Weather not great but condo and location were awesome!
Condo was great. It was recently updated and made it feel clean and fresh. Location can't be beat. The pool is right outside your door and beach a few steps away. We would definitely book again!

The staff at NSB Reality are all so kind and attentive, they truly are great people to work with. We rented A103 for our 2nd year...very outdated! The furniture has NO support nor does the bed. If you rent this unit you may want to bring a pizza cutter..only 1 coffee mug, and a can opener that doesn't work. Other than that we have become friends with so many nice people..ready to go back next year.

The team at NSB Realty was phenomenal from start to finish (and beyond, when I requested to stay an additional 2 nights) They all were friendly, accommodating and professional. I will be using them in the future….they made me feel confident and secure when going into a place you're not familiar with.
The unit itself was clean, and fully stocked with necessities. The only very small comment is that I would place 2 rolls of toilet paper in the 2 bathroom unit. There was only one, and it was half gone.
Thank you to the entire team that assisted en with my last minute requests!

A 102
The service was good by the real estate team although all communications were through email.i dropped by office to give info on a day someone was supposed to be there but no one was there.
The room space is great The kitchen is fully stocked. The condo did have several lights that didn't work, tv in bedroom was unhooked and we could not get it hooked back. I would like to see the dirty throw pillows that have been in the master suite over 10 years taken out. Other than that we had a good stay.

Updating
During our visit in 2021, a shelf broke in the refrigerator due to cracking of the plastic holder. The shelf has not been replaced. The kitchen is actually overstocked as the cabinets are overflowing. The kitchen drawers need a cleaning. The overall unit needs updating.

Really love the WinSan! Great time every year! I was a little disappointed with the check in at Live Oak Street as there was no envelope with our name and welcome information. We booked for next year already but are looking for a first floor unit. We're coming back April 1-8 and are currently set for unit 208 but would definitely prefer to be first floor.

Found floor unit needs updated
Overall we really like coming to win san. This unit needs to be gutted and remodeled. Everything is old and reminds you of the 80's. I really think the rates should be reduced for units like this. Thanks Geraldo we still had a great time. Will be back again, just not in this unit.

NSB 2021
We always enjoy coming back to Win-San with our group after over two decades of this tradition. We were slightly disappointed to learn about the abrupt increase in prices. I feel that these price increases should be reflected on the outside property, as well as inside the units. The pool appeared dirty most days with tons of sand on the bottom floor. The gates were difficult to unlock and were often propped open, which resulted in unwelcome people walking onto the property and using the pool (I actually had to ask four teenage boys to leave). Most of the units seem to be kept up and maintained, but I would think a more expensive price would be represented by an updated or renovated unit. We enjoy the area and look forward to next year!

Win San A102
We have stayed at Win-San in years past. This week there was construction starting at 7:00 am multiple mornings. I understand needing to do maintenance but it was at least 4 days and so early. No warning provided. Also, numerous guests were up after 10pm at the pool being loud. Therefore not a lot of sleep this past week. Everything else was great!

NSB Realty screwed up our reservations they were supposed to be from March 27 through April 17 so when we arrived they had no room for us when we finally did get on our unit on the first we discovered mold five days went by before anyone would return our calls no one was in the office they did have somebody come in and clean it up after a week of being allergic to the black mold and coughing all night long with no sleep it was one of the most stressful vacations I've ever been on

This condo needs serious updates. Mattresses were old and covered with foam rubber very uncomfortable. Tv in second bedroom did not work. Chair in living room ate the pillow every time you sat in it. Told there was to be 2 beach chairs. There were none. Kitchen needs updating. Internet was terrible. Only one bar and at times no service foot board in master bedroom was broken
I used to own the condo at A 107. And it is still beautiful.
Realty company was excellent. No complaints

Good
Very convenient to pool, beach and town. We loved the area. Only complaint was the kitchen and living room floors were not clean. Room was not occupied until late Sunday afternoon and I contacted Janene Monday morning and sent her pictures of the babies' knees, legs and feet. She contact the cleaning service but was told we should have reported it Saturday. We did not check in until Sunday so that was not possible.
However Janine was great about all of our other needs and questions. We would book thru her again.
We did have a wonderful time with the family.

I would like to start by saying thank you to Jeannie at NSB she was very helpful. No blender, no slow cooker,, pots are very old especially frying pans. Can opener is from the 50's and very rusted. The toaster burns everything no matter the setting. The stove is rusted in the front, there were piles of sand under the rugs, needs a fresh coat of paint, dining room table too small. The rugs need to be changed out especially under the coffee table and the doors, the throw pillows are very old and should be thrown out also throw out some glasses and Tupperware! the back porch cracks are loaded with sand, their should be a code on the beach gate instead of a key. Lamp didn't work next to couch, WIFI is horrible and not able to conduct any business during our stay. TV no instructions, no Netflix or any upgrade, The sliding door is off track and very hard to open, only one roll of toilet paper for a week, pool area messy: used to be a pool guy daily I did not see one, ...the cost continues to increase and yet the condo's are in terrible condition. The check in was a breeze, the new white bedding was refreshing, the ice maker works great, double beds in guest room are wonderful. The outside looks fantastic! I have several rentals and we keep ours freshly decorated and updated for our guests. I have come here for 45 years and am disappointed in the quality of my room. I wrote this all last year but it did not seem to matter as I got no response. We usually would get 4 rooms for the 4th but my family in the last couple of years said for the price it was not worth the money. We always come on the 4th so I am sure you will always be able to fill the rooms weather we come or not. I would like to come next year but do you have an upgraded room on the ground floor? Also would like it closer to the water since the pool area has gotten very crowded. A-107?? My cell is 352-454-0830 Diane Schofield

Same Great place, missing personal touch
It took two days after check in to receive the correct number of washcloths. Also, wifi went out 24 hours before we left and was never returned. We love the environment, but it is missing the personal touches of going to somebody when there is a problem. I wish there was somebody on site at some point in the day.

March 2019 Stay
Thanks NSB Property Management. This was our 10th year at Win-San. We always rent for the month of March. Janene did a great job for us. We had mold on the master bedroom ceiling, and a clogged sink from the adjacent unit, and she took care of both problems quickly and professionally. Nice job!! We are anxious to return next year, and have filled out the roll over forms. Over the years, we
have stayed in several units,so we are not wedded to A 102. If you have to move us, that's OK...we are very flexible. We know this was your first year as managers of Win-San, and with all the construction, Sharon and I thought you did a great job
