Frente único a la playa, frente al mar, casa privada, piscina privada, justo en RESERVA MARINA PRISTINA: ¡Mira las olas o las tortugas desde la terraza cubierta mientras tomas tu café de la mañana! Salga por las puertas de la propiedad a la playa de natación / snorkel.
¡Quedarse dormido con el sonido del océano!
Buena zona para bucear. Reef está cerca de la costa. Fácil entrada al agua. Gran variedad de peces de colores y tortugas marinas.
Puedes caminar a la derecha en la playa desde esta casa hasta la playa de María. Calypso Cafe, y al faro.
Un paseo muy corto en la playa a la izquierda es la pequeña área marina. Aquí puede organizar viajes a la isla Desecheo con Taino Divers, y detenerse en el Shipwreck, Copa Llena, NEW Club Nautico o el bar de la playa La Ancla para tomar una copa y comer algo.
La casa está orientada al oeste, por lo que las puestas de sol son simplemente increíbles
Este es un alquiler único ya que NO es un condominio o una propiedad compartida. Solo usted y los invitados de su casa alquilarán esta instalación privada de 1/4 de acre.

El recientemente renovado Centro de la ciudad de Rincón, está a solo 1 milla a pie de la casa Por fin tres palmas. Muchos lugareños han establecido recientemente tiendas y restaurantes en esta hermosa plaza. Pasee por el centro para ver las exhibiciones locales de aritsans todos los jueves por la noche en el Art Walk y todos los domingos por la mañana en el Farmers Market para llevar a casa algunos regalos únicos. Echa un vistazo a los lugareños que juegan al dominó en la plaza.

Paradise

We stayed here for the week and didn't have to leave much as it was bliss. The ocean is right there, the pool is great especially for little ones. The kitchen was equipped enough to do all our cooking and the grill was useful too. Would totally stay here again. It's so close to everything and so so peaceful

Lovely Property

We loved our stay in Rincon at this beautiful property. The ocean comes up right to the house - sunrises, sunsets, snorkeling, swimming in the pool - everything was lovely. We also enjoyed the area from meals at the Shipwreck and Beach House to a boat ride with Pepe and Hydrolifting and jet skiing, there is plenty to do if you want to venture outside the charming property.

Perfect beach house

Would not change a single thing about this place, the property is secluded and quiet but only a couple minutes from town. Everything you need in the kitchen, hot water, cool A/C, shaded yard and amazing views! Communication from the host is prompt and thorough. Can't wait to go back! If you are looking for an easy, relaxing stay in Rincon, this is it.

Perfect Location

My friends loved our stay. We each had our own bedroom with a king sized bed and private bath. The yard, pool, access to the beach and the village of Rincon were perfect. Thanks again!

Wonderful place, perfect location

We stayed here with our two adult kids and loved it! The house is set up with great privacy for each person and the beds are actually comfortable. The pool is lovely and while the beach is rocky for swimming, using water shoes works great or it’s a short 10 min walk to a perfect swimming beach. We rented snorkeling equipment and made the most of being located on a reef. The beach is very walkable in both directions and we spent a lot of time just enjoying the views from there. Town is a short drive and has a great atmosphere with wonderful and varied cuisine to choose from.

Perfect beach oasis

Our stay was incredible! It truly is paradise. The property is beautiful; the outside pool and garden is even more beautiful than the pictures, and the beach could not be more beautiful. There’s even a huge mango tree out front where you can eat fresh mangos. Truly an island getaway you won’t forget. The interior is nice enough, but the real star is the outdoor space.

Beautiful Location

Location is amazing - it can be a little noisy with public beach access and parking right next to the house. We requested a later checkout because our flights out are all at night but it was not available. 10am is early - even an extra hour would be helpful!

Perfect location, great house.

Por fin is perfectly located just outside of town. Great food and drinks just a short walk down the beach. The reef out front is amazing and easy to access. Surf breaks are nearby as well. The house was situated to allow privacy. There is a small condo unit next door but the landscaping provides privacy. The house itself was clean and well layed out. A perfect little beach cottage. I couldn’t think of a better place to stay in rincon.

Wonderful

Couldn’t have been better. Our stay over Christmas was perfect for our family of 5 (no one had to share a bed!) We felt like it was our home after 10 days, we loved it so much. Extended family stayed nearby and came over to spend time with us during the holidays. Anna was a wonderful host and very responsive. Thank you!

Love this house!

We had stayed there before a couple times about 10 years ago and it's as wonderful as we remembered it. We went with my son and daughter-in-law this time and they loved the house and the area. If you're looking for fancy furnishings this isn't the house for you, but if you want a beautiful house with unbelievable views you'll love it! My son and daughter-in-law couldn't believe they could sit in the backyard by the pool and watch surfers and whales. It was a great trip!

