This 3 BR 2 BA 9th floor condo sleeps 12. King in Master Suite and Large 2nd BR, Queen and Full Size Bunk Beds in 3rd BR, Queen sleeper sofa. Granite counter tops in kitchen, tile floors both bathrooms remodeled, walk in shower in the Master bath.

Spring Break Ages 18-25 Prices shown are for 8 people we will add $125 + tax each for 9th-12th guests and a $300 refundable Security Deposit to the total shown on the website.

A $40 Per Condo Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, 1 extra is $15.
Each renter will be issued 3 parking passes maximum. Summer and busy weeks renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.
