Aspectos positivos: Ubicación
The house has everything you need. It is spread out enough to get away from the chaos of a large group but great room, kitchen and outdoor area is large enough to accommodate the group. There are a lot of steps and stairs that wouldn’t have been a problem except my 91 year old Nana was there. Luckily she gets around great. Great communication with the rental company. Would definitely stay at this property again. The house was clean and had enough towels and toiletries.

Location close to beach and bike trails

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property management was great in handling issues. The outside lights did not work, the owners did remove the porch lights and put fans in so the front Porch did not have lights.... Need to rely on landscaping lights to enter house ( dark). The landscaping lights did not work or the overhead light out back. Could not see to grill or use the stairs to the pool after dark. Call and had to have the electrician out to fix numerous times. The last day they did not work again and had to load car with car lights on and dangerous to walk down stairs. Trash was not removed when we got there on Saturday cans were full and diapers on ground ... Wednesday trash was not picked up again and had to call and was picked up on Thursday .. trash smells when not picked up .we should not have ti worry about trash. Pool missing tiles and needs to be resurfaced. Maintenance came to remove and fix half the dining room chairs as they were breaking (did not replace them). The patio only had 5 chairs ??? The pool chairs were flimsy and had wheels and would move when sitting on them . the family room furniture NOT comfortable and needs better layout . Deck had loose boards ..movie room is moldy/mildew from being in ground level, had a dehumidifier running but needs more. The queen on the main floor no tv or closet, need to use hall closet. small “bedroom upstairs “ ok for child not an adult. Needs more silverware ... barely enough for 14 people. There is construction going on behind the house and at the corner during our visit ... lost power a few times and noise .. ask if still going on. They start before 7 am

Great floor plan and outdoor space

The house had a great layout for our extended family vacation. The pool and deck areas were wonderful! With littles we did have to drive to the beach, but never had an issue with parking. Only downside was lack of towel rods to hang towels and wet swim suits. We enjoyed our stay!

Highly recommend!

House was well stocked with everything we needed and more!!!! The walk to the beach was a little further than we would have liked but the pool area was outstanding. Plenty of chairs by the pool for everyone to enjoy family time. The beach chairs and the bikes in the garage were an extra bonus and extremely helpful for everyone to use!

We had an awesome time. The prpperty was just as described. Very Spacious. We enjoyed having our separate areas with enough space to come together and hang out. We got plenty of exercise as there were a lot more steps than we expected. The customer service ny Beachside Vacations was impeccable.

Spacious and relaxing!

Everything was very well-thought out with this rental! The house was well-equipped with all the essential details taken care of so we didn’t have to run to the store as soon as we got there. We paid to heat the pool and even though it cooled down quite a bit at night, the heater caught back up quickly. The kids loved the pool table and theater room. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home, great company, few minor issues

Beachside Getaways managed the property and were very good to deal with. Questions were answered promptly and all staff were friendly. The home was gorgeous...it had some maintenance issues and the cleanliness, especially in the kitchen was weaker than expected for the amount charged for cleaning. the biggest issue was that you had to pay to heat the pool which was not inexpensive. The pool was filthy when we arrived and wasn't cleaned until the afternoon on the last stay so, paying to have it heated was a big waste...that was the only real down point.

The pool will be better going forward, the trees above are getting a major prune which should reduce the amount of debris that gets in after storms and we can avoid a situation like you had. Almost Five Star

Overall the property is nice. There are maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The kitchen table chair was broken, the kitchen window was broken, a shelf in the fridge was broken so we had to avoid putting items on it, the door to the back deck gets stuck, the carpeting upstairs is worn and needs to be cleaned, the movie theater was nice, but it smelled like mold. A closet with a bed was counted as a bedroom. The yard needs some attention. Notwithstanding, our family enjoyed the property and had a good time.

Family trip

The house is in a great location in Palmetto dunes. Quiet street away from the traffic. The pool, hot tub and backyard are wonderful. The rocking chairs on the front porch are great. We also enjoyed the theater room. The house was very clean too! The house has a lot of steps which can be difficult for older people. The upstairs air conditioning did not work well. It was up to 80 degrees upstairs at times. The property management company was great to work with and responded quickly but it stayed warm all week The 6th bedroom is not really a bedroom. It has a small twin bed pushed against a wall. Not great for a large teenager. Final complaint the furniture in the family room although new and modern is not very comfortable. Overall we love the house and beachside Getaway was great.
