Una vez que ingrese a este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños completos actualizado y decorado con buen gusto en el 3er / último piso, inmediatamente se sentirá atraído por el balcón frente al golfo y la emocionante vista. ¡Incluso podrías atrapar algunos delfines jugando en el golfo! El | El | El propietario está actualizando constantemente la propiedad y las mejoras recientes incluyen un nuevo Smart TV LG de 55 pulgadas, nuevos televisores en ambas habitaciones, un cabezal de ducha tipo lluvia en la ducha principal, inodoros modernos en ambos baños y todas las nuevas colchas y almohadas. El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama matrimonial con colchón ortopédico con encajes de chinches (nuevo en 2017). Very clean and perfect location. Right on the beach and a nice private balcony. Could use some updated balcony furniture but the view was incredible. Would definitely stay again. Management was great.

Wonderful for Us

Myself + 2 children. We enjoyed being right on the beach. We found the beds uncomfortable, but that is entirely subjective and wasn't a hardship for 4 nights. The property was exactly as described. Bring walking shoes! You'll need them to get to the local shops and restaurants.

Amazing

This was the best place. Very relaxing and convenient. Amazing view and comfy chairs. We had a minor issue with the air but it was promptly taken care of. There is no elevator but that was only needed during arrival and departure. We are definitely putting this place at the top of our go to places.

Great views!

The condo has a great view. But the unit had several issues. We couldn’t get to the balcony from the living room sliding door as it was apparently broken. We were however able to get there through the bedroom. The Wi-Fi was very flakey and worked some of the time. We didn’t spend much time in the unit. But the location was great.

A couple things that could be improved:(1) Repair garbage disposal(2) May want to consider new beds, especially in the master bedroom. Bed sloped so much that it was unsuitable for two people.(3) A few electrical receptacles either need to be wired-in or repaired.(4) A larger saucepan would be helpful, too.

Easy check in. Great view. The sliding glass door has still not been repaired and does not work. I read it was broken months ago and assumed they would have repaired by now. Nope. As much money as I paid for 3 nights I expect basic working doors. Even though there is bedroom access, this was a real let down.

Great Seagrove Location!

This is a great location in the heart of Seagrove. Beachside 11 looks very similar to the pictures online. The door to the porch has still not been fixed as stated in other reviews I read online before I booked. Most of the condo has been updated with the exception of the carpets in the bedroom which need to be removed and replaced with something more beach friendly. The bed in the front bedroom is very noisy if you move at all in your sleep. We were not in the room very much. It would also be nice if the room had beach chairs available as well. We rented them once we got here which was super easy and convenient. We had perfect beach weather for our stay. Amazing sunrise and sunsets!!

Loved the picture window in master bedroom that even reflected thru the bathroom mirror -- looked like a cruise ship view.So close to the beach access, just down the steps and around the corner. Third floor was a little hard on us -- knees not so young anymore -- with no elevator, but the parking was close by so that helped. Love the location, size, and serenity of Beachside Condos. Benchmark Management is very quick to respond to any issues and checked in on us periodically. Not a corner unit so the balcony was a bit enclosed, so got a tad warm without the sea breeze. Furniture and decor had the beachy theme and colors I love. Highly recommend.

Location is amazing! The condo, not so much.

The location of this condo was PERFECT; right on the beach, walking distance to restaurants, 5 minute drive to Publix and just a few minutes further to Seaside. I would absolutely consider staying here again if it was updated and cleaner. The carpet in the bedrooms were disgusting and old with stains. I did not want my baby crawling on it. The mirrored doors to the closets had markings all over them and the glass was even broken at the bottom of one of them. The shower floor had a dirty grout which isn’t terrible but something I noticed. Also, a big roach scared me in the living room on our last night, so I wasn’t happy about that. Overall, if the carpet was removed and replaced with something else, the mirrors changed to the closets and better pest control, I 1000% would stay again here.

The window blind in master bedroom needs to be replaced - won't go up or down properly. It got stuck in the "up" position and then wouldn't stay up at all! Sliding door on to balcony was really hard to open. Ice maker very stingy with the ice! Staff had left it off so none when we arrived and it never filled up in the 4 days we were there. Have stayed in this complex before but first visit in this unit. Will stay here again.

We stayed on the ground floor this year and the top floor this year. I only have 2 complaints regarding the unit we were in this year (unit 11). 1) The blinds in bedroom facing the ocean did not work properly and the stick to twist them open was broken. 2) The condo was not as clean as I hoped it would be when we checked in. I felt as if it could have been much cleaner. Overall, we enjoy staying at Beachside.

Reviewer Comments: We were given this condo after the air went out in the one we originally booked. While it did have a beach front view, we felt this condo was not up to par. The carpet was disgusting, we would not walk barefoot on it. The kitchen utensils were all old and dated and looked very dirty, as did the whole condo. The beds were uncomfortable and sheets were stained, blood stains on the pillowcases. We did not choose this place and wouldn’t have if it were up to us. The book selection was nice and the view of the water was good though.

There were a few things with the condo that I pointed out in our checkout procedures that we found upon arrival. I thought the owner/property manager would want to know in order to keep up the appearances and overall quality of this property. Outdoor chair had a large hole in the seat, paint was very chipped and peeling from bottom of bathroom door/Master bath, and mold on the rubber seal of shower door/Master bath. As a property owner, I would want to know these things. None of these hindered our time there though. We were disappointed that we could not use our cabana on the beach, this goes along with beach travel and it would have been more enjoyable to be able to use that. This could be something helpful to add.
