Hidden Gem with a few minor issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is a hidden gem. Love the beach service! This particular unit had some issues and is a bit dated - the biggest issue we had was that the main sliding glass doors were "fogged" and the view of the beach wasn't ideal through a foggy door. The seals on the doors had clearly failed. Management was notified so hopefully they have resolved this by replacing the door. Furniture was in decent shape but the beds in both rooms weren't fixed to the headboards and made loud noises. Kitchen was stocked adequately.

No fridge, no problem we'll just spend more money!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately things happen. It would be that it just so happened our refrigerator went out right as we were arriving for our stay. Thankfully we were given an ice chest but that didn't help the fact that we still had to purchase a lot more in order to accommodate our stay. We were forced to eat out every night instead of cooking like we had planned. The condo was great, the beach was beautiful it was disappointing about the fridge but we made it work...while spending more than anticipated.
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 17 de jul de 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the condo and the beautiful beach, but we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the refrigerator issue during your stay. We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive with plans to prepare meals and then have to adjust unexpectedly. While we appreciate your understanding that unexpected issues can occur, we recognize the added expense and disruption this caused to your vacation plans. We’re glad our team was able to provide an ice chest as a temporary solution, and we appreciate your patience while making the best of the situation. Thank you again for your understanding and feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with the smooth, relaxing stay you were expecting. Warm Regards, Benchmark Management

Kristen, Thank you so much for your feedback regarding your recent stay at Beachcrest 904! We were truly honored to have you as our guest and we are very thankful for your kind words and rating. When it comes to the complimentary beach service that is set up daily for Beachcrest guests, we do understand that having to wake up early to claim chairs can be kind of pain and while we do wish there was something we could do, that is out of our control. Not having to pay for chairs and umbrella is a nice bonus though! We hope this does not deter you from staying with us again! Benchmark Management

Awesome location, average comfort

The best thing about this property is the easy access to the beach! The property manager is also easy to access and quick to respond. We had to have the back of our toilet replaced during our stay and it was done promptly and without intruding on our time and space. This place is ideal for short trips - the beds aren’t super comfortable, towels aren’t absorbent, and there wasn’t good space for hanging towels or storing sandy items.

Beautiful view and location.

904 at Beachcrest on 30A was overall very nice. The master bathroom needs an updated toilet and some of the doors need adjusted so they open smooth and stay on track. But the cleanliness was spot on and had all the household items you would need while staying. The view is breath taking and the beach chairs are added plus. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again and recommend as well.

Great Location - Would Stay Again

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was nice, great view, clean, and was fantastic to have beach chairs and umbrella provided on the beach with having an infant. The building is older but no problem at all as the condo was more updated. You can’t beat this location! Publix is right down the street - which we met one of the members of Florida Georgia Line at the Publix! And there are a lot of great restaurants nearby and we enjoyed cruising 30A and visiting Seaside.
