Perfect for a week away

This apt was a wonderful week-away property for us. It was immaculate in quality and perfect for two people. It's well located and has parking in a town with little of it, so well worth your time.

Beautiful Beach Condo

The view was just beautiful. The patio had chairs and little tables for morning coffee. The location is close to town but quiet and serene. Only thing is the A/C was in the living room and too small to reach the bedrooms. The windows open to the outside passage way. Not ideal.

Old Orchard Beach

We had such a wonderful stay in Old Orchard Beach. The condo was absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location. We could not have hoped for a more enjoyable stay. Julie was such a pleasure to work with from our arrival through our departure. I have already made several referrals to stay there also. Hope to go again next year.

Perfect for a small family beach getaway!

My family and I stayed over 4th of July weekend and it was perfect location. Just down 1 small set of stairs and up the walkway and you are on the beach. It’s far enough away from the center that it’s not overly busy but it’s just a short 10-15 walk to all the excitement. There is a general store and a small restaurant 1 block over if you don’t feel like going far. The ocean view is stunning and hearing the waves never gets old. The kitchen is stocked with enough to make a meal (except a tea kettle) which made dining in very easy. There’s only 1 AC unit in the back of the building but a breeze carries through the house when you have the doors open. We didn’t see it at first but there is a window fan for the front room in the closet if you don’t want AC. The washer and dry is small but super convenient to do little wash daily to stay on top of things.

Good location

The condo is located a short walk from the pier and far enough away to not hear the noise. Beach access is a path right in front of the condo. There isn’t much information in the listing or provided ahead of time. There also isn’t much information in the house upon arrival. Owner is very responsive via text to answer any questions but I’m used to information being provided ahead of time and detailed binder on location that gives you all the info you need without having to ask. Bedroom is warm even with ac running on high because it’s located at the other end of the condo.

Thank you for the nice review There is a binder with information in the condo I am sorry it must have been in location that you could see it easily The heat pump provides AC for the entire condo but it does need to be left on most of the time to adequately circulate to the bedroom area which is the further room away from the unit I hope you enjoyed your time at the beach and will come again

Aaaaahhhh Maine!

The location and convenience of this property were perfect! Close to restaurants and shops, but far enough from the pier to be calm and relaxing. Our host, Julie was always available to answer questions. She even took the time to meet us in person. I am an interior decorator and this property was nicely updated with beautiful finishes and stainless steel appliances. But, what I liked most was that it is "coastal" without being too "beachy". Subtle hues of blue and sand made the esthetic calm and soothing. Note: the unit was pristine but even the outside spaces, the stairways, entries and balconies were free of webs, insects and sand. This whole building is well taken care of and you will be too! We highly recommend this place and Julie Lemieux!

Love OOB, been to area all my life, have stayed in several units at this condo, this one is not the worst but certainly not the best that i have stayed in, we tried it because the unit we normally would have stayed was not available this year. This unit on the surface my look fine (like in pictures) but open drawers, cabinets or doors and it is still the old unclean version it probably was before the (what looks like) surface updates were made, it was not vacuumed and furniture was all missplaced, just makes you feel like the owner really isnt checking it, sometimes when you rent you ask yourself "would the owner stay in it like this?". It gave the feel someone was just renting it for the money. But i still love OOB.

Great time, perfect location!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The location was great! It was just what we had hoped for to get away and relax. Julie was great to work with and was very prompt in answering any question we had. We hope to be able to return again next year!

Wonderful location. View of the ocean was amazing. Furnishings were updated. Expected beach chairs and towels, but they were not provided. Mostly very clean with the exception of screens, and the runners at the bottom of the sliders. The curtains across the front of condo did not close. The curtain rod was held together with duct tape.

Great Spot, ESA’s should avoid

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. On the 5 days a neighbor told them we had a dog not knowing that I have an ESA ever since the marathon bombing experience. The host called me and said I had to leave immediately until I sent over my doctors information. All in all it was a learning experience for us both. We truly had an amazing time other than that one interaction.

Excellent Stay

We are super happy with the stay. The location is fantastic and the property manager was very responsive to help us out with a couple of minor issues. We are looking forward to going again. This was truly a great location!

OOB vacation

I love renting this place. The renovations are beautiful! Extremely clean and right on the beach. Short walk to downtown but just far enough away to be a quiet stay. Julie was very responsive and great to work with.
