Esta casa tiene dos cubiertas grandes con una vista sin obstáculos del lago Coeur d 'Alene. Se encuentra en un acantilado con vista al lago, debajo de la cual hay una carretera de acceso entre el acantilado y el lago. Esto permite el acceso a nuestro muelle privado. Puedes alquilar o traer tu propio barco ... Esta casa está a cinco minutos en coche del centro de Coeur d 'Alene. El lago Coeur d 'Alene tiene 27 millas de largo y tiene l09 millas de costa. Estamos ubicados en el extremo norte del lago.

Muebles de cuero, mantas de plumas para todos, hermosos muebles de patio y todo lo necesario para cocinar, hasta las bandejas de galletas, hacen de esta casa un lugar para relajarse. Tiene un tema de "naturaleza" que te relaja instantáneamente cuando entras. Hay una cama de matrimonio en una habitación y una doble en la otra. También hay disponibles dos colchones plegables de tamaño doble. La casa está impecablemente limpia y muy cómoda. Está bellamente ajardinado con un césped muy relajante con vista al lago que tiene una sensación diferente a la vista de la cubierta. El césped es lo suficientemente grande para croquet (amueblado) o simplemente para relajarse.

El "Centennial Trail", un sendero pavimentado de senderismo o ciclismo de 26 millas, está adyacente a esta propiedad mientras atraviesa el lago en dirección a Spokane, Washington. También hay un circuito recientemente completado de Rails to Trails 83 millas a través de las montañas Coeur d'Alene dentro de los 30 minutos de esta casa. Magnificent View Property

This property was an exceptional place to spend 8 nights for my brother and me as we revisited old haunts and picked huckleberries in the nearby mountains. The best feature of the home is the multi-level outdoor decks, enabling one to experience unimpeded views of stunning Coeur d'Alene Lake. Late evenings spent sitting on one of the decks, gazing at the sunset over the lake, was Zen-like. The home is attractive, well built, convenient, and well maintained. The rooms are more than adequate in size, with views of the lake from most rooms. This property was well kitted out with every possible kitchen amenity: high quality cutlery, cookware, dishware, dishwasher, spices, condiments, everything you might need to enjoy your stay. Situated on a quiet paved road, the quietness of the place was marvelous, as were the shady walks right from the property. Local and regional attractions are world-class. There were no major noise intrusions from neighbors or nearby roads. The best bonus was the wildlife, which was varied and gentle: wild turkeys, deer with fawns, quail, doves, loads of songbirds, happy hummingbirds, and interesting waterfowl in the distance due to the proximity to the lake. We even met the owner, Paul, who was friendly and helpful. We rate our stay as one of the most memorable we've ever experienced. The only caveat is the stairs: anyone who is unable to climb and descend several flights of stairs would find their stay significantly restricted. Bravo and thanks!!!

5-Star Stay

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks in June. Our time here exceeded our expectation. The house was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made eating in very easy. The living room and bedroom were also comfortable. The bathroom was great – plenty of hot water, with lots of clean fresh towels. The washer and drier were like new. Zach was great – communication with him was very prompt and easy. And for the location – again great. Proximity to downtown Couer d’Alene was perfect – not too close and not too far. And of course, the views were spectacular. Definitely, a 5-Star Stay!

We showed up a day early and they were able to accommodate us! Their granddaughter babysat our kids and brought toys for them. The house had commanding views and is in a great location. I highly recommend!

Great location!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, close to town, had a beautiful view of the lake and communication with the owner was easy. There is so much to explore in this area and I found this location to be convenient for all our hiking, paddle boarding, swimming, boating, etc.

Beautiful getaway spot

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was close enough to downtown but far enough away to be very quite. The house is very cosy and clean. Communication with owners was great. Loved the family of deer that came around nearly every day. Would definitely stay here again

We had an amazing experience renting this property from start to finish. The owners were very helpful and quick with answering questions. This home was clean, centrally located and had the most beautiful views from the deck especially around sunset! We would definitely stay here again when we return to CDA!

Outstanding vacation rental!

This lovely rental home just outside Coeur d'Alene was perfect for our vacation week. It was cozy and comfortable inside with wonderful spacious decks on multiple levels overlooking beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene. We loved the dock for reading and soaking up the sun and swimming out to the new bouncy raft. The property is beautifully kept up and spotlessly clean with tons of amenities included such as a week equipped kitchen, a brand new washer and dryer and large beach towels. The owners were super responsive and delightful to work with. We would highly recommend this "home away from home".

The Tree House

Family of 5 absolutely loved this place. Mom and dad had the master. Teenager bedroom 2 and the 11, 13 yr old slept on the portable mattresses. We nicknamed it the "Tree House". Perched up on the hill, absolutely stunning views from decks, living room, bed room and kitchen, we spent most of our time on the decks where everyone had their own favorite spot. Most days started and ended on the the dock. Each day had its own unique adventure, boat rental, para-sail, Silverwood, huckleberry picking, rock climbing, moose and bird watching, bike rides into town, and a lot of chill time watching the birds and the sun set. We hope to come back.

Beautiful house near the lake

The home is in terrific condition, and had everything we could want for our week in CDA. The views from the living room and the deck are amazing! The yard, with the multiple levels and places to sit was as charming as the listing suggests. Bonus points for a gas BBQ that was in great shape (a rarity for VRBO IMO). It is super close to town but still felt like it was off the beaten path. The dock was also an incredible place to hang out. The ONLY problem with this place is that you have to drive down the hill to access the dock. You can not walk straight down to it, but It’s not that bad, just takes a little planning. Overall we were very satisfied and would definitely stay there again!

