Please note the following schedule for our outdoor pool availability:

Pool Closed: Until July 20th
Pool Open: From July 20th to Labor Day Weekend
Pool Closed: After Labor Day until Memorial Day 2025

The pool will be available for guests from July 20th to Labor Day Weekend. This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues.

Features of this spectacular resort include outdoor and indoor pools (heated seasonally) and an outdoor hot tub, perfect for switching it up from the beach. An on-site restaurant serves delicious food you don’t have to leave the resort to get, and a gift shop is right in the lobby, so it's easy to find souvenirs for everyone back home. Additional seasonal amenities include a splash pad, which is great for the kids in your group and beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee). SunDestin is the perfect spot for your next trip to the Emerald Coast.

As soon as you enter SunDestin 1116, you see a fully equipped, renovated kitchen with a large island, perfect for preparing food after a day soaking up the sun. The kitchen overlooks the dining and living area, both with great views of the Gulf of Mexico coastline. The living area has a pull out sofa and a large TV where you can enjoy the complimentary DVD rentals that come with your stay. The balcony has seating for two and is a front row seat to watch the sunset each evening.

With sleeping in the living room and a king size bed in the master, there’s enough room for four guests in this updated one-bedroom condo. One full bathroom and a half bath offers convenience for everyone.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Located less than four miles from the resort is Harborwalk Village, with plenty of shopping and dining. It’s a great way to spend time off the sand. But when you’re ready to head to the beach, it’s just steps away from SunDestin 1116. The whole family will have a blast here, so start planning now!
