I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing, especially for the price we paid.When we arrived, the rental was not clean. The sheets had visible stains, including what appeared to be blood and other bodily fluids, which was completely unacceptable. The Keurig filter had mold in it, and there were dirty dishes left behind, making it clear the unit had not been properly cleaned before our stay.We immediately contacted management and were told someone would come replace the sheets at 12 PM. We waited over three hours with no update. After following up, we were told they were “15–20 minutes away,” but it took another hour for someone to actually arrive. This ended up wasting a large portion of our day, as we felt we couldn’t leave while waiting for them to show up.While the view and beach were beautiful, the condition of the rental and the lack of timely response from the property managers really overshadowed the experience.To add to the frustration, we were told we would receive an email with a 5% discount for a future stay, but that email was never sent.Overall, this was not the level of cleanliness or service we expected, and unfortunately, we would not stay here again.
