Our beautifully arranged 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has you in mind with a well equipped kitchen, 2 family rooms that separate with a sliding door, comfortable sectionals and fabulous outdoor space for swimming and relaxing. Close to everything great about Cape Coral, Florida! A short walk brings you to Tarpon Point Marina, where you will find wonderful restaurants and live entertainment. 4 miles to the popular Yacht Club area that has a beach and a very popular restaurant. 2 miles to downtown Cape Coral with excellent restaurants and shopping. There's a lot to eat in this sweet little city!
The back yard is entirely fenced. A large inviting pool with full view of evening sunsets across the canal has plenty of room for floating the day away. Our outdoor area has a rare, large, covered relaxing spot to hang around, chat or watch one of the home’s 5 large screen televisions. Sitting on the dock, fishing, watching the boats pass by or just enjoying the west coast breezes melts the tension away.
Cape Coral is very close to the worlds best shelling on Captiva Island, the fairytale spot for all day bike riding on Sanibel Island and close enough to Orlando, Tampa and Sarasota’s famous keys to make day trips to each of these cities.
A short distance and no bridges to open water! The world is your oyster!

Note: we have a pool safety fence that can be installed for families with children and there are door alarms on each sliding door that must be turned on manually for families with children.

Family Get Away

This was the perfect place to bring my family. We enjoyed the pool, fishing right of the deck in the backyard and plenty of awesome places to visit nearby. We will definitely come visit again.

Great stay

Our stay was very nice. The condo is very clean. It has a very comfortable layout in the home, the pool and barbecue area overlooks great sunsets and the quiet patio along the canal is a great place to enjoy the day while taking in the sun. We would highly recommend this property and we hope to return in the future.

Wonderful house and host!

The house was just as wonderful as pictured! All the amenities, beds, furniture were extremely nice and well kept. We loved the warm pool and the patio for dinners and family games. Dina was so helpful in anything we needed! I would highly recommend!

Great property

This house was clean, had everything we needed. We were in town for a baseball tournament and it was great to come back and jump in the pool after being at games in the FL heat. It was convenient to all the parks we had th be at as well. We have nothing but great things to say about the house. Would definitely rent this one again!

Wonderful stay for spring break!

My family and I had a great spring break vacation at this property! The home was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was thoroughly enjoyed by my family. When we ventured to the beach, there were chairs and an umbrella available for our use. The neighborhood is quiet and made for some beautiful evening walks. Dina was wonderful to work with and quickly responds to any questions. We would definitely stay again!

Friday to Friday stay

We stayed a week and worked at the house. Was great to go in pool and for my husband to fish off the dock. The kitchen was well equipped and some fun restaurants near by. Would have preferred an outdoor gas grill. I forgot to check for that before we booked.

Nice house,location,everything worked well, host was easy to communicate with. Inside furnitings were good but there wasn’t much to help you get comfortable around the pool. Older porch/pool furniture wasn’t very good

Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway

Upon arrival to this property everything was the way it should be. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. The host made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. She also gave us great recommendations for us to enjoy our time while we were on vacation. The property was in a great location with easy access to beaches, groceries, shopping and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stray!

Perfect Property

Everything about Dina and her property was outstanding! The home was clean, comfortable and supplied with everything you need for an extended stay! Dina responded very quickly to any questions we had and has great recommendations about places to eat and activities to do throughout the area. The lanai and pool, where there’s sun all day long, were our go to on a daily basis.The location of the house is in a very quiet, clean neighborhood and close to most everything! We highly recommend Dina’s property and look forward to staying there during our future visits to Cape Coral! Thank you, Dina

Awesome!

My family and I stayed for spring break. Dina was awesome to work with, she's friendly, always responds quickly, and very accommodating. The house is amazing!!! It has everything you need for the week. The outdoor area and pool deck is unbeatable, we spent all of our awake time there. The house is close to stores and restaurants, and the neighborhood is quite. We never checked out the beach area because the pool and deck in the house was enough for us! If you are looking for some rest and relaxation...this is the place! Thank you Dina for allowing us to enjoy your place!!

As advertised

Had a great time with my family of 4. The kids (11 and 8 yo) absolutely loved the pool. They lived there most of the day. There was plenty of space for another 4 people I would say. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the house had everything you would need. We did have quite a few beach days and all the beach nessesities were provided as well. Although Fort Meyers Beach isn't that far away, expect an hour or two drive. Traffic might have been excessive because of spring break though. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay near the beach

We had a wonderful time on our getaway. The house was great, convenient to everything, close to Ft. Myers beach and to Sanibel. House was very clean, it was just my husband and I, so we only used one bedroom, but it was very nice, and comfortable. The only thing was the pool was chilly, but once I texted her she immediately turned heat on pool. I just didn’t text her till day before we left. Other than that it was perfect! The pool heated right up and I took a short swim morning I left. So nice having a pool literally attached to house almost!! Dina was so easy to talk to and communicate with! I give it 5 stars!!!

Perfect Getaway

This is a great house in a prime location. It’s close to just about everything you need (by car) and if you have/rent a boat being on the canal is a bonus. The house has everything you need including a Keurig coffee maker which is great for your morning coffee by the pool. We didn’t have any issues - but be aware if you are planning to “Uber” around - good luck. We only had a car for 4 of 5 days and were stranded the last night. No Uber or Lyft to be found. Another tip is don’t plan to use Uber/Lyft to the airport - same issue. Best airport shuttle is Surfside Airport Shuttle. Bottom line is rent a car if you want to get around. DIna was fantastic, very responsive and helpful. Don’t hesitate renting this place - it’s exactly as advertised in the description and pictures!

Great location, great price, private pool and canal

This location is quiet and clean. There is plenty of room for family and/or friends. I wished I could have had more people join me. It was a joy to fish off the canal (we caught fish with shrimp as bait everyday), to swim in the heated pool and have a great place to cook and a washer and dryer available. The owner, Dina, also provides a propane grill so you can barbeque at the house. This is especially nice during the pandemic. Florida is mostly open so at this time, there is indoor dining available. Ask Dina to suggest bike rentals, boat rentals and good restaurants. You won't be disappointed. One suggestion is to buy bottled water. Florida doesn't have the best tasting water in my opinion. Cape Coral was a blast!

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican! Firstly, the home was so, so clean with a great layout and very well appointed with nice things; things that the actual owners would seemingly use, not just a bunch of broken, thrift store finds. The pool was also great to have, the water temp was perfect and also very clean. We watched boats float by while we floated in the pool :). The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there are the cutest little owls flying around the street if you pay attention. Dina was so helpful and quick to respond to my questions, she was a great resource! Definitely would stay here again in the future, totally recommend!