My Oasis

I have stayed at many properties with excellent comfort but by far this has been the best experience my wife and I had the blessing to be a part of. The tranquility and the amenities were very accommodating. We checked off one of our wishes on our bucket list. Anna was a wonderful host. This will be from now on my home away from home.

Sweet Paradise

My boyfriend, his family and I had the opportunity to stay at tres palmas. The ocean views, spacious rooms (beds were very comfortable), big kitchen, and lots of space was everything we wanted plus more in a vacation home. Over all, our stay at tres palmas was pure bliss. I spent my days laying on the beach, collecting sea glass, and swimming in the pool while the men surfed, for everyone it was perfect! Everything is very close and it's not hard to make your way through the towns, local bars, and beautiful beaches. I highly recomend staying at tres palmas you will not be disappointed.

Perfect getaway for the family

My family and I stayed at Anna’s place for a week and had a wonderful time. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Behind the house is the best place to snorkel! If you prefer not to snorkel you can watch incredible sunsets, dolphins and sea turtles from the deck. Walkable distanxe to bars and restaurants. The house was kept in good condition and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The house had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. Anna was very communicative and friendly. Would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Rincon.

On the beach with a pool

Really enjoyed staying in this house. Great layout with en-suite bathroom for each bedroom. Common area is small but most of the time is spent outdoors. The pool is small but great for kids and cooling off. Mango trees on property are a bonus! Very convenient location to all other Rincon beaches and restaurants. It’d be great if the owners provided more information on the house (had to really search for the dryer) or local area. The house could also use more towels. All in all, I would recommend!

Top Notch

If you are looking for beachfront paradise with a pool ... look no further! This property will not disappoint. You can literally throw a rock into the ocean from the pool. Iguanas Lizards! Amazing snorkeling all at the property! Groceries stores near by! Anna was amazing in answering all questions! I am so thankful for our stay here! I’ve traveled the world in class ... I highly recommend this Slice of Paradise!!! Absolutely NO complaints here!

quite and relaxing

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay. He was able to get up in the morning and surf and I was able to relaxe by the pool. You are close enough to the action if that is were you want to be or you can relax by yourself and not have anybody bother you. You can snorkel right in your back yard. We payed money to go snorkeling and they brought us right to the house! The house was clean and well taken care of. It was great having the washer and dryer and a bathroom for every bedroom. We can't wait to go back next year.

Dreamy Vacation

Anna & Steve's beautiful, 3 bedroom, beachfront house is an idyllic home away from home. The pool, the modern appliances and amenities, the decor (no tacky condo furniture in sight), along with all the fun that Rincon has to offer - snorkeling in your backyard, horseback riding, sunset cruises on a catamaran - make this house a fun vacation destination you should not miss. If you would rather stay in one spot, everything you need is available on hand or within a short drive - the supermarket is 5 minutes away, so you can easily enjoy your entire vacation sipping frozen drinks poolside, barbecuing and watching the sunsets without ever leaving this beautiful home. We highly recommend Casa Por Fin Tres Palmas and plan to return with friends, as soon as possible.

Perfection in Paradise

This was by far the best family vacation we have ever had! Not only is Rincon an awesome city filled with great food, local art and culture, it has one of the best off shore snorkeling reefs! The house was beyond our expectations. Our family of five had more than enough room and the house was in great shape. I will be honest, we didn’t spend a lot of time in the house itself as we were busy jumping from the pool to the beach most of the day. Being able to snorkel and paddle board right out of the backyard was a dream! We also loved walking to the restaurants nearby and going to the Juice Box for Smoothies and juices in the morning. This place is as good as the reviews it gets if not better! Thank you Anna and team for a vacation we will never forget! I know we will be back soon!

Steve and I started our Vacation Rental business here in Rincon in 1994. We now have Por fin dogmans beach and Por fin tres palmas beach and another 5/6 bedroom BEACHFRONT home under construction!!! Coming soon, winter of 2021. VILLA PLAYA ORIA NOW TAKING RESERVATIONS STARTING December 2021.
We are both from the Jersey Shore. We spend half the year at the Jersey Shore and our winters in Rincon.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We have been property owners here in Rincon since 1994. This beachfront property was always one of our favorite spots to snorkel and swim. The water is so clear and the beach is wide enough to enjoy sun bathing.
We are thrilled to be able to share the joy this location has brought to use for so many years.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This property is very unique as there are not very many smaller PRIVATE homes available for rent that are located RIGHT ON THE BEACH. This home is in a secluded location but yet very close to everything. There is a 18 unit, 3 story condo to the left side and vacant property to the right.

NOTE: we had NO damage from the earthquake in Rincon.
We did loose power for 1 night but we have a small generator to provide in the event of any power outage. Anna
