Welcome to The Phoenix, a spacious gulf-front getaway designed for relaxation and fun! This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is located within walking distance of shops and restaurants in the vibrant core area of Pensacola Beach. Perfect for families and small groups, this pet-friendly property welcomes small dogs up to 25 lbs.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests, featuring a king bed in the master bedroom, and a king bed in each of the two guest bedrooms, two twin-over-full bunk beds in the fourth bedroom, and two convenient rollaway beds.

Step onto the expansive decks and let the breathtaking views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico wash over you. With ample deck space, it's the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply soaking up the sound of the waves.

On the west side of the home, a private walkway leads you directly to the sugar-white sands and sparkling Gulf waters—your beach day starts right at your doorstep!

Downstairs, you'll find a cozy built-in swing, two picnic tables, and a gas grill, providing the perfect setting for family barbecues or leisurely afternoons in the shade.

Whether you're enjoying a meal together, playing in the sand, or simply savoring the views, The Phoenix offers the ideal beachside escape for making memories.

Awesome location

Easy beach access and close to lots of shops and restaurants. Nice large deck, perfect for watching the Blue Angels beach buzzes, large open kitchen and living room that's perfect for family gatherings.

Family vacation

The only complaint’s we had was the bathroom toilets could have been cleaned better and need more comfortable patio furniture for the deck.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home is in a great location. Easy access to the beach and minutes from many restaurants and shopping. Layout worked well for our group. House could use some TLC on the inside and outside but nothing serious. It does appear the owner has started some updating. Cooking utensils and cookware provided were fine for what we needed but if you plan on doing a lot of cooking, may want to confirm with management as to what is available. There was a small countertop ice maker that was handy. Management company was very friendly and easy to work with. I would stay in this house again.

We rented this house again in November 2024 and we will not be renting this house again. There were ants in the sink and on the floors. There was a hole in the ceiling in the living room and the outside has not been maintained. You could feel the springs in all of the mattresses. It was a very disappointing experience this time around.

The place was very convenient, right on the Beach. The place was clean . On the downside , the elevator does not work , one of the stove eyes (big burner on front ) does not get hot enough to boil water . The WiFi password does not work and the password is wrote everywhere . The TV cable in main living area works great but the bedrooms not so much . One room only gets one channel and it’s not a channel you want to watch . The house itself is badly need of repairs . The living area has ceiling and wall damage from leaks . I just think for the money , you can find a better value on the Beach .

10th Anniversary Return

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I were married at this home 10 years ago and we were eager to return 10 years later to celebrate our anniversary. Overall, our trip was special because of the occasion, but it will be our last time returning to this property. When we rented the home 10 years ago, it was privately owned and very well maintained. Since then, it has been sold and is being managed by Paradise Beach Homes, a property management company who has not done a great job of maintaining it. The deck and patio furniture is in very poor shape, the showers were dirty, and there were candy wrappers and q-tips on the floor surrounding the beds. Further, we paid $235 more per night (totaling over $1500 more!) than we did 10 years ago, for the same property that has not been updated or modified since then.This home holds a special place in our hearts, but we won't be visiting again or staying at any other Paradise Beach Homes properties.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location right on the beach. All rooms were comfortable. Had trouble with the TVs and internet first few days. Got that resolved. The refrigerator had no freezer and condensation inside was a problem. The owner came by and realized the need for a new refrigerator and had a new one installed on the 6th day of our 7 day stay. Had access to a freezer under the deck that sufficed for the interim. Overall the facility was great and we would stay there again.

Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has a fabulous location but does need some attention. Plumbing issues were addressed quickly. Stovetop didn’t completely work, dryer took 2-3 cycles to dry, carpet needs stretching/cleaning/replaced. Indoor paint needs touched up for “clean” look. Lock to hall bathroom needed attention. Outdoor furniture was a hodgepodge and not really usable when it rained, not well suited for location. Pool table never worked and just took up space. Larger grill would be nice for amount of people staying at residence. Listing available items like Keurig, crockpot, beach equipment would be quite helpful for guests packing. If some of these were remedied....we would be happy to recommend to others because location and layout of the home is the BeST! Great beachfront access!

Location and Convenience

We arrived on a Monday, was thoroughly pleased with the house. Actually looked a lot better in person than online! The view and location was on point. However, the internet said we were connected, but it wasn’t working properly. Not so much a big deal since we stayed going places. We also weren’t able to go in the water or even down to the beach as much as we liked due to red flags and high winds. It was ok though cuz we still had the awesome patio in the back with the amazing views and comfy chairs. Can’t control Mother Nature and what she decides to do. The only other minor problem was the couch pullout bed was really bent at the end, but my student still slept more towards the top and made it work. Other than that, we walked to restaurants, mini golf, did rock climbing, shopped at Alvin’s souvenir shop, and us chaperones went to Paddy’s Irish Pub and sang karaoke then went to The Islander bar and had a blast! Ask them for an Orange Tic Tac! Also I suggest going to The Reef and getting a Smash Burger! We just completely enjoyed our time and stay there. Definitely will be booking in the future! Thank you Pensacola Beach Rentals! You made a bunch of 18 year old seniors, that had just graduated 2 days prior, make lasting memories for their last hoorah and celebration. ~ Tensas Academy Chiefs ❤️💙

Great views and sounds of the Gulf. Would liked it if there were some cabinet space for groceries (zero cabinet space). Also might be time to invest in new carpeting in main living area and master BR. I brought my own vacuum to run before we left.
