Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, a seasonally heated indoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub.  Achieve your workout goals in the fitness room, pick up a souvenir for your loved ones from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a family movie night. The gorgeous conference room boasts a picturesque space for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor splash pad, an outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally), as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).

Upon entering SunDestin 1118, you will be welcomed with a spacious, open layout along with updated bedding, décor and appliances throughout. An incredible panoramic coastline view awaits, perfect for taking in the gorgeous colors of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico. Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom boast relaxing spaces to unwind after an action-packed beach day, each with a flat-screen television and attached bathrooms. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for making your favorite home-cooked meals. A washer and dryer set is conveniently located in the kitchen area as well. The dining table offers seating up to four guests and there are two bar stools by the breakfast bar. In the inviting living room, a flat-screen television with a DVD player and comfortable seating will be your family’s new relaxation spot for movie nights in, or after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.

The balcony provides seating for four, ideal for sipping coffee while taking in the warm gulf breeze. This lovely two-bedroom vacation rental features cozy sleeping options for up to seven guests with a large king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed and a twin bed in the guest bedroom, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Just steps from the crystal-clear waters and picturesque white sandy beaches, SunDestin 1118 is a true paradise.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
