Bay front in Beach Haven Terrace-3 boat slips, game room tons of new renovations

Bay front property in Beach Haven with 3 boat slips. 7 minute walk to the beach.

Four Bedrooms, 2 baths. Brand new deck over looking lagoon and bay.

Recent renovations with extended great room, deck, refurbished kitchen with new island, cathedral ceilings, staircase, central AC/heat, flooring , lighting , paint and many more.

This year both bathrooms have been remodeled with new carpets, doors and paint in all bedrooms. This is in addition to last year's new game room with attached bathroom was added on the ground floor next to the patio. The game room has views of the bay and include foosball, , ping pong, darts etc.

Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping LBI has to offer.

Please make a note of the following:
1) You are welcome to use the boat slips but please do so at your own risk.
2) Due to current pandemic situation we will not be providing linens and towels .
3) 6 beach badges will be provided

There is a sailboat and Jetski (not part of the rental) docked in the slips. Please do not attempt to board them, they are monitored through cameras
Due to shallow waters and boat traffic there is no diving or swimming allowed near the pier and the boat slips.
Climbing on the roof is prohibited and monitored through security camera. It is extremely dangerous and will also damage the roof.

Great location just a short walk to the beach, extra beach items to use along with a cart to carry them, clean, additional air conditioner for upstairs bedroom, well stocked with the basics, 8 of us fit easily and had a fabulous time. Would definitely return

Beautiful Sunsets

The house was great for our party of eight. Living space and kitchen are large and comfortable. Amazing views of the bay and sunsets. All in all a great stay on LBI.

Fabulous Bayside house

We had a great stay at this house. The location is about 10 walk from the beach, right on the bay. It meant schlepping beach stuff, but also the most beautiful sunsets. Plenty of room for 2 families with young kids. The kitchen is gorgeous- but if you are driving too lbi and plan to mainly cook (instead of eating out) consider bringing a favorite pan and chefs knife. The kitchen is stocked, but the pans and knives are 'well loved' . Great experience and we hope to return!

Sunny Fun House at the Beach !

We enjoyed a fun family vacation in this lovely house situated right on the bay. The views were spectacular inside and outside on the deck & patio. The house had everything we needed and it was very clean. The location on the water and so close to many restaurants was great. We enjoyed the bakery and the Ice Cream store almost every day ! Communication with the Host was excellent and he made everything easy. Also , there is a bonus play room with ping pong, darts, etc. which my adult children and husband thoroughly enjoyed. We just had a great time and I would definitley rent this house again.

Clean Comfortable Quiet 😊

If you can't afford beach front, this is the next best site...on the bay. Kids can fish and crab in backyard. Very clean. Open living space with high ceiling and lots of windows. Good size bedrooms and baths. Also very easy to contact the owner. He responds immediately!!! And is very helpful and polite! That is why we chose this site 2 years in a row.

Everything was great!

Property was great. Location was good. Sunsets were lovely. Can walk to a couple different restaurants. Pretty close to fantasy island / bay village. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect Family Getaway

Amazing bay views from the kitchen and main living room. Great neighborhood with coffee and restaurants in walkable distance. House was extremely clean and everything was in working order. It is worth noting that the 4th bedroom is actually a loft without a closing door, but this actually worked out great for our family and kids. Host was attentive and accessible throughout our stay. Definitely recommend if you want a great time at LBI!

Amazing Location for Vacation!

This gem of a newer rental is unbelievably nice for the cost to stay here! Great location on the island near so many restaurants and shopping ! So close to the beach you can walk over from the bay side easy! Amazing neighborhood for those that like to walk around endless views of the bay. Was easy to access all we needed in the kitchen, rooms were very comfy, house was so relaxing and has so much open space for little ones to play in. Decor wasn’t super kid friendly but was easy to put decorations up away from tiny hands. Would of loved one more closet or pantry for food storage as the cabinets were packed with all needed items for a fully functionally home which was super appreciated too as the kitchen had great newer appliances! For the views of the Bay alone would come back every year to enjoy this special spot! Highly recommend and owner was super friendly and great with communication prior to coming and throughout the stay with a breaker tripped he knew before us and had it all taken care of after a big storm hit so thankful for his diligence in all he prepared for the house !

Less than impressed

Our 10 day stay started out poorly. The trash and recycles were overflowing and not enough cans or lids. We had a major ant problem that was handled Monday and that was effective. Kitched cabinets were musty, some broken. We used disposables all week. We were advised by the owner not to keep food on the countertop ?? However there was no where else but the floor: I suggest additional shelves as counter space is limited. Each time we found a problem, considering the money we spent, I commented ‘this is less than ideal’ Fortunately we had great weather and good sunsets which offset the house’s shortcomings.

The renter reported the ant issue on Saturday, professional pest control was sent to the house on Monday who addressed the concern as confirmed by the renter. Pest control professionals also confirmed that ants are common problem at LBI and can show up at anytime and can also be addressed very quickly.The renter was only advised not to put the food out until the pest control was able to spray on Monday. Garbage pickup dates were shared with the renter and are also posted inside the house. Garbage was picked up by the township as scheduled. The renter never reported any issues with the kitchen cabinets. They are exactly like the pictures posted.There are no broken cabinets, all cabinets were refurbished recently.. Therefore not sure about the comment related to that. The outside garbage was left in very dirty condition by the renter which required extra cleaning.

Great family stay

We had a great stay with our family 5 adults and 3 kids. Owner was very responsive and updated to the house made for even more space for us To enjoy. The sunset views from the rooftop deck were amazing! We hope to rent again next year!
