Ocean Cottage 94 Bienvenido a la guarida de la sirena .... Este recién construido de 4 dormitorios, 3. 5 casas adosadas Cottage seguramente hará un chapoteo! Entras en esta casa a través de la cocina de un chef, completamente amueblada con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable,
señor. Café, especias, olla de barro, máquina de helados, plancha, y mucho más. Fuera de las áreas de cocina y sala de estar, se encuentra el dormitorio principal con un gran baño en suite. Tanto la sala principal como la principal brindan acceso al porche con mosquitero inferior, perfecto para entretener a los invitados. Para terminar el primer piso hay un garaje para un automóvil, medio baño y un armario para lavandería. El segundo piso cuenta con dos habitaciones Queen con baño privado y acceso al segundo piso con un porche perfecto para disfrutar del aire fresco. También encontrará una habitación con literas y un área de escritorio / estudio ubicada en el centro. Esta casa de campo ofrece muchas otras comodidades, como 2 bicicletas para adultos, toallas de playa, sillas de playa y 4 televisores inteligentes, juguetes de playa y una silla para niños con juego para niños.

GESTIÓN DE SITIO

Acceso a la playa: la continuación del Proyecto de Rehabilitación de Revestimiento de la Isla Jekyll en el estado de Georgia, ha resultado en la pérdida temporal del acceso a la playa al agua a lo largo de nuestra costa. Todavía hay acceso a la playa de marea alta, parte del revestimiento de la roca. Recomendamos Driftwood Beach, ubicada al norte de The Cottages o solo a unos minutos en auto al sur del área de Great Dunes Park.

Pedimos disculpas por cualquier inconveniente que esto pueda causar durante su visita y apreciamos su comprensión de la importancia de este proyecto.

The property was more beautiful than I imagined. We had the best time. Condo was immaculately clean and decorated so beautifully. The view from every bedroom was gorgeous. Definitely would stay at Mermaids Lair again.

Time to gather with family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Time together with two generations. We enjoyed some activities together, some singly, but always resting and doing something different than what we normally do.This was our first time on the island. We found that everything was we wanted or needed was close. We definitely want to return in a year or two.

Turtle Crawl

My husband and myself, our two daughters and two son in laws came for the turtle crawl. We love the neighborhood and have stayed in another unit before. This particular one is nice but there were a few flaws with the cleaning crew. There were dirty dishes put away in cabinets, a big wad of hair stuck to the shower wall in one of the upstairs bathrooms and by the looks of our bare feet the floors had not been mopped very well. None the less we enjoyed our stay, stuffed the dishes in the dishwasher, the hair I. The trash and washed our feet. We will be back many more times and we will choose to stay in this neighborhood again.

Wonderful cottage/condo!

Spacious rooms, very clean, tastefully decorated and fully stocked kitchen. Location in the condo community was peaceful and relaxing, we loved sitting in either of the screened in porches with coffee or wine enjoying the ocean sights and sounds. Spectacular sunrises! Parker Kaufman management company was impressive, we had confusion over dates on our end and they were very easy to work with and help, which made our stay even better. Would definitely stay here again!

A lovely, relaxing stay in an excellently-appointed home

This is a lovely home in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. It is extraordinarily well-appointed, providing everything we could possibly have wanted for kitchen, home and beach. It was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for grandma mom, and two teens to spread out or gather. We especially loved the screened-in porches for relaxing and watching birds go by and waves come in. A very short walk to the beach and nicely located on the quieter north end of the Island. We would definitely consider staying here again. One maintenance note: the exterior doors to the screened-in porches were very difficult to unlock, open, and lock from the inside; perhaps they need some adjustments?

Really, really relaxing stay!

Lovely townhouse style apartment. Very clean, good location, a/c worked well. Tankless water heater meant all 6 of us could shower in the morning with no issue. Very quiet being one apartment from the end of the development. Only requirements for checking out are to empty garbage, start dishwasher and leave your beds unmade. Both decks had comfortable furniture and the ocean was soothing. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Everything was close and the Driftwood bistro is easy walking distance. My only negative would be that they are a little stingy with supplies. One roll of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher tablets, no laundry soap. Only one towel per person (we stayed 5 nights) so laundry had to be done. It would have been nice to have a little coffee and 1/2 & 1/2 for the first morning until we could get to the store. In general though, it was a great time and I would recommend to friends.

beautiful home

Our group was 2 families with 4 kids under 10. The house was a great size, bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Plenty of seating in the dining area. Well stocked kitchen. Great supply of beach chairs, toys, kites, bikes, etc. for us to enjoy during our stay. Was surprised that the beach disappeared at high tide, but wonderful at low tide and gave us time to get out and explore the island.

Great quiet getaway

Lovely condo in good location. The beach is assible only at low tide, but public beach is very close. Great pool! Hot water was not always available. No hand soap and toilet paper not in every bathroom, but a nice facility.

Great condo in a great location

This would have been a 5 star stay except for 2 things 1st was it wasn’t clean by any standard. I had to wash our bed sheets they were so dirty. 2nd the hot water would not work in the evening when we would get ready for bed. Otherwise a fabulous condo with all of the amenities. Beautiful sunrise every day over the ocean. We used all of the incredible porches and the back patio. The laundry was especially good. The appliances in the kitchen top notch. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. The beds and seating were comfortable. If it had just been clean and had hot water in the evening it would have been 5 star.

Heavenly get away

We absolutely loved this rental! Very clean! And had so many extras that they chose to include (ie: beach towels, tons of beach toys, floats, games, stocked kitchen stuff) the view from this home was BREATHTAKING! I could’ve slept outside on The upstairs balcony because it was so peaceful and comfortable! 10/10 would recommend this home! And the doors leading outside are very much kid friendly which was a huge plus for me!

Great Ocean View!

This was our second time staying at the cottages. We loved being able to sit on the back porch/patio area to see the ocean and hear the waves. Nice and quiet location at The Cottages while still being close to beach access and short walk to the pool.

Great Place!!!

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The location is perfect and it's just steps from the beach. The only issue we had was the bathrooms. They weren't very clean when we showed up. The biggest issue being a lot of hair still in the showers and tub. We cleaned them ourselves, so that was a little frustrating. Other than that, the stay was perfect!!!

Great property with amazing views. 4th bedroom a little small and needs it own bathroom. For future renters, it would be helpful to let them know in advance what the code is to get in. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful island

This is a fantastic property on a beautiful island. We had seven of us in the house and we were very comfortable. The porches were our favorite places to hang out and watch the pelicans and the rainbows—the ocean view is wonderful. The house is exactly as described. We used the two bikes a lot — we loved riding around the island. The only strange thing, and this is not the fault of the owner but the policy of the condo association, is that you are not permitted to hang sandy or wet towels and swimsuits anywhere outside. This is the beach! Everyone has sandy towels and dripping swimsuits! So take enough beach towels to get you through morning and afternoon at beach or pool, then wash everything at night in the large-sized washer and dryer. You will have a wonderful vacation at this cottage!

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean. We were very pleased and hope to return. The screened in deck: upper and lower were very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved it!

It’s a wonderful property in a perfect location!

We loved staying at this property so much in October 2019 that we came back for another week in March 2021. It’s a beautiful view and perfect location.
