Beautiful Home

Sailfish Villa checked all the boxes for our two families with young children. We loved being able to walk to the aquarium and nearby farmers markets and events. The home felt spacious and comfortable even with eight of us, and the layout was perfect for shared dinners and game nights. Ringing in the New Year in Vaca Cut was absolutely magical.

Family vacation

Property was immaculate and as described. Check in was easy and property manager was friendly and helpful. A wonderful stay and highly recommend!

Wonderful Vacation

This was the perfect property for our group of 12. We had a wonderful stay there and the dock and pool were definitely nice to have. Meredith is an awesome property manager and was very quick to answer any questions we had.

Key West with friends

The property was very clean and the location was beautiful. There was a pool there that we paid extra to heat - well worth having it heated. The property manager was easy to work with.

Clean and well-equipped

We had a wonderful stay. Our children loved the games, ping-pong table, hammock and pool. We saw a manatee and several small sharks from the pier. It was a perfect rental to come back to after a long day of exploring and adventuring around the keys.

Gem in the middle keys

Great location, fantastic layout for a large group or families. Manager is super easy to work with and the property was spotless. Very relaxing to just chill and watch boats in the cut and convenient to all the keys have to offer. Will definitely return !

Great Vacation, Great Company to Book With!

100% Recommend booking this property with this company. Meredith could not have done a better job helping us find a rental property, and also she was glad to help with anything during our stay. The property itself was perfect. We had a full house and still felt like there was plenty of space. Lots of good food and boat rentals nearby! Thanks!

Family Vacay

We stayed as a group of 12. Six kids, six adults. It was wonderful to have our own pool and the fishing off the dock was awesome. I have never walked into such a clean house/hotel/condo. We loved everything about this property and our stay.

Fantastic home on vaca cut

The property was perfect. Don’t be afraid of the current as long as you dock against the current it’s no problem. Definitely recommend this home for your next Marathon vacation.

Did not disappoint

Beautiful clean property. Loved the view. A few glitches with internet but everything else was tip top.

Family Vacation

We stayed as a family (11 people total). The home had plenty of space for all of us to not feel overcrowded. Plenty of pool/beach chairs/floats/toys/coolers provided which was a huge help with small kids! Meredith was very attentive and wonderful to work with during our stay. We're looking forward to staying with Pineapple Properties again!

Perfect Week

We had a fabulous week in the Sailfish Villa. One of the cleanest rentals we have ever rented! Meredith was absolutely perfect to work with and very quick to respond. The property is gorgeous, spacious and the perfect home base while in the keys. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching all the wildlife. We will definitely rent the sailfish villa again!

Florida Keys Family Vacation

We loved our time with our children and grandchildren at this property. The home and pool area were every bit as nice as described. Everything was very clean. Property management responsive to the couple of questions and needs we had. This property was perfect for our family of 10. Enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets! Nice central location on the Florida Keys.

Marathon 2022

Plenty of space for our family and the private pool a major plus since we had 5 children 6 and under. Docking the boat was easy plus the view of both the gulf and ocean were spectacular. Sunsets and added bonus

Great House!

We had a great time at the Sailfish Villa with ten in our group (four adults and six kids). The property was just as described and provided plenty of amenities. We had a great time swimming in the pool, fishing off the dock, and looking at the plethora of marine life in Vaca Cut. The location is fantastic, as you're easily able to access both the upper and lower keys. Meredith was also very responsive and helpful during out stay. We'd definitely stay again!
