Sanctuary at Redfish 3119 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey
In this busy world- where tranquility and peace are highly prized commodities...This Sanctuary at Redfish penthouse exudes absolute serenity- from the views on both 1st and 2nd floor balconies to its top-of-the-line extras that will make you feel like you’re viewing life through rose colored glasses.
Located in the quaint community of Blue Mountain Beach, Sanctuary at Redfish is known for its rare blend of preserved coastal landscapes. This 2 story Penthouse offers two primary suites with balconies that look out upon the tremendous beauty surrounding Redfish Lake. Each suite also boasts a large bathroom with an oversized soaking tub and a walk-in glass shower. Plus, the second level suite encompasses the entire floor and its balcony is completely private making 3119 an ideal getaway for multiple families.
Consider its amenities- walking trails, an expansive pool deck with four separate pools and a free seasonal shuttle across the lake to the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. For those who enjoy a nice leisurely walk you can go to and from the beach via the preserve trail or the public beach access year round.
The last day of Pontoon Boat service for 2025 will occur on November 30, 2025. The Pontoon Boat service will start up again on March 1, 2026.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
