Newly Renovated 3 Bedroom Condo

Three bedroom condo within walking distance to St. Augustine Beach and many great restaurants, shops and bars. The condo is prefect size for a group of eight people.

Condo is approx. five miles South of Historic downtown. Upstairs host the master suite with king bed, first guest room has queen bed and second guest room has a queen bunk beds and a full bed. The condo is an open floor plan & fully equipped kitchen. All linens, towels provided. One car garage has full size washer/dryer, beach chairs, grill and wireless internet.

Great location

Beach restoration was being done so we had to walk quite a ways to access the beach. Other than that we had an amazing trip. We loved the condo and will be planning another trip and stay again.

Absolutely Amazing Property

This condo is perfect! It is stocked with everything you need for a wonderful vacation! The condo is decorated to perfection, extremely clean, and within walking distance of everything! You can be on the beach in two minutes! Plenty of parking infront and behind the condo. Host was fantastic! Will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect.

This is our 3rd year staying in this condo, and it feels like home. House is clean, comfortable beds, spacious, and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach is a few steps away. They also have all the beach toys/chairs/wagon/towels you could need for your stay. Greg is great at communicating. We have never had an issue, but before hand he was so helpful in us planning our trip. Definitely looking forward to coming back again next year.

St. Augustine Beach Stay

We rented this condo for a month and absolutely loved it. We walked the beach at sunrise each morning to take in the gorgeous colors. There’s a nice farmer’s market at the pier every Wednesday and another great one on Saturdays a few miles away. The house was comfortable and we used the kitchen almost every night. Our children and two young grandchildren visited for about a week. They had so much fun using all the beach toys that were in the garage along with a beach cart for easy transport. We highly recommend this condominium. The hosts were awesome too!

Enjoyed our stay!

The property gave the four of us plenty of room and was very clean and comfortable. We loved the location close to the beach but still only 15 minutes from downtown. There were plenty of beach chairs and other equipment. One problem we had was in the second bedroom (queen bed) where the AC vent is directly over the head of the bed. Even with the vent closed, there seemed to be a draft when laying in bed. Overall though, we were very happy and had a great time!

Fantastic location, well stocked with beach gear and super clean!!

The location is amazing for the price, under a minute walk to the beach without crossing AIA. The garage was stocked with all kinds of great beach gear and the whole condo was super clean and spacious. Communication with the owners was immediate and clear and very accommodating to all of our needs. I highly recommend this location and I will return if ever in St. Augustine again.

Best bachelorette beach weekend!

Everyone loved how nice and clean it was! The aesthetic of the house was cute and beachy! Very close to the beach, we went down there for both sunrise and sunset; it was just all around a great experience and a lovely place to celebrate a special time with friends!

Fantastic Rental!

This rental was very spacious, clean and well stocked for a great vacation. The host was always very quick to respond. The property is at a great location being only 4-5 houses away from the ocean. It was a super short and nice walk out to enjoy the ocean. The ice cream shop (Mayday) was well worth the short walk too. There were lots of beach toys in the garage for our use. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. There were a variety of games available to play in the living room too. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever experienced at a rental. My family occupied 4 of the 5 beds and everyone was very comfortable and slept well. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to St. Augustine. We highly recommend this location for your vacation needs.

AMAZING property and owner!

This property was even better then presented in the listing! So spacious and clean! They missed nothing in amenities! There was nothing we needed that wasn’t available in the kitchen. The beds were super comfortable! And, the beach offerings in the garage…wow! They had plenty of nice(not rusted beach chairs), noodles, boogie boards, drink holders with cell phones holders to put in sand at beach! Grill was so clean! Washer and dryer, if needed. Nice iron and ironing board! So close to beach. And beach store right across from it. And, amazing ice cream shop(Mayday) across street. My family ate at the diner across the street and raved about it! Close driving distance to Publix! And, finally Greg(the owner/agent) was great to work with and communication was great! Will definitely stay here if we make it back to St. Augustine!

Great location!

It was clean, comfortable and in very good shape. There was plenty of room for 4 adults or more. It was a very short walk to the beach and some really good restaurants and a 10 minute drive to downtown Saint Augustine. We had a great time and will definitely go there again.

Great place to stay

My brother and his family and my husband and I have been meeting in St Augustine for the past couple of years. We have rented many properties. This one has been the best so far. It was clean and the pictures on the site is exactly what you get. It was a short walk to the beach and a short ride into St Augustine. One thing that was great that the house was fully stocked which you don't get that in most rentals. I would highly recommend this rental and we hope to visit again next year!

A Pleasant Surprise

Wonderful condo. It was clean, and decorated with a beach vibe. Lots of space. Bedrooms were good size and beds were very comfortable. Exactly as described on the listing and through the pictures. So close to the beach, walking distance to many restaurants. It was a nice surprise to have bath tissue, paper towels and cleaning supplies available. We will definitely stay here again when we visit our family in St. Augustine.

Good location for the property, close to dining and historic downtown St. Augustine as well as just a less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Property has all the amenities you'll need for a great stay.

Pretty great property overall - super close to the beach!

This was a pretty great property to stay at. Greg was really responsive to any questions we had. Loved that the condo came with 5 beds - great for a small group. Loved how close the beach was (2-5 minute walk & private beach access). Also loved all the beach chairs, tents, boogie boards, wagon, and noodles. We definitely appreciated the outside shower at the front of the house as well. This is a must have for beach homes. These were all pleasant surprise that weren't mentioned in the listing. All the furniture was also fairly comfortable, and the fixtures looked new/ upgraded. The king size bed was also pretty amazing & comfortable & included an adjustable base (which we didn't find out until the last night)! Again, all things that weren't mentioned in the listing but were really nice surprises. Somes cons - The queen bunk bed was a little scary & felt poorly constructed. Probably fine to support the weight of children, but it scared us to have adults on the top bunk. The ladder seemed very rickety and the whole frame squeaked back and forth. Something I'm sure that will be fixed soon but worth noting - The hot water didn't seem to work at the house. All of our showers were luke warm. The luke warm water seemed to go in and out. Not terrible, but it seemed like the water heater might have been on its last legs. Other thing to note - It would have been nice to have been aware of the parking situation before we arrived. The driveway in the front of the condo looked as though it could fit 3-4 cars from the photographs in the listing. There was an additional driveway in the back of the house that wasn't mentioned in the listing at all that could fit an additional 1-2 cars. We found out after we were at the property that one of the driveways spots directly in front of our condo belonged to the condo next door (no mention of this in the listing at the time). Not a big deal, but it was a bit of a rude shock when the neighbor came pounding on the door early one morning to yell at us to move one of our vehicles that was parked in front of our own condo so that they could park their monster of an over sized truck in our driveway. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to have been aware of the situation prior to arriving. Overall we really enjoyed this property and would definitely come back again. Would definitely recommend it.

Family Vacation

Condo was splendid, very Clean, wonderful beach Decor, very short walk to beach and loved having everything we needed for a day at the beach in the garage! Would definitely return!
