Amplia y hermosa casa, construida en 2004, se sienta en 1 acres en los majestuosos pinos del Bosque Negro del Norte de Colorado Springs. Se cuenta con un balcón con vistas al bosque y tiene suficiente capacidad para 12. Sólo una media milla de la carretera, es el Fox Run Regional de Park, que cuenta con dos estanques, una glorieta, grandes praderas para la práctica de deportes, dos áreas de juegos infantiles, dos senderos por el bosque para hacer senderismo y una pintoresca vista de Pikes Peak.

Usted está seguro de estar cómodo en una de las cinco habitaciones, la sala de estar bien iluminado o la sala de estar sótano. Su espíritu competitivo cobrará vida en la sala de juego donde se puede disfrutar de un partido amistoso de ping pong o al baloncesto tiroteo. Si prefiere que, llevar su juego exterior y jugar un juego de aros en el 24 'x 30' de tenis en el aire fresco de la montaña.

Summer Escape

We loved our stay in Colorado Springs. The home is very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed the peaceful location and watching the wildlife. Fox Run regional park is nearby and we enjoyed the playgrounds and hikes. Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and activities. The owner was very helpful and always responded quickly to questions.

Perfect house and amazing hosts!

We needed a house to accommodate 3 families celebrating my parent’s 50th anniversary, and it was perfect! The house was spotless, fully stocked and we loved the location. Misty checked on us and we had no issues during our stay. We loved seeing deer in the backyard and the kids wanted to go to the beautiful park down the street every night. Hope we have a chance to stay in your beautiful home again!

Family vacation

Our family got together for a family vacation, and this was the perfect place for that. Plenty of room for six adults and six children. It is close to all the fun things that kids and adults like to do. There is nice large kitchen for cooking dinner.

Was a great house in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were always within an easy drive to whatever attractions we were headed to. Only downfall, and that didn't turn out to be that big of a deal after getting by the learning curve, was the traffic on I-25.

Perfect home for us!

We had two families of 5 and this house was PERFECT. Comfortable, beautiful, and very spacious. If we come back we’d never stay anywhere else! Misty always responded quickly and was incredibly helpful.

Close to Airforce Academy

Very nice house located in pretty, quiet neighborhood! We were in for parents weekend and it was very convient for all activities. LOVED the deck in the morning for coffee and evenings to relax. Beds were all comfortable and lots of room for our multi generation family to spread out and have their own space!

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was a rainy week so we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard and large deck as much as we hoped but there was plenty of room for my husband and I and our four kids plus some of my extended family that stayed with us. Only a quick 30 min drive to all the touristy Colorado Springs spots. We had a wonderful family vacation and enjoyed staying at this property.

Relaxing Get-Away

This is an absolutely lovely, warm, welcoming, beautifully decorated and very well equipped home! Our week-end here flew by much too quickly. Our family's basketball and ping pong contests in the downstairs game room were very entertaining. The location is extremely convenient for touring the sights in Colorado Springs. We loved the close proximity to the Air Force Academy!

Huge home perfect for family gatherings!

We stayed in this home for parents weekend and it was perfect! The home is immaculate and has plenty of space for everyone with the five bedrooms plus huge open basement. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit, the ping pong and frisbee golf. The kitchen was spacious and everyone loved the crunch ice machine. The beds were very comfortable. We had deer visit the home daily which was always a fun treat.

WONDERFUL Experience!

We LOVE coming back to this beautiful home! This was our third year enjoying the warmth, comfort and peacefulness this lovely home offers to those who are fortunate enough to rent it. As a family, we always look forward to basketball shooting competitions and ping pong matches in the downstairs game room. This home is beautifully furnished and truly a treasure. We will definitely be back! :-)

Wonderful property

This was a wonderful home for our group! It was within walking distance of a fantastic park and the home itself was quite roomy and provided lots of entertainment for our kids who range during in age from 8-21 years. It's a bit of a drive to the touristy attractions (30 or so minutes to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, etc) but they are all a straight shot down I-25 to get to and none of us minded the drive. The owners were fantastic and the home is immaculate. We highly recommend!

Perfect family getaway

It was the perfect house for the range of ages in our group (2-68). The kids loved the outdoor and indoor games. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, pans, etc which was great since eating at a restaurant wasn't something we wanted to do given the pandemic (although plenty of restaurants nearby). The location worked well - regional park just down the road and less than 30 min drive to Garden of the Gods and zoo. Misty was super communicative and responsive. It was one of our best vacation rental experiences.

Wonderful home

This was a beautiful home for our family ina quiet neighborhood. We have 3 daughters in their 20’s and two are married so this gave us each our own room and plenty of space. We love playing games so enjoyed the ping pong and the basketball court. Misty and Eddy are wonderful hosts and are helpful with any questions you have about the area. They are quick to respond. We felt it was an easy drive to everything we wanted to do. The park down the street had beautiful view of the mountains.

perfect for large family

Overall the home was perfect for our family and close to the wedding we attended. There was 1 small glitch. The refrigerator was acting up and after the first day there was a continual noise coming from it. The owner had called to make us aware of the problem the day before we arrived and could not get a repairman in before we got there. Luckily, there was another refrigerator in the garage and we were instructed to unplug the refrigerator in the home if it became unbearable - and it did, so it was a little inconvenient to keep going out into the garage while cooking. Other than that we had no other problems and enjoyed our stay.

We have been married for twenty-eight years and God has blessed us with four amazing now adult children. This is our personal home which we rent while camping less than 15 minutes away. You will see that the home has our pictures and some of our belongings in the bedrooms. There will be ample space for your items as well.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We purchased this home when it was in the initial ground-breaking phase from the custom home builder who was building it as a spec house. We loved the open floor plan, the proximity to Fox Run Regional Park, the beautiful treed setting, and the quick access to so many things. We love it here and we think you will enjoy it too! In 2020 we took the home through an interior remodel, using the services of our initial builder. Over the last few years, we have also been updating the exterior, including windows.
