-All reservation must run from a Saturday to Saturday in season (Dec-Mar). Exceptions possible please send inquiry.

-No partial weeks are allowed (7 day minimum rental).

-Boat approval required. Must provide overall length, make and model details ahead of booking. The property offers 30 feet of dockage with neighboring boats bow to stern. To ensure your boat will fit, please subtract two feet necessary for tide swings, leaving 28 feet for the length overall of the vessel including pulpit on the bow and outboard engine(s) tilted up or left down.

-Boat Trailer Parking: The owner of the trailer must be renter of property. Temporary boat trailer parking may be available in the designated area off 8th street for a fee paid at City Hall.
