Wonderful stay! Very clean property. Perfectly situated between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Very comfortable and quiet space. I could see living there! The unit is on the end, closest to the the boardwalk to the beach. We felt very safe and secure there. The beach was populated in that area, but not crowded. There was distance between groups of people on the beach. Over all, a wonderful and relaxing stay. We will be back.

Can’t beat the location or proximity to the beach! Beach below is private to condo which was nice to avoid overcrowding. Optional chair and umbrella service for daily fee. Convenient bike rentals across the street for riding to dining or nearby towns on the trail. We are a family of 4- and plenty of space. Nice sized living room and plenty of space for sleeper sofa plus an air mattress for our teens.

Right on water, easy access. Perfect for a couple by themselves or with a child. Walk to commerce and restaurants, with bike or drive to much more. Loved it!

Location location location

My wife and I took our 14 month old on his first beach trip. Everything about this condo was perfect. Walk straight out on the beach. It was very easy to load and unload from the beach with our little one. Definitely will be booking Emerald 9 for next year!

Great location. Management was very good and replied to questions quickly. The only thing I feel could have been better was the shower could have been cleaner. Otherwise it was an awesome stay.

We noticed that the sofa could be pulled out to sleep 2 more if needed. Everything was clean and the king sized bed was very comfy! The best part was the beach access. So easy to go back and forth during the day. Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights bc Hurricane Helene was moving in. I would definitely stay there again though!

The exhaust vent in the toilet room as well as the dryer vent needed to be cleaned and the unit had a foul odor when we entered. The trash containers on the beach were not emptied timely.

We did have a plumbing issue that had probably gone unreported for some time. Plumbers fixed it but we had no water for a whole night. All in all though a great place!!

On the beach

Great property as far as location to Seagrove and Seaside as well as the beach. The beach is literally out the door and down the steps. However, the property was not as clean as I would have liked it to have been. There were leftover food spills on the countertops, eating utensils that were not clean, a film/ring around the sink in the bathroom, and finally sheets that had fresh blood on them. Before Covid, I would have not been satisfied, but due to still being very much in a pandemic, I was not satisfied. I went and purchased my own sheets and blankets because I was uncomfortable sleeping otherwise.
