This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage is perfectly situated just 100 feet from beautiful Sea Street Beach! Enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze from the comfort of your inviting 3-season room or relax outdoors with plenty of seating areas ideal for soaking up the coastal atmosphere. After a day in the sand, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower—a Cape Cod favorite!
Each Bedroom is equipped with a Queen Size bed, as well as a Mini Split AC system.
Guests also enjoy access to the Kingfisher Oceanside Hotel Pool (which is a shared pool), offering the perfect spot to cool off or unwind after a beach day. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee with a view of Nantucket Sound or watching the sunset from your patio, this cottage offers the quintessential Cape Cod getaway.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
FREE ACTIVITIES
Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you'll receive free tickets—every day of your stay—to top activities, including:
-Golfing
-Bike & Kayak Rentals
-Whale Watcher Cruise
-Round Trip Ticket to explore Martha Vineyard & Nantucket
Note: Saturday-to-Saturday stays only.
