Este elegante condominio frente al mar de dos dormitorios es muy luminoso y ventoso. Mucho sol y vistas. El segundo piso le brinda una vista fácil del Atlántico hacia el este y de las costas hacia el oeste. El amanecer es realmente especial desde el dormitorio principal.

El primer nivel consiste en la cocina, comedor / sala de estar y patio que se encuentra justo en frente de las dos piscinas y el océano Atlántico sur.

Hay actividades en abundancia en el St. ÁREA AGUSTÍN. La playa durante la marea baja debe tener 400 yardas de arena virgen hasta la orilla del agua. Los deportes acuáticos también son populares.

Si te apetece recorrer la ciudad eterna, tómate un tiempo para visitarla, ya que la ciudad tiene bloques y bloques de historia para disfrutar.

A month in PARADISE

Our stay was just what we needed as we escaped the northern snowy February. The condo's location was picture perfect, and the accommodations were beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Shirley and Charles were wonderful hosts and truly made us feel welcome in their home. We definitely look forward to returning again!

Great place!

My family of four enjoyed our stay! Already thinking about going back next summer. The hostess was great to work with and easy to communicate. She even had snacks, baked cookies, and drinks for us to enjoy when we arrived. Comfortable beds, nice beachy decor, and wonderful balcony. Very family oriented complex. Can't wait to return!

Mix feeling

I am not sure how to best respond but I want to truthful. After checking we found the entire house is messed up. No cleaning after the previous guest left. Water heater switch was tripping in every 2 min. So someone has to stand to fix if your family member is taking shower. My family was really frustrated. But the owner and her husband are so nice and responsive I can’t complain. They took immediate action to clean the unit and also tried their best to fix the switch though the person was not able to fix. Owner gave me some money back even. I know it happened without knowledge of the owner and they cooperated with us the best. Hope the issue will no more there. Beautiful location.

New vacation spot

This was our first time in St. Augustine/Crescent Beach. We absolutely loved it. The condo had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic. The access to the beach was great. There are two turtles that live at the condo, those were awesome to watch and we fed them daily! The beach was practically empty while we were there, I think kids were back in school by this time. Our hosts were wonderful, she provided a whole email full of restaurants and places to visit. She had beach chairs, boogie boards, everything we needed. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Very Relaxing, great location

This set of condos is just south of St. Augustine, away from the busy touristy places. Just a short drive to St. Augustine and many great restaurants. It's my 5th time staying in these condos, from my experience they are all wonderful. Shirley was a great hostess and very responsive to all my inquires!

Didn’t want to leave!

This condo was beautifully decorated, so convenient and comfortable, and ready location was perfect! The view from the master bedroom and the living room balcony was breathtaking! We enjoyed several meals on the balcony, enjoying the ocean view. The washer and dryer were a huge convenience, too. The owners were very kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend this condo and would love to stay there again! We truly did not want to leave.

Sister Vacation

My sister and I spent a wonderful, relaxing week at this townhouse. The place was supplied with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony and just steps from the beach. Close to several nice restaurants and St. Augustine. The owners were very welcoming. Look forward to coming back for another visit!

Thanksgiving vacation

My husband and I spent four night over Thanksgiving at this Crescent Beach townhouse. We had a wonderful time! The townhouse has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The owners gave us great information on local restaurants and activities. The beach was absolutely beautiful. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was a highlight each morning. We also enjoyed a visit to Washington Oaks Gardens State Park and sunset along the Matanzas River. We will definitely keep this property on our “go to” list for another east coast visit.

Location, location, location!

I loved being able to see the ocean when I awoke in the morning, when I sat on the couch, and when I cooked! The May nights were cool so we could crack the window and hear the waves crash as we slept. Super property with kind and attentive owners with helpful and communication. Appreciated the convenient check-in system as well. Loved our time there. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

Wonderful Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The condo was well appointed and immaculate. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was a highlight for sure. It was nice to be in this quieter area of the island, yet still so close to the city. Don't miss the free boat ride out to Ft. Matanzas!

Best view on the Beach

This condo overlooks the pristine pool area and fabulous Crescent Beach. The direct ocean view and sounds of waves rolling in are fantastic and mesmerizing! The condo is comfortable and restful.

Very nice!!

Really nice condo and the owner was great to work with. The views were wonderful and even though it rained some every day, it was such a relaxing week. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a lifesaver! All in all, a great vacation :)

Beautiful views!

Beautiful beach! Beautiful condo! Location was great, not overcrowded and close to St. Augustine where there are lots of fun things to do. The owners were wonderful to work with. And the view of the beach from the balcony and master bedroom are amazing. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the internet was slow and there isn't a washer and dryer inside the unit (however there are facilities on the premises - spent about $30 doing laundry for the week). We definitely plan to return!

SHIRLEY & THE WRITER DECIDED TO BUY A UNIT AT THE SANDPIPER IN THE MIDDLE 90'S AFTER STAYING IN THE COMPLEX SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE SUMMERS. THE BEACH AT CRESCENT WAS ALWAYS PERFECTLY CLEAN AND WONDERFUL. THE SAND IS FIRM SO IT IS REALLY NEAT FOR LONG WALKS,BIKE RIDES, JOGGING, FISHING, SUNBATHING ETC,ETC. IT WAS THE BEACH AND THE WONDERFUL VIEW FROM THE CONDO THAT CONVINCED US TO BUY.

THE VILLAGE OF CRESCENT BEACH CONSISTS OF ONE STOP LIGHT & ONE GAS STATION. WE'VE SEEN LITTLE GROWTH SINCE THE MID 90'S, SO THE AREA REMAINS PRETTY MUCH THE WAY IT WAS WHEN WE FIRST STARTED TO VISIT IN THE EARLY 90'S. STILL, GROCERY'S ARE ONLY 3-4MILES AWAY SO NECESSITIES ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE. ITS A GREAT VACATION SPOT SINCE ITS STILL REALLY A PRIVATE SETTING, THE CROWDS FROM ATLANTA/CHARLOTTE HAVEN'T FOUND IT YET! STILL, YOU CAN CRUISE INTO ST. AUGUSTINE IF YOU WANT TO AND TAKE IN THE HISTORY, ENJOY FINE DINING AND TOUR THE CITY.

OUTDOOR SPORTS ARE THE THING AT CRESCENT BEACH. THERE ARE 6 GOLF COURSES WITHIN 20 MINUTES, AND IF YOU'RE INTO SALT WATER FISHING YOU JUST FOUND ONE OF THE BEST SPOTS FOR IT IN ALL OF FLORIDA.
