COSTER DEL PUIG Ref. VP18

Villa Coster del Puig se encuentra en una magnífica ubicación a las faldas de la montaña Puig de Maria, accesible por un camino de delante de la plaza del monumento, junto a la carretera de Pollensa. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares sobre el pueblo de Pollença y del montañas de la Sierra de Tramuntana situadas justo detrás. Es una casa de campo mallorquina de construcción tradicional hecha de piedra de la zona, con un estilo moderno. En el interior las paredes son blancas, baldosas de terracota, techos con vigas, y una magnifica iluminación. Cuenta con sala de estar, comedor y cocina en la misma planta abierta. El salón cuenta con cómodos sofás, muebles de madera oscura y una estufa tradicional mallorquina. Las puertas dobles del patio con salida a la terraza. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos, incluyendo lavavajillas y microondas. También hay una despensa con un montón de espacio de almacenamiento. Los dos dormitorios están muy bien amueblado con muebles antiguos, y tienen vistas a los jardines. Estas habitaciones comparten un cuarto de baño con bañera y ducha. Una terraza cubierta de parras corre a lo largo del lado del salón de la casa, con una mesa y bancos. Hay maravillosas vistas que contemplan el pueblo Pollença, los famosos 365 escalones Calvari y las montañas de la Sierra de Tramuntana.. Hay otra terraza en la parte delantera de la casa con una barbacoa incorporada y una zona de estar.

Los jardines de Villa Coster del Puig están muy bien cuidados con césped y arbustos y árboles. La piscina en sí está rodeada en tres lados por el césped, y una terraza de piedra con cómodas tumbonas. Es una bonita villa en un lugar maravilloso y sin embargo, es sólo un corto paseo de Pollensa y sus cafés, bares, restaurantes y tiendas. Las hermosas playas también se encuentran a poca distancia en coche.

Cosy house very close to the city

Lovely stay

We love this villa, have stayed 4 times and have booked again for 2025. Location is ideal, villa has everything you could need. It is really well maintained and so close to the town there is no need for a car. Nothing, we love it.

Perfect location

Short walk into town, but private and with great views. Pool is a good size and depth. Loved watching kestrels and eagles from the pool. Another poolside parasol would be good as it’s very exposed.

Lovely Villa

Excellent service from Nordvillas. The villa was very clean and well equipped. The setting was lovely and the town within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend and hope to return. It might be helpful to advise people that if they have a big car access to the villa is quite tight.

Great house and location

The house is perfectly located for walking into Pollenca, whilst feeling private and with nice views over the valley. The house itself had everything we needed, it was traditionally decorated and accessoried but cleans and a good layout for 2 or 4 guests. The pool and veranda were great additions to the house. We'd suggest not having a huge car as the driveway upto the house is quite narrow in places.

Perfect hideout in Pollensa

As a family of 4, we have stayed at Coster del Puig on numerous occasions since around 2008 when our children were very small and we love everything about it! The owners are lovely and the property is kept in pristine condition. Inside it has everything you need. This time we got to sample some wine from the owners vineyard which was very nice. Outside the garden is extremely well maintained as is the pool which has a lovely view towards Pollensa village and the Calvari steps in the background. Pollensa village is a short 2 minute walk away down a hill and if you want some exercise you can walk up the steep incline to Puig Maria with some amazing views out towards the bay. I would also highly recommend Nord Villas. They keep in contact with you before, during and after your stay to ensure everything is ok. Nothing is ever a problem. Thank you for another wonderful week relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life x For us nothing is needed to improve our stay.

Lovely villa

We had a great time at Coster Del Puig and would highly recommend it, it looks just like the photos!The drive up to the property is very tight in places, so a big car would not be recommended.It's a short walk into lovely Pollensa, but we drove every time we went in as it was so hot.It takes about 10 mins in the car to get to Puerto Pollensa, where there's plenty of parking just a short walk from the beaches, bars and restaurants.The pool is a good size, nice and clean and very deep at one end. We did find that the chlorine was too strong, so if you have people with sensitive skin in your group, it might be worth asking in advance to go easy on it.The terrace is a really good size and well shaded with good lighting at night. We spent most of our time out there.The villa has everything you need and it's all in good working order. The shower is powerful and there's always plenty of hot water.The gardens are lovely with mature plants everywhere as well as in pots on the terrace etc. It looks lovely at night when lit up.You are aware of the noise from the road, especially in the mornings. You can't hear it when inside, only when on the terrace or pool area.The villa is very private and not overlooked and has great views over Pollensa old town.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Die Finca ist super gelegen. Man hört zwar die Straße, aber das stört überhaupt nicht. Dafür ist man schnell im Ort. Die Finca war sauber und ordentlich und es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Begrüßungspaket (Lappen, Spülmittel etc). Auch, dass einige Lebensmittel schon im Kühlschrank waren, war eine tolle Überraschung. Die Handtücher wurden regelmäßig getauscht und das Bad gereinigt. Ein wirklich großartiger Service, den wir gar nicht erwartet hatten. Da fällt mir wirklich gar nichts ein.

Schönes Haus auch zum Teleworking!

Das sehr gepflegte Haus liegt kaum 5 min zu Fuss der schönen Stadt Polença. Wir haben da 10 Tage Telearbeit gemacht (ohne Kinder), es war sehr entspannend. Wifi war perfekt. Aus der Terrasse hört man ein bisschen die Straße, die gut befahren ist. Im Haus selbst hört man es überhaupt nicht. Da wir Ende Herbst gekommen sind hätten wir uns mehr Direktsonne gewünscht; die Sonne schien ab 14:30 erst auf das Haus (Wegen Berg). Für die heisse Saison ist es sicherlich einen Pluspunkt, dass das Haus eher in Schatten des Bergs liegt. Der Pool und den Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Die Gästebetreuung vor Ort ist sehr nett und antwortet schnell. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Raus aus dem Alltag - rein in das Landleben

Die landschaftliche Lage am Fuß des Puig de Maria. Fußläufig ist Pollenca zu erreichen. Schafe, Hühner, Ziegen, Esel auf den angrenzenden Grundstücken ermöglichen ein echtes Landleben. Sogar Eier kann man beim Nachbar bekommen. Xisco und Magdalena sind außergewöhnlich gastfreundliche Vermieter und lösen kleine Problemchen sofort und professionell. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen und auch mit Nordvillas gab es nie Probleme. Hier ist die außergewöhnliche Kulanz bzgl. Umbuchen während der Pandemie hervorzuheben! Danke für die tollen 4 Wochen. Einfach das Qualitätslevel halten!

Great house close to Pollensa

The house is actually even nicer than in the photos. The pool is big enough to do some real swimming. The garden is beautifully maintained and provides enough shadow on hot days. You can walk to the central square of Pollensa in under 10 minutes. Lots of restaurants there. One of the best fincas we ever stayed in.

Stunning Views and location

The location of the villa was excellent, easy walking distance to the old town for drinks and restaurants. The View was absolutely stunning. The pool and grounds are extremely well looked after, and the owners happy to help with any issues. Nord Villas are also fantastic. Would highly recommend this Villa and Nord Villas

Great villa in fantastic location

The garden and pool were both lovely, great views of the town and very convenient for shopping and eating. Good beaches nearby. Great layout of rooms in the villa.
