Villa Diez, Pool & Boat Charters

Villa Diez at Grace Bay has an excellent location in the heart of Grace Bay. Just 5 minutes walk to the well renowned Grace Bay Beach, Pharmacy, Graceway Supermarket, gift shops, cafes, nightlife, restaurants and bars.
The home is fully air-conditioned with units in all bedrooms and living areas. For those moments when you want to be indoors, but still enjoy the lovely Caribbean breeze, there is a large sliding door and windows, all fully screened to keep pesky bugs/mosquitos at bay.

Indoors:

On the upper level you will find your two (2) bedrooms featuring:
- King Sized Bed (1)
- Queen Bed (1)
- Walk-in Closets
- En Suite Bathrooms

On the lower level you'll find your kitchen, powder room, living and dining areas. It also features a patio spanning the width of the home, ensuring uninterrupted views of the scenic tropical garden and pool.

Outdoors:
My family loves the outdoors and I hope yours do too. The house is equipped to make you comfortable while there. Here are a few things to do:
- Grill up a steak (or veggies if that's more your style)
- Go for a dip in the pool or simply lay out and work on your tan.

- Your home is equipped with a safe for your documents and valuables.
- In the event of a fire, the kitchen has fire extinguishers.

Guest access
For the time you are here, my home is yours. Every photo you see is a space you are free to enjoy. Recreational/BBQ area, 2 parking spaces per townhouse are all accessible to guests.

Our stay at Villa Diez was wonderful. The villa was everything described. Spotlessly clean, wonderfully maintained and equipped with everything we needed. A short walk to Grace Bay beach, restaurants, bars & supermarket. After returning from a glorious day snorkeling or diving relaxing by the peaceful pool was wonderful.

Great property!

We were so happy with property at Grace Bay Townhomes. The townhome had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. The porch was so peaceful overlooking the lush gardens around the pool. It was wonderful!

beautiful town home

Great location. Short 10 min walk to beach or restaurants. Beautiful pool area with enclosed screen porch dining area. A/C throughout the place. We'd go back to this place for sure.

Great Place!

The townhome was just as described. Not a far walk from grace bay beach. Grace bay was wavy for our stay so we ended up driving to sapodilla bay and taylor bay which is perfect when traveling with a toddler. Overall we were happy with the accommodations!

Excellent stay. Everything as listed and more

Check in was easy. House was spotless. Pool was clean. BBQ was clean and ready to use. Best bed we slept in while on Vacation. Wagon to take beach supplies to Grace Bay. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Close to everything a person could want. Food, grocery, beach. Close to dive shop for pickup for morning dive.

Excellent location!

Our group wanted to stay close to town to enjoy the restaurants. We had a rental car but noticed most other guests staying at these condos walked to town and to the beach. We had an issue with an appliance and Mark arrived right away! Glad to know he was so responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Great value

This is a spacious townhouse just a short walk from the Grace Bay beach and shopping. It's on a quiet street behind the Ports of Call resort, and shares a pool with six other similar units. Everything in the house was clean and properly equipped - kitchen was good, plenty of towels, etc. Mark was helpful with my questions. A great stay!

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved staying here! The bedrooms were huge and the condo came with all the amenities you could need including beach supplies. Great location, walking distance to beach, stores and restaurants. We loved the little bakery that was right down the path. The garden surrounding the pool was beautiful and filled with butterflies everyday. The beach was clean and very large with the clearest water. Mark was kind as well as quick to answer any and all of our questions. I highly recommend this place!

A calm oasis

We had a wonderful time at Villa Diaz. It is tucked away on a quiet street but easy walking to everything in Grace Bay. The condo is beautifully furnished and the screened patio with private bbq was fantastic. Everything you need for fun in the sun is provided! The beach chairs and umbrellas were essential as the sun is very strong. Mark was a great host who addressed any of our concerns immediately. The property is well maintained and the pool area was also lovely. If our travels take us back to tci, we would definitely rebook this condo.

5 min walk to beautiful Grace Bay beach

Roomy and clean. The fresh flowers, snacks and bottled water were a nice welcome. The sheets were super soft! The furniture in the living room could be updated. Nice to be 5 min from the beautiful beach. You can rent an umbrella for $20 or $30(large) at the beach and bring the chairs from the condo. The beach towels are nice to have. The property grounds and pool are well maintained. Mark was quick to respond to a request we had for the condo.

Great home base for our family

It was our first time in Turks and Caicos so we didn't know what to expect and wanted something in the Grace Bay area. It is within a short walking distance of the main area of Grace Bay, and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. It is a few blocks from an upscale grocery store and has good restaurants close by (Turks Kebab was great and is right around the corner!) We had planned to have a rental car to check out all of the beaches that the island had to offer and would recommend doing the same to future travelers. The property was clean and had all of the basics that we needed for our stay. Mark was responsive to communicate with as well.

Great Stay in Turks and Caicos Near Grace Bay

The property was a quaint townhome complex only a couple of blocks from Grace Bay Public Beach Access and shopping. Only a limited number of townhome units which means the location was quiet and parking for the rental car was never an issue. The unit was very clean, the A/C worked great! There was an enclosed patio facing the pool. And the pool was right there - just outside the patio door. Bonus ---- there was a Weber Genesis stainless grill that worked great! Kitchen had all utensils, etc. that we needed. The were some beach chairs and umbrellas in the storage closet we were able to use. Only issue we had was a couple of days before we left, the microwave just stopped working. However, a quick communication with Mark, who stopped by later to assess the situation. The next day mark brought over a countertop microwave to get us through the rest of our trip. Mark is VERY responsive and awesome! This townhome was perfect for the three of us. My family thoroughly enjoyed this vacation and this property and location to stay on the island. We would stay here again the next time we come back.

Great stay

Mark è veramente disponibile, risponde immediatamente a tutte le tue richieste. La casa è molto carina spaziosa e pulita. Ci sono 3 bagni! L’area barbecue è top! 10 minuti a piedi da grace bay e dal supermercato . In casa trovate tutto cio che vi serve per andare in spiaggia. Ombrelloni, sedie e borse frigo. Rallentate entrando con l’auto verso il condominio, la strada d’ingresso è un po dissestata.

Perfect place to relax and recharge.

We stayed at Villa Diez for 8 days. This place is wonderful! It is well stocked with everything you would need, including spices, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The beach chairs and umbrellas are a huge bonus, we wouldn't stay anywhere without them as it makes a day at the beach more enjoyable. There is also an outdoor shower on the end of a condo unit. This condo has good cooling, and gets great breezes when the windows are open. We usually had the pool to ourselves, but enjoyed sharing it with one of the other condo owners, and Pete, a friendly big bird, who hangs around there. This place is central to all the shopping, and 6 mins. walk to the beach. We will always come back to these condos! Did I mention that it is very quiet and beautiful with all the flowers and palm trees.
