and your family.

An honest review. Pros & cons.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Regency Cabanas previously in another unit so we decided to stay again given our positive experience and very close proximity to the beach (walking distance 1-2 min) this unit in particular was dated which we overlooked because we weren’t worried about decor. The unit was clean upon arrival and the ease of picking up the keys from Paradise Beach Homes was quick and easy. After the first shower in the master bathroom we noticed that the tub was very slow to drain, meaning you are standing in ankle deep water. Two days into our stay we noticed water was leaking from the ceiling in multiple areas that had considerable water damage. We had to put pots and pans on the counters to catch the water and move all of our items out of that location. We called the rental office and they said someone would give us a call and stop by. Neither one of those happened. We called again after the leak continued and the woman said their was no record of us calling the day before. We were told that someone would be out the next morning. This also never happened. To say that I am disappointed not only with this rental unit given the price we paid and the lack of action from the rental company, is an understatement. When enjoying a vacation it is not unreasonable to think you shouldn’t have to worry about the unit being borderline dangerous. The water damage on the ceiling is noticeably a long term issue and I cannot believe this unit is still rented out. I took pictures of the water damage to show the severity of it. The proximity to the beach was honestly the only redeeming factor to this particular unit. I do not recommend booking E2 unless it is completely remodeled. I will also never booked with Paradise Beach Homes again after our experience.

Family Vacay

This place was nice. It would fit a family with younger children better because of the bunk beds. The short walk to the beach was perfect and access to the pool was great.
