Bellamente remodelada a un alto estándar, la unidad SeaGate 407 es luminosa, brillante y un lugar maravilloso para que su familia y amigos creen recuerdos frente al mar en sus vacaciones. Hay 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y una cocina completa, así como almacenamiento en la planta baja para equipos de playa. El condominio es solo suyo y no puede evitar amar las vistas desde el balcón alto sobre la playa desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. ¡Imagina cocinar con las vistas de las aguas cristalinas de Indian Shores!
* TODAVÍA MÁS MUEBLES Y DECORACIONES PARA VENIR - IMÁGENES PROFESIONALES A SEGUIR * El dormitorio principal cuenta con baño privado con ducha y cama King. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas queen y también tiene baño. Esta habitación tiene acceso a un baño con una combinación de bañera / ducha compartida a través del pasillo con el tercer dormitorio. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen. Todas las habitaciones tienen un televisor inteligente, por lo que puede retirarse a su habitación y relajarse después de un largo día en la playa.
La cocina está completamente equipada con ollas y sartenes, etc. Todo lo que necesitará para cocinar o sacar y sentarse en el condominio para ver el mundo o la playa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The beds were very comfortable, updated bathrooms were roomy and clean, and the shared living areas were great for everyone to comfortably visit. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location

We had a group consisting of both adults and children. Though we had a few hiccups with check-in, the hosts were very quick to respond to messages and were very helpful with questions throughout our stay. This location had walking access to several restaurants and is a quick drive to grocery stores and such. The beach is beautiful and not overly crowded in this location. Would certainly recommend this vrbo to others in the future!

Fun in the sun

Condo was beautiful and clean, and view was spectacular. Unfortunately the building was undergoing a lot of loud construction to address hurricane damage. Wish this had been disclosed to us. Once the 8 hour/day jackhammering is not a factor - this place is perfect.

Hi Jen, Thanks for your booking and we are so glad you chose our condo at SeaGate! We loved having you stay. I'm sorry you felt the need to leave us a 4* review for an excellent stay. Every email you sent you said how much you were enjoying it. We suffered a mechanical failure of two ceiling fans remote controls which were replaced with brand new fans within 36 hours, and also a toilet which your group blocked which was taken care of within 12 hours or so. Check out time was on the listing when you booked, so if you felt you needed to ding us on that, it's very upsetting. Also, you didn't leave until 1045 anyways! Thanks for your review, and thanks for staying, we look forward to welcoming you again in the future.

Great getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Indian Shores. It is close enough to many activities but far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. The condo was clean and roomy. Our beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the set up on the balcony. Amazing Sunsets.

Fantastic stay on the beach

We loved this condo for many reasons. The unit was renovated recently and feels new. The condo is spacious, the layout is great, the direct views of the beach and ocean from the master bedroom and living room are great, and the unit was well appointed with everything that you need. Also, the whole building felt newly renovated and the pool area was great. The unit is close to lots of good restaurants, there is plenty of parking, and Alex was responsivie to our needs. We would rent this unit again in a minute.

Incredible views. Easy booking process. Would stay again for sure. Location is great. Note when they say one assigned parking spot they mean only one or you are required to park offsite. Starter supplies means just that. One rolll of paper towels. One garbage bag. You need to supply the rest.

Gorgeous Beach Paradise

We enjoyed the quiet, white sand beach, with perfect view of the gulf. The pool was warm and a great place to play when not at the beach. We had no problems with using one guest parking spot all week since we had 2 cars. A few good restaurants nearby or a quick drive or trolley ride to John's Pass or Clearwater. Grocery stores with in minutes to grill out on the provided gas grills near the pool/beach. Having the provided garage with pool chairs & sand toys was amazing. Truly the perfect beach week! Thank you.

Still Rebuilding

My thoughts on our stay are split. Condo as pictured and well supplied. Wagon to haul beach toys, chairs & umbrellas was a plus! Good sized bedrooms with ceiling fans & TVs. Know host does not think they should be dinged for things beyond their control but would have appreciated full disclosure. LOTS of ongoing renovation work. Took many pictures of work happening throughout Sea Gate but cannot attach them. Hurricane was hard on this area. Heard saws, drills & sanders over ocean sounds. Started outside window several times and woke napping children. Elevator broke for part of a day. Paint fumes. Were told pool would be closed on last day and could use the one 2 buildings north. Pool closed entire visit, not just 1 day.

Great Condo, Not So Great Parking

We stayed 5 nights here. Here's my summary:Pros: There is absolutely no denying this condo and its location are amazing and worth the price of admission. Opening that front door for the first time and seeing straight through to the Gulf is truly breathtaking. Short walk to the beach, wonderful balcony with high top tables and chairs to enjoy the sound of the ocean waves and the sunset from your balcony is priceless. This was our first time staying in the area and the Indian Shores location puts you centrally between Indian Rocks Beach, Madeira Beach and Reddington Shores and all of their restaurants, activities and shops which are all within a small amount of miles of you making it walkable or a very short drive while also being very close to grocery stores and chain restaurants. So A for location.Cons: Something that was made abundantly clear about this property in the instructions emailed out a few days before is that each unit has 1 designated spot to park in. The absolute worst thing about this condo & what is causing me to drop stars is that this unit's spot is not marked causing it to be fair game to every other guest, some who brought multiple vehicles. Not one of the 5 days went by where I left & someone had taken the spot & I had to go knocking on someone's door to move. This absolutely negatively impacted my stay & was a huge hassle. I highly recommend that the host has the spot marked. I think it would have mostly the solved that problem.

Broken Elevator with no signage

first day my son pregnant daughter-in-law and one and a half-year-old granddaughter were stuck in an elevator that reached temperatures of about 120°. They had to be rescued by the fire department then they had to take groceries for flights upstairs. Contacted owner to advise also residence advised that it had been happening all week and not been fixed. During our stay fire department had to be called several more times to advise people stuck in elevator. The last day of our stay had to evacuate due to a fire in the elevator. Men’s bathroom code at pool did not work gate at pool did not lock so anyone could come in. Also dryer would take 3 to 4 times during dry cycle to dry clothes. Will not return to see gate ever again.

HI Kim - We are sorry that you had such a bad experience! Obviously as I am sure you are aware the elevator issue in a large building like this is beyond our control. We like you are dismayed by that. I am not sure who you spoke to but as I informed you previously it was not the owner!! At no point during your stay did you mention anything about the gate issue, which by the way is again beyond our control, these issue are down to the HOA which we always are happy to address with them. As far as the tumble dryer is concerned the moment you mentioned that we sent housekeeping in to address the issue, which was resolved. Issuing us a 1* review for things beyond our control is totally unfair! After 5* ratings for over 2.5 years it is really sad that you hit us so badly for something way way beyond our control!!

Family Vacation

Great location! Our party had four adults and three kids 7 and under. Plenty of room inside for everyone. The kids loved the heated pool on the chilly day. Being right on the beach with a great view of the gulf from the balcony was the main reason we booked this location. Within a few minutes from the place we found great coffee, food and ice cream! We would book again!