Second stay as wonderful as the first!

This is my husband's and my second time to vacation in Coeur d'Alene and our second time to rent this home. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. This house just feels like home. Our adult children rented another home down the street, but all the gatherings were here. We tried to be back everyday from our activities to sit on the deck with wine and hummus and watch the most incredible sunsets over the lake. We also enjoyed the deck every morning, having hot tea and breakfast and watching all the birds come feed at the feeders. This home is in close proximity to downtown, but far enough from the crowds. The home is also conveniently located to the running/walking/biking trail along the lake. We also enjoyed the dock -- swimming and hanging out on the water. We will be back again!

Great stay

We stayed for 8 days in July and were fortunate to have near perfect weather. The house is very comfortable without being large for large sake. Both bedrooms had ample space but be aware there's only one shower in master bath. For 2 couples no big deal, more than that might create a logjam. The dock is at the bottom of the hill and realistically requires a car to load up your boat for the day. Parking is very limited on the road. The real appeal to the property is the deck. It almost feels larger than the house itself. The views are wonderful and the only real noise is the occasional boat that's running near shore. The location is very convenient sitting less than 5 minutes from the CDA resort golf course. If you're a golfer I highly suggest you drive the 1/2 hour to play Circling Raven in Worley. It's ten times the course. The drive downtown is only 5 plus minutes away and parking wasn't really an issue. Lots of live music to listen to either from a street front table or inside. All in all a fun town. Boat and jet ski rentals were easy to obtain. If you're wondering should you stay at the resort or rent a house trust me, RENT THE HOUSE. It's less expensive, better room, better view and way more comfortable. A VERY relaxing location.

Perfect house for the Ironman (and more)

My wife and I stayed in this house for 6 nights to compete in the Ironman Coeur D’Alene. This was a perfect place for us. We had high hopes from the pictures and the description on the web page, but as soon as we set foot on the property, it exceeded our expectations. Only 5 minute drive to downtown, it felt completely private and ‘away’. It was a peaceful and relaxing place to help us get ready. For IM spectators, the location is ideal. It is (almost) on the race course where the bike/run pass by 8 times. And for the rest of the trip, we loved the decks with the gorgeous views over the lake and the private dock where we could take a swim and hang out. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed - every pot, pan and basic condiment we needed and even a blender that really works. Every thing about the place just felt well thought out. On top of that, the owners are super nice and helpful. We highly recommend this place.

Serenity & beauty inside and out!

"Pristine" is a very good word for this lovely property! My husband and I joined my elderly parents from Texas to stay the first week of August to enjoy our reunion as well as plan my mom's end of life decisions, and yes, to also have some fun! Darilyn and Paul were super to work with on arrangements, and answered my many questions very affably. The pictures above represent the place well. First morning, we ate out on the lovely spacious deck while breathing in the beauty and tranquility of Lake Coeur d'Alene. and watching the various birds busy at the feeders Lovely! I was hooked! The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the deck at various times of the day and night---amazing view! So beautiful and peaceful! The beds and bedding were extremely nice and comfy, we always slept well. Inside and out, all was very clean, tastefully done, and well supplied, and invited sweet companionship. We made rich family memories during our stay at the home as well as a few places about the area---like nearby Roger's for ice cream and burgers, the Olympia Greek restaurant (very authentic), plus downtown strolling, shops, and inside and outside restaurants. Also there is info in the home of local happenings---so, we went to a free concert right downtown in a park -lovely African music the night we went. All of us would definitely recommend this lovely home and would come again. The only thing we would have liked better would have been two full baths instead of 1 1/2 bath, but we managed quite well in spite of that. I cannot imagine ANYONE being disappointed in this idyllic place!

Absolutely Beautiful!

We enjoyed staying in this comfortable home very much. We were three friends enjoying a ladies vacation and had a spectacular time. The home is quite lovely and furnished very well. The beds were comfortable and we just felt so much at home. The best part is the view--we could have sat on the deck all day and just soaked it in. We also hiked on Tubbs' Hill, walked on the path by the lake, took the lake boat cruise, and had a great dinner at Cedars--a floating restaurant. This has been one of our favorite trips--would come back in a heart beat, and we would stay right in this wonderful home. LOVED IT!

A little bit of heaven!

What a great home! The deck is fantastic and when we were at the house and not out exploring, we spent most of our time outside on the deck enjoying the view of the lake (and a full moon). We saw deer around the neighborhood every day. It is a peaceful, quite street. The home is very well taken care of, clean and well stocked. Beds were so comfy. I was a little worried when I was selecting the house it might be on the small side since there were 5 adults (me, my husband, three young adult 'kids') but once we arrived I had no concerns. The house worked perfectly and there was plenty of room and we never felt like we were in each other's way. We used an extra mattress floor pad which was pretty comfy too. We had friends bring their boat by one afternoon and tie up to the private dock which worked out really well. We enjoyed the Hiawatha bike trail as well during our stay. Thank you, Darilyn and Paul, for opening your home to us. I would recommend this home and we hope to be back!

Right at Home

A fabulous rental property. The pictures do not do it justice. The owners have gone to great lengths to make this rental feel like home. They are great to communicate with and give you all of the information you need about the area and details on the property It is fully stocked with everything you need and I mean everything. The views are spectacular. it is close to town and other activities. We would rent this property again without hesitation. Thank you!! It was hard to leave.
