Real Escapes Properties se enorgullece de ofrecer este condominio de lujo de dos habitaciones y dos baños. La unidad está ubicada en el tercer piso del complejo 760 Ocean Boulevard. Esta es una unidad final en una comunidad cerrada que cuenta con una bañera de hidromasaje, una piscina y está a poca distancia del Village / Pier y de muchos restaurantes populares. Está amueblado de forma cómoda, de tamaño generoso y lujosamente decorado. Las características incluyen encimeras de granito en la cocina y baños abiertos y un balcón al que se puede acceder tanto desde la sala de estar como desde la suite principal, con vista parcial al mar.

El maestro tiene una cama king size y baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha grande junto con los lavabos de él y ella.

El dormitorio de invitados también cuenta con una cama King. También hay un baño adjunto con una ducha a la que también se puede acceder desde el pasillo.

We loved the layout and size of the condo with its wonderful view of the beach and waves. Not many places have King size beds and this place had two, which was perfect for our family. Super comfortable furniture and excellent artwork. Also the beach towels and chairs were a great bonus. We will want to stay here again and again!!

A Great Property Close to the Beach

The unit was also in close proximity to the beach and popular eating locations on the island. An update of the bedroom television is needed, however, that is no reason to miss out on this location.

It was within walking distance of the Village and had a good view of the ocean. One suggestion I would make - the master br shower needs a grab bar. There is nothing to hold on to. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t open, and we missed having a central place to meet other residents. We would stay there again for the same price.

Well appointed condo; beautiful art work; comfortable mattresses; kitchen as well supplied as mine at home; great location & view; 2 ice makers came in handy; elevator, outside hose to wash sandy feet & chairs, and covered parking for car & spot to leave beach gear all a plus; disappointed that TV’s had been removed from bedrooms especially on those rainy days and/or when viewing preferences differ (but that’s a personal preference). Just a lovely, well-cared for property.

Plenty of towels. Only issue we had was with the TV and availability of channels. They had OnDemand locked out and most of the channels we watch (Travel, History) were a subscription only. Can't stay on the beach 24 hours so really missed having something to watch at night. Otherwise, I would recommend this condo.
