This wonderful 4 bedroom townhome is just steps to the beautiful white sands of Pensacola Beach! The kitchen has been updated with quartz counter tops and a great breakfast bar to gather around with family and friends. This is our home away from home so the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and offers additional amenities like a gas grill, crock pot & a Keurig that makes single serve or a pot of coffee. The covered back deck and living area both overlook one of the swimming pools and the pond. You'll enjoy the easy access to the pool just steps off the back deck and watching ducks and turtles play in the pond. This home is located in Regency Cabanas which is a low density gulf front gated complex that offers two pools and outdoor green space. Also, Cowley park which offers tennis / pickleball courts, a basketball court, a track and a playground for kids is just an easy 1 mile walk/ride/drive down a flat low traffic residential road.

The mattresses in the master, king bedroom 3 and the full size bed are Serta IComfort Cool Gel mattresses and the mattress in king bedroom two is a new high quality hybrid mattress(firm and great for anyone with back trouble or that prefers a firm bed!) so don't worry about lumpy cheap mattresses here!
