Este espacioso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños espera ansiosamente su llegada. Perfectamente ubicado a solo unos pasos de la arena con una majestuosa vista al mar desde el piso 14.

Emerald Isle se encuentra en el extremo oeste de Panama City Beach, a pocos minutos de Pier Park. Cama king size en el dormitorio principal. Cama matrimonial y cama individual en el segundo dormitorio. Sofá cama en el salón. Tanto el dormitorio principal como la sala de estar dan al océano. Cocina totalmente equipada. Televisores en todas las habitaciones. TV por cable gratis y servicio de Internet. El balcón de 10 pies y medio tiene muchos asientos para relajarse y ver el océano. Very Good Relaxing Week

To start the view is outstanding there is a large and very nicely furnished balcony that we loved spending lots of time relaxing and enjoying the scenery and listening to the sounds of the Gulf of America. The condo was very nice it’s very well finished it was neat and really clean. The bed was comfortable we had seven nights of good sleep which is usually for me that made an already great week even better. The kitchen area is well stocked with dishes, glasses silverware as well as what is needed to cook. If you choose to stay in just go to one of the local grocery store stock up and enjoy the condo and million dollar view. My wife did go out for dinner there are numerous great restaurants in the area most are about a 15 minute drive or less. Our last night my wife and I were sitting on the balcony talking about what a great week it was and how we both dreaded leaving. We definitely plan on returning we are already looking forward to another wonderful relaxing time.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Located near all the things you need on a trip to the beach, great restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and Target! We had never been to this location in the fall and were so pleasantly surprised to enjoy great weather. The condo itself is fabulous. Clean, beautifully decorated and the huge balcony overlooking the ocean is high enough to hear waves crashing in but not the people at the beach and pool. The kitchen has all the essentials and more! There are two pools at this location, one heated and a large hot tub which are always clean. Steps away from a beautiful beach. You can’t go wrong with a stay at Emerald Isle #1403!!

A week wasn’t long enough at this Beachside treasure

I was concerned that being on the 14th floor we might not be able to hear the ocean waves. We actually thought you heard them better on this beautiful balcony then we did at the pool. This condo is tastefully decorated, amazingly comfortable bed and has every kitchen item you could want or need. Everything looks shiny, clean and new. Our favorite spot was on the oversized balcony. Whether sitting in the rocking chairs enjoying a cocktail or on the loungers watching the gorgeous sunsets, it was a slice of heaven. Perfectly located near all your vacation needs (grocery store, Target, Wal Mart, restaurants) in a quiet area of the beach. We travel often and try to not duplicate but we can’t wait to enjoy our next beach front stay at Emerald Isle #1403!!

ABSOLUTE AMAZING

Don't wait.....just book!!! Communication was great! Condo was fabulous! Beach was beautiful! Whenever we had a question before we checked in it was answered right away. Helen was great to work with. Condo was so clean, decorated beautifully, great furniture. The balcony was so inviting and like no other. We spent 9 days here and it was so hard to leave. We will definitely be back! Chairs and umbrella are included. The only negative i have is you can't move the chairs closer to the water. So if you have kids and want to be near the ocean with them you should bring your own chairs. They will put an umbrella up for you. Not a big deal. We ran to the store and bought chairs. Didnt affect the amazing vacation we had!! Condo

Loved Our Stay

First Class Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful condo is first class all the way. Overlooking the beautiful green emerald Isle, you first notice all the extras. There was a beautiful wreath on the door to greet us and a mat on the floor. The furniture and the decor are beautiful. Two comfortable leather recliners, very large television screens, and the added ambience of candles, stands out as above and beyond the normal. The rugs and towels are all plush. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, and every utensil you can think of. There is a combination coffee pot/Keurig, which was very convenient. The patio is amazing. Not only is there a large table with six chairs, but two recliners and two rocking chairs, all decorated with beautiful pillows, and the added beauty snd coziness of lanterns on each table. The location is amazing. We only had to walk across the street to Mike’s oysters and seafood to get the most delicious meals. Mike’s sister company donut shop is right down the street, a must try. You won’t be disappointed, giving this beautiful condo a try!

Modern Resort Feel

This condo is freshly painted, very clean with brand new furniture and decor. The showers have great water pressure and the host provides quality towels. The WIFI is good and all 3 TV 's work well. The kitchen is equipped with everything to make a gourmet meal. Winn Dixie, Carousel and CVS are all close by for stocking the pantry and fridge. The gas grills worked great and very similar to a home unit. There is a full size washer and dryer. I love going home with all clean clothes.For us, the balcony was the rock star of the unit. This balcony is huge, with 2 comfy lounge chairs, dining for 6 and 2 rocking chairs. We spent hours on the balcony enjoying the sounds of the wave, the breathtaking ocean view, and dining. The white sandy beach is beautiful and easily assessable. We used the complementary beach chairs and umbrella every day. ( nice perk as they are $45 a day to rent.)There is a bank of four elevators. The waits were short and we seldom shared the ride. Parking was never an issue. Just make sure you get your pass from the office. Although we didn't use the pools, they look nice and inviting. We loved our stay at Emerald Water Retreat and highly recommend you book 1403. I know, we will become regulars at this wonderful condo.

Softball World Series Week

We were in town for my daughter to play in the Fastpitch World Series and my family of 5 fit perfectly into this condo. Everything was easy accessible. The condo was clean with the exception of the floors, they needed a good scrubbing for any littles to be let down. 14th floor was a bit high for our liking but overall I would pick it again.

Nice vacation

First of all the condo is very nice and roomy. The layout was perfect. The balcony is huge with plenty of patio furniture for everyone. The washer/dryer was a nice bonus. The water pressure in the shower was excellent! The only negative I have would be the beds are a little hard. Pools and hot tub were nice and clean. I personally liked that security was everywhere. I felt that our vehicle was much safer with the constant patrolling and they were all very nice. Elevators were never an issue. We never waited over a couple of minutes on one. Location was also excellent (the quieter side of PCB) which also meant traffic was not terrible. Property mgr Helen was also really nice and available for any questions I had. My family had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Amazing Views, Wonderful Condo

My mom and I loved our stay at the condo. It was clean, cozy, and cute. The kitchen was well equipped to cook all of our purchases from Buddy's Seafood Market, and we enjoyed all of these meals out on the spacious balcony overlooking the jewel tones of the ocean. We were impressed with the maintenance and grounds crew of Emerald Isle- they kept all the common areas neat, tidy, and looking good. The inclusion if beach chairs and umbrella was a bonus for this unit. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Condo and the property was great.
