Fritzie at Town Creek began as a 19th century German stone home and has been thoughtfully expanded and modernized into a large, luxurious and charming home by one of our local custom builders. Whether you are getting ready for your big day, a night out on Main or relaxing after your wine country tour, you will be happy you chose Fritzie!
Our open floor plan main home hosts five bedrooms and a fully stocked chef’s kitchen complete with ice maker and gas range. One of two master bedrooms, the downstairs master is ADA accessible and opens to an Ipe wood screened-in porch that spans the length of the home. The upstairs master includes a Juliet balcony and an attached office/workspace that can be used as an extra vanity area perfect for your group stay. Our air conditioned indoor/outdoor game room and upstairs apartment are located in the guest house which is connected to the main house by a covered breezeway.
Fritzie’s secluded outdoor oasis overlooking Town Creek boasts a large pool, sun deck with high end lounge and dining furniture, covered outdoor dining area and gas fire pit seating area. The entire property is blanketed by a Sonos speaker system you can control with a touch of your favorite smart device.

House Rules - No Smoking on the property. No pets allowed. Please do not access the basement or the Town Creek Natural Area. Additional House Rules are contained in the Rental Agreement. Please enjoy our sound system at a reasonable volume. We want to be good neighbors. We ask that outdoor quiet hours be observed from 9pm to 9am.
Essentials - We provide a few essentials to make your stay comfortable. Our aim is to provide the items you need to for one or two nights depending on the numebr of guests and your usage. Items like toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and k-cups are provided in limited quantities. We recommend you bring additional items as required or pick up your requirements at one of Fredericksburg's local stores which are linked in our guidebook. For a detailed description of items we provide, please feel free to contact us prior to your stay.
Fritzie at Town Creek is your personal retreat for the length of your stay. We are available by phone or text for anything you may need. Fritzie is located 1.5 blocks from Main Street and is a short walk from a number of local restaurants and shops. We are close enough to walk but far enough to be the secluded retreat for your relaxing stay!
