It was incredible and the house had everything you needed during our time there for a family gathering of 12. The deck was the icing on the cake with all the rockers and spectacular views of RMNP.

This property had almost anything you could think of needing in the kitchen and elsewhere around the house. The kitchen was roomy and very easy for a number of people to move comfortably around in. The refrigerator and freezer provided more than enough room for food for a large crew. The dining room, living area and den were all very roomy and had more than enough seating for a large group. Perhaps the best part was the view of the mountains from the back porch and the back porch / balcony itself. The 10 rocking chairs and roominess of the deck made it a favorite place to sit and talk or just take time for yourself in the sun to read, nap or just be still in the silence all around. We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations of this property. Highly recommended by all who stayed.

Beautiful space! Check in was seamless and host was responsive. Beds were comfortable and felt like camp with most bedrooms downstairs. Kitchen was well stocked and very spacious. We spent a decent amount of time sitting in the rocking chairs on the deck and admiring the unbeatable views.

Eagles Rest is a beautiful home with spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains. You get a real feel for mountain life! The home is well stocked and the kitchen is large so that you can have five or six people working in it at the same time. We spent a lot of time in the rocking chairs on the porch, just taking in the view. The location is great for going into Estes Park and taking part in all it has to offer. It is also about 2 miles from Rocky Mountain national Park. Another plus is the YMCA camp is less than 2 miles and has all kinds of activities for families to do such as swimming, horseback riding, fishing just to name a few. There are multiple trails for hiking out from the home. Definitely made many good memories there!

Holidays at RMNP

Eagles Rest provided a great place for family games and relaxation. The views of RMNP were fantastic. Good location for activities at the Park and in Estes.

Huge, comfortable house with beautiful views

We loved the beautiful mountain views and appreciated the comfortable furnishings that made us feel right at home. My kids, ages 11, 9 and 4, enjoyed the many games and toys available. Wonderful stay!

Beautiful spot. Loved the King bedrooms with Jack and Jill shower/private bathroom. Loved that the dining room table could accommodate our large party.

Spectacular views on a beautiful porch

Older dad stayed on the main floor with his own bathroom, the rest of us went downstairs. Everything was clean, well organized. Parked in the garage with our truck and it was perfect. TVs and fireplace were nice. Good heat in the house. Did I say the view was amazing. Close to everything Estes Park. I would stay there again.

A beautiful retreat with a wonderful view

This home was perfect; we only wish we could have stayed longer! We were a family of 8 adults, from a senior citizen down to a 23-year old, and we had plenty of room to gather when we wanted or have separate space when we preferred that. The spacious kitchen was well-equipped, the main sitting area was so comfortable, and the ample outdoor space (porch above and patio below) gave us plenty of ways to enjoy the mountain views.

Family First!

Our adult children and grandchildren gathered with us to enjoy a wedding weekend. The aspens were aglow and a snowstorm was a surprising delight with the gold highlighting the snow...and it was magnificently in view from this home. The home is appointed with every amenity you would ever need. It was very comfortable and well designed with a thoughtful layout that allows for privacy and community. Memories were built that will last a lifetime. We are very thankful for this experience!

Overall this is a nice facility. The management team we worked with was great and they made the check in process very easy. The view from the balcony was very nice and the pictures from the site did a pretty good job of showing that.Where there was a little disappointment was with the general condition of the unit it's self. I read in another review that the facility needs a deep clean, and I would also support that statement. There also needs to have some maintenance updates performed as well. There were a number of cabinet doors and drawers that would not close not to mention some of the built up dirt on the drawers themselves, especially the silverware drawer. The remote to the living room ceiling fans was very dirty and was held together with grey duct tape. The driveway has weeds growing up through the cracks between the different sections. The inside of the trash compactor has not had a good cleaning in quite some time. There is also a very nice ice machine in the laundry room, only to find out that it does not work.My thought is if you want to charge the price that you do and market it as a high end unit, you need to provide the cleaning and maintenance of a high end unit, and I don't believe that part has been done very well.As a whole, our group was able to look past my nit-picky areas and did have a nice time, it is a great place for children and family, it just needs some cleaning and maintenance.

This house is beautiful and extremely well stocked. The view is incredible and the back porch wonderful. Beds were comfortable, there was a ton of space, and even a piano! Games, puzzles, books, huge laundry room. Our only complaint was the noise of the waterfall, but we quickly got shut-off instructions.

We had 12 family members gather for a birthday celebration, family pictures and a 5-year reunion. The location, accommodations, layout and atmosphere were ideal and met our expectations perfectly. Everyone was comfortable, the decor was welcoming, we could not have had a better experience for the time spent. From booking to exit the process was smooth and the communication was excellent. This was a fantastic experience for all of us. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful, memorable time!
