Outstanding VRBO in St. Augustine Beach

Our family had a great stay at this location in December 2023. The two story unit was very nice. It appears to be recently renovated throughout with very nice finishes and features. It was in great condition and very clean. It was also in a great location in a small townhouse/condominium complex. It looked out on and bordered a nice pond and fountain in the complex, and was only a couple of units from the end of the complex next to the beach, so it was a very short walk to access the beach. We were also able to walk to a couple of nice restaurants for breakfast and lunch, and there was a Publix less than 1/2 mile away. We would definitely stay there again.

Muy bien ubicada

La propiedad es muy bonita y está muy bien ubicada, a metros de la playa. Hay un Publix muy cerca y la ciudad de San Agustin esta a pocos minutos.

Excellent Location & Accommodations

Bright and airy with retention pond and fountain front seat. Slight glimpse of the ocean from second story main bedroom deck. Comfortable and attractive townhome. Quick walk to the public beach across the dunes. Short drive to grocery stores, all attractions, sites & state park. Of note, you will need to bring all beach gear including beach towels, DW soap, laundry soap, TP & paper towels.

Fabulous Beach Condo

What a wonderful place. The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware, dishes and silverware. Appliances are top notch! There are so many relaxing places inside and out it is hard to choose. The rental company was so nice every time we called. We will definitely rent again!

Definitely recommend!

This unit is impeccably clean. Simply and tastefully decorated. Well equipped. Comfortable furniture. Welcoming and inviting. The owners pride and care show throughout to include all the updates in the unit. The property is well maintained. Short walk to boardwalk that leads to beach. About 10 minute drive to the beautiful historic district. I hesitate to note this…my only less than favorable comment was I found master bedroom mattress to be extremely firm. Otherwise the unit was perfect.

Lovely coastal themed condo

This is the second time we have stayed here. It’s a beautifully decorated and clean condo. Huge master bathroom. We loved the outdoor patio overlooking small lake with fountain … so relaxing while drinking coffee in the am. The beach is 2 condos over the beach path. Beach is gorgeous & spacious. This location is great & close to downtown & fantastic restaurants !!! We will definitely be back!

Perfect stay

Beautifully renovated townhome comfortable for our family of 4. Close to Publix and a short drive to the historic sites. Easy walk to the beach. We gave such great reviews of the property that my parents are looking to go up this weekend and staying there. Only feedback are minor repair issues: downstairs and bedroom blinds are each missing 1 blind. Front door lock would get stuck-property manager came to change the battery as we were checking out. High dusting in bedroom fan needed- AC in the unit is freezing downstairs but you don’t feel cold upstairs at bedtime. Combing it with the ceiling fan helped, but the fan just needed some high dusting if you are going to be running it on top of a bed.

Seawinds at St Augustine Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Seawinds . Our condo was wonderful. It was clean well equipped & nicely decorated. We spent every evening on the patio enjoying the ocean breeze . We would recommend this condo to anyone.

Great Place

We came down to watch our son graduate and spend the weekend at the beach. Place was clean and looked as if it was recently remodeled. Appliances were nice, bathrooms were very nice. Having the 1/2 bath on the main floor and the two full baths upstairs with the bedrooms was great. Location was a quick two minute walk down the board walk to get on the beach. We would stay here again for sure.

Perfect stay

The property was an excellent location, very short walk to the beach and easy drive to downtown area. Everything was clean and updated looked exactly as pictured if not better. We would not hesitate to book again.

Great location

It was a liable website. The host responded to my emails within 24 hours. We had great time while staying there. The weather was not good. It was cold and windy. It would be better if the owner provides beach towels, and umbrella in the unit.

Great beach access

Great location. Private. Quiet. Nice furnishings. Great to have beach stuff in the garage. Need beach towels! Pool was not heated so too cool to swim in unfortunately. Also note there is a whirlpool and not a hot tub! Great spot for a family of four!

Very nice condo close to beach

Everything about this condo was great. Modern, clean and comfortable! We had 2 vehicles so was able to put the smaller Toyota truck in garage as extra parking close by was limited. The door access code wouldn't work but the property management came over right away to bring us keys. Very nice place, I'd stay here again!

Perfect condo property for beach vacation in St Augustine

This property has everything going for it - location, setting of the condominium, the level of amenities, furniture, utensils. It is remodeled and furnished for the owners, not for the temporary guests. Everything is new including pots, pans, fridge, shower, syncs ... you get it. There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs and the possible set in a condo like this downstairs. My only complaint is the fountain that start operating at around 7:40AM and goes all the way to 9PM or so. The sun comes right into the bedroom, for early risers its perfect. If you want to sleep late, the fountain will wake you up if the baclony door is open. Of course, this comment is only relevant for the time you do not need AC and can open the door. We loved St Augustine a lot so we will likely come back if my review will not create full bookings forever :-)

No internet

Would have been a great stay but we had no internet, so devices didn’t work and only one tv, upstairs, was not on wireless. Did try to fix but when couldn’t, we were offered a completely inadequate refund given the inconvenience and lack of amenities as advertised.

Perfect beach condo

This has been our favorite beach condo! The location is a safe, short walk to a very clean beach. The area is quiet & secluded. The neighbors are nice & friendly. The condo itself is newly renovated, comfortable and had everything we needed. Comfy beds, spacious bathrooms. We loved the many balconies too! Several restaurants in 1/2 mile walking distance. We will definitely book this condo again!

A get away

The property was great! The location was excellent and the management was great. We had a few small issues that we addressed within the first hour of checking in. Great job ! The property is very quiet and peaceful. The condo is very comfortable with all the feeling of home. The only thing is there is no plastic glasses or plastic wine glasses for having a drink outside and not worrying about breaking a glass outside. The beach access is very close and the beach is very clean. We will be back if head back to st Augustine.
