Beautiful Townhome near KU and downtown

This townhome was renovated on July 2020, it’s located near KU campus and just a few blocks from Downtown Lawrence. You can walk to The Merc, Burrito King, some restaurants on Massachusetts. It has a full kitchen with new appliances including a new microwave that vents out. All the furnitures are new. This townhome is a two stories home and has a garage/laundry. There is bike for guests who like to ride during their stay in Lawrence.

Smoking, big gathering groups and parties are not allowed. And guests always take care of this home so we ask to you to do as well.

In the back, there is a nice deck with some chairs and table for those who like coffee in the mornings. This 1200 ft² approximately welcomes many people and we look forward to keep the property in good standard-Rock Chalk Jayhawks!!

Great place close to Stadium and Mass Street!! It's been updated and a clean property. Ray was very responsive and the townhome was good for what we needed. Good size and has all the amenities we needed for a KU stay.

The property is located a few blocks from downtown Lawrence and the University of Kansas. Not necessarily a short walk, but certainly walkable. We appreciated the quiet residential neighborhood. The property was clean and as depicted in the photographs. The owner was quickly available by text and phone to answer a few questions that we had. I felt he was quite accommodating..

Perfect location & Awesome Host

We enjoyed our stay. I loved having a vanity with a sink in the bedroom, it was very convenient for the 4 of us to get ready. Perfect location to get to Mass St and Hoglund Ballpark. Host was very responsive and he did let us check in a little early since we arrived sooner than expected. Will stay here next time in town.

Was in town for college move in weekend at KU. Positives: Communication was prompt. Check in was a breeze. House was clean and as expected, quiet neighborhood. Easy to get around despite the road construction. Negatives: No hot tub as noted in amenities, (would have been nice to relax after moving all day) we had to search for extra towels - found them in the dryer. Lots of dishes left in the dishwasher that needed put away. Over all a decent stay. Would still book again.

Convenient location - comfortable accommodations

We enjoyed our 7-day stay at this property. It was very comfortable for two people and nicely equipped. The location was great - walking distance to downtown and to campus. We would stay here again!

Perfect!

Lovely place tucked away on a side street. Quiet and beautifully decorated, a perfect place to come back to at the end of the day. We were minutes away from downtown, coffee, and a grocery store. Ray was so easy to work with, we will definitely stay here the next time we visit Lawrence!

Very Comfortable Week in Lawrence

Great location with a shaded parking space (important in summertime Lawrence!) Our host responded very quickly to any questions we had. All facilities were as described and functioned well. Be aware that living room and kitchen are one floor up, and bedrooms are on the floor above.

Convenient, clean, pretty place

A great stopover on our way down i-70. Nicely equipped and very pretty. Also very clean, with cute holiday lights decorating the front of the building. Good long garage to fit an SUV with a small back hitch. Highly recommend.

Wonderfully Clean and Comfortable

Great condo close to campus. Ultra clean condition with new furnishings. Comfortable Tempurpedic-type firm mattresses. Would stay here again. Note that it is on 3 levels: grarage on first floor, kitchen and living room on 2nd and 2 bedrooms on 3rd.

Christmas Stay

We celebrated Christmas in Lawrence with family and booked in plenty of time. The house was centrally located and it may have been due to the holidays but very quiet. I may have missed the part on the description that said it was a tri-level so if you can't do stairs it will be difficult. We enjoyed our stay very much.
