Our team has since cleared the master sink, re-seated the laundry closet and shower doors on their tracks, and tightened the dining table. We’re also reviewing the living-room seating for a comfort upgrade. Regarding the arrival texts: those reminders are automated for on-time access, and early check-in is only offered when housekeeping confirms readiness. We’re adjusting the timing and clarity of those messages to avoid confusion—especially for guests on the road. Regarding the early check-in fee and bicycle credits, we regret any disappointment caused. However, our early check-in charge is clearly communicated in our guidebook link sent out to all guests to eliminate any surprises and hidden fees. We resend this information one week before arrival and on the day of arrival. We strongly encourage our guests to pay special attention to all the helpful communication we send out. Please note that we do our very best to maintain these properties; but we do falter from time to time, as such feedback like yours is extremely helpful as it gives us the chance to fix what was found unsatisfactory with the rental. Your comments regarding the number of pods given has been noted, please note however that these items are apart of the complimentary starter kit and are not meant to cover the entire stay. The same amount is provided to each guest/ each booking regardless of the length of stay. In regards to cooking oil, salt, pepper and other seasonings, please note that we stopped providing these as a health and safety measure when the pandemic emerged as it would not be ideal for guests to be sharing these items. Your comments regarding the pots and pans have been passed on to the proper parties. Please note however that had this been brought to our attention during the stay, our team would have made the necessary checks and delivered to the unit once we had any available. Please also note that we take reports of pest very serious. Had this been reported during the stay we would have made contact with the relevant third party company. Although the aforementioned issues were highlighted after departure, we thank you for bringing them to our attention. Please know that guest satisfaction means a lot to us as such our team will be making the necessary checks and changes to ensure a better beach vacation experience for all moving forward.
