Memorial Weekend 2023

Listing needs to say it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The queen size bed is awful. Hard and back hurt next day. Had to sleep on the sectional which was comfortable. Did not know to get a parking pass. Got a warning violation on my car the next morning. Condo is really nice, clean and pretty, however, being on 3rd floor and uncomfortable bed, I would not stay here again.

We were disappointed by the location; the condo was “close” to local attractions if you had a car and felt like driving 20+ minutes. I’m not sure if we misunderstood the description or if the description wasn’t clear enough, but we were about 6 miles from the excitement, and Uber and Lyft are few and far between. Luckily, we used local shuttle services and made it around okay, but I personally think it would be worth the money to stay somewhere closer to the pier/excitement rather than spend money on Uber. The check-in progress was very easy! We were provided a login for their mobile app, so once I downloaded the app, I was able to log in and access our door code. We arrived right at 4:00, and the unit was ready for us. The photos of the unit were slightly misleading — it was smaller than it appeared, but we were decently comfortable staying there with 5 adults. This place would probably be perfect for a family that wants a quieter area! We were also provided one beach chair. When I sent a message to inquire about the chairs and umbrella that the description mentioned, no one responded; however, I messaged them to inform them about the broken blinds and received an immediate response. The pool was also far from “large.” It met the bare minimum, but I truly think the description of this place was quite misleading. As an adult in my twenties, I’m not sure I would stay here again.

Very peaceful and excellent location!

I loved my stay and hate we wasn't on the first or second floor but I needed the walking a little bit up and down those steps. Most definitely will be using this property again.

Won't rent from them again.

Problems started before we even arrived. We were called and told that the pull out bed was broken and that I would be reimbursed for a night because of it, that never happened. Then they called back and said we would have an air mattress to sleep on because yeah we paid 200 something dollars a night for my family to sleep on an air mattress. After we checked in and got to our condo, the place was just filthy, desperately needed a deep cleaning. There was dirt built up around door knobs, on the steps for bunk beds, on the floors, curtains, on the living room table, dirty dishes left in the oven, pieces of food on the floor, kitchen counters....and just to humor myself, I started wiping things off to make sure it wasn't stained and sure enough, the dirt wiped right off. This just tells me there wasn't a lot of effort put into cleaning the place before we arrived. I was just disgusted. If you're concerned about cleanliness with the pandemic or just cleanliness in general, DON'T STAY HERE!! Also, they don't advertise this on the ad for the condo, but this place is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators, it wasn't a huge deal for me but would've been nice to know when I rented it. The good things are that it is a good quiet location and close to the beach, if you're willing to look over all the other. I, myself, am not willing to spend that much money on a place where I don't even feel comfortable touching anything!

Everything was as pictures

We loved this little place in southwinds. I had never rented on vrbo but we gave it a try. Cute little apartment/condo. Check in was easy. Close access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Very upset but managed to finally enjoy after cleaning it

Good morning, I enjoyed this adorable condo. Great location. However was very disappointed in a lot of things upon arrival. I had some things I want to address with you. Once I arrived the condo, it wasn't cleaned very well.... I had spent over hour cleaning it. 1. The inside of the fridge. 2. The oven Hood was filthy inside and on the outside. Covered with greese. 3. The kitchen floors were very sticky 4. Some of the plates and glasses were dirty, as if they weren't washed in dishwasher. 5. The bath tub wasn't clean at all and even had black hair in drain. I had to clean it. 6. The bedroom comforter had a small blood stain on it. Also here is list of stuff that wasn't working or needed fixed before someone staying. ( me) 1)Front door had air coming through cold air and when you sat in the chair next to it you could feel it, looked like the door didn't fit the frame. 2) Dishwasher was difficult to close to run load in dishwasher. Made loud sound when washing dishes. 3) No light bulb in fridge 4) bathroom tub would get clogged and fill with water while showering. I wante

This was our very first family vacation. The place was great for our family , amazing location. Close to the beach. Just a few min walk. Close for shopping and just to enjoy the area.
