This charming two story gem with a wrap around front porch is perfect for your stay while visiting historic St. Augustine. Situated within walking distance of the Fountain of Youth and the Old Town Trolley Tours, you can easily explore all the city has to offer!

Beaches, Ripley’s, historic downtown, fine dining- this retreat is situated near it all! It’s in a perfect location situated nearby downtown area featuring Castillo de San Marcos (1 mile away) and the local shops and restaurants.

Home access:
Guests have access to the entire home, excluding the garage and upstairs balcony. Accessible areas include:

-Three bedrooms
-Two bathrooms
-Kitchen
-Living room
-Porch
-Outdoor/yard area

*There are three bedrooms, situated upstairs, with ample space and roomy closets (2 queens and 1 full bed upstairs) and one small bonus room downstairs with a twin bed.

*This remodeled home has two bathrooms; one upstairs (shower only) and one downstairs (tub/shower combo).

*Can accommodate 7 guests. (Beds: 2 queens, 1 full, 1 twin). For more than six guests, there is a charge of $45 per additional guest with a max of 8 occupants on the property at any given time.

* No more than 3 vehicles can be accommodated at the property. (Two cars in the driveway and one on the street)

*Check in time is 4 PM / check out is 11 am

*It is a no-smoking/vaping and pet free home. No smoking in the home or on the porch. Please properly dispose of your cigarette butts and do not throw them in the yard. There is a $250 fee for smoking in the home or on the porch.

*The exterior of the home is monitored with active audio-video cameras (including the Nest doorbell camera) which cover the porch, yard, and driveway common areas.

The garbage disposal switch is located in the cabinets, under the sink (to the left).

Home uses the Nest thermostat- to use, just rotate the dial right or left and you will see the temperature display. If you have questions about this thermostat or need help using it, please contact me. (There is also an instruction manual in the binder under the coffee table.)

*If you bring a pet in the home which isn’t a registered ADA service animal, VRBO will be notified and you may forfeit your reservation. Proof of vaccinations required.

“Service animal” means any ADA recognized animal that is trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. The service animal must stay with you at all times and cannot be left in the home or vehicle unattended.

Pets providing emotional support, well-being, or comfort companionship are not recognized as service animals under ADA regulations.

***Misrepresenting a service animal is a violation of Florida state statute.***

* There are several boarding facilities in the area where you can board your pet for the duration of your stay.

* Security (audio/video) Nest cameras are on the entire exterior of the home and include the doorbell.

The city of Saint Augustine is full of historic gems that you can’t find anywhere else. From educational tours of the city to the eclectic ghost tours, to the famous light house and the great musicians and artists performing at the Saint Augustine amphitheater, there is much to see and do for all ages. If you’re feeling adventurous, go check out the Alligator Farm! For a relaxing evening, take one of the evening sunset boat tours. The Saint Augustine Beach and Vilano Beach are just a short car ride away (~10 minutes).
