Nestled on the 5th floor of a beautiful old building with lift, you will appreciate the central location of this 35m² flat. In the Hôtel de Ville district, close to shops, tourist attractions, restaurants and transport, you could not be better placed to make the most of your stay in Lyon.

Art Home is composed of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with television, a bathroom with its exposed stones and WC, a large bedroom for 2 persons, with cupboard and storage space. The plus: access to a small balcony full of charm. The flat overlooks a courtyard. Its high floor gives it both a beautiful luminosity, but also an absolute calm.

Art Home is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Lyon and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a member of our team who will introduce you to the flat, its functioning and will give you the keys.

Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on your arrival.

To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you some coffee pods and tea bags.

ART HOME "The pictures of the apartment are exactly how the apartment looks. The cleanliness, the way it was styled, lots of natural light. The amenities were all of a high standard. Centrally located close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets & public transport. Apartment is a very good size. Good amount of storage space throughout. Well equipped for a longer stay. Communication was extremely easy. We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay and would recommend this place."

There is even a small elevator, which was quite handy on arrival and departure. My train arrived much later than expected, and Delphine braved the end of a manifestation to greet me upon my arrival. It was much appreciated! 🙁 Maybe a thicker extra blanket for the bedroom and living room? I would have used them instead of the heat had they been available. But really, it was wonderful."

ART HOME "Great great location! They had a QR code for restaurant and bar recommendations. There’s so much to do in the area. You can walk in any direction and see many bars, restaurants, old town, grocery stores, shopping. The 13 bus just at the corner goes to the train station which is very convenient as well. Room was very quiet with the exception of some small kids in the courtyard but that was during the day. At night, it was very peaceful. We literally never saw anyone in the elevator or entryway. Some quirks to be aware of: The elevator works great but it’s VERY narrow even by European standards. The shower drains slowly when the washing machine is running so just plan accordingly!"

The apartment smelt of mould and there was mould in the shower. Mould is a health hazard. We left after two nights as soon as we could get alternative accommodation. The rental agency didnt seem particularly concerned."

ART HOME "We booked this place for 2 nights to spend sometime in Lyon… we wanted to be very central so we could be close to all the attractions & restaurants etc… The location was great… but unfortunately that was about all that was great… The apartment was very small and hot… it has a air-conditioner unit but no remote and we were told that it was broken… the Agency host delivered a fan which didn’t help much as it just stirred the hot air around You also couldn’t really open the doors & windows as other apartments we only meters away and could see straight into our unit so very little privacy The bed linen & towels were very nice a clean but the pillows were very sub standard, flat and no support plus no extras Definitely a lot of Rome for improvement in this place Would not stay there again"

ART HOME "great location, cozy apartment but lacked extractor and had to follow some strange strict rules 🙂 the location was perfect, as well as the quirky building. the pillow and bed were decent and we liked the fact that the window had retractable blinds. 🙁 we were surprised to receive an email with the check out instructions in which we were told to take the towels out and put them in the bin, take all the garbage bags and take them to the bins outside. I thought we were paying to stay here as we travel and have these taken care of… also, there was no extractor in the kitchen, anything you cocked, smelled in the entire house. while our deposit would be under danger if we did not take the garbage out or if we left any possession inside, I had to search for the plunger and clear the bath drain, because it was clogged and couldn’t shower. but I guess that is ok. finally, the heat: it was cold during the nights. we were instructed, to not have more than 19 degrees in the apartment, even though the radiators were cold most of the time so it didn’t really matter."

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung an perfekter Lage

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir durch Sakina sehr freundlich begrüsst. Sie erklärte uns alles Wichtige - und richtete für uns gleich den Wi-Fi-Zugang ein. Die Wohnung ist für die Erkundung der Stadt perfekt gelegen. Da die Fenster auf einen Innenhof gehen, ist es auch nachts sehr ruhig - den Zugang zum 5. Stockwerk mit dem Mini-Lift haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Wohnung ist sehr zweckmässig und schön eingerichtet - z.B. Garderobenhaken beim Eingang, kleine Küchenzeile mit Nespresso-Maschine und allem Nötigen. Genügend Stauraum im Schlafzimmer und ein sehr gutes Bett.
