This 2 bedroom unit offers tremendous value with it's beautiful modern, new finishes, proximity to the beach, and how well it is equipped. Kamaole Beach 2 is just a minute walk from the condo. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Maui Banyan is located across the street from Kamaole Beach 2, a scenic family friendly beach. The resort has 2 pool areas, tennis courts, and BBQ areas. Located at the South end of Kihei, the condo is close to golf courses, shopping, restaurants, and a number of beautiful beaches that are ideal for swimming, boogie boarding, snorkeling, or just relaxing.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a great place to stay (our 2nd time at this unit). You may find less-expensive places, but this one is clean and well-maintained with the ideal location. Literally a 5 min walk and you're on the beach. Food nearby and not far from the highway. A couple of things would have made the stay better (note to owner): a swiffer broom for sand removal, a corkscrew, and instructions for the washing machine. A chair in living area would be nice as well. Also, there was major road construction directly in front of the property to repair a huge sinkhole. The road was closed causing a several minute detour - would have been nice to know prior to booking. Yes, we would stay again, but there are more affordable options nearby.

The Maui Banyan is one of the best places to stay in Kīhei with great amenities and well maintained property.A203 was a very nice place to stay as it is close to the pool and the beach. It was well stocked with beach items. The kitchen had most everything we needed. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The sliding door to the bathroom came off the track and the towel rack above the toilet was broken but these were minor issues.

Had an amazing time. Close to the beach and since we were out and about it was nice it was clean and orderly so there wasn’t much to do just upkeep while we were there. Great property.

This condo was magnificent. Our family of six were very comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked and everything worked great- no problems. The location was excellent- literally across the street from the beach. We’d love to return here !

Beautiful Maui

Very enjoyable stay. The unit was perfect for our needs. We loved the location for easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants and stores. The complex had great amenities. As others have mentioned, the beach chairs could be replaced as they are not in great condition. A perfect get away with our family and friends.

Great family trip

Maui banyans was beautiful. Matt and his crew were very attentive. I would definitely stay here again. I do believe this property could use some more towels and cups and utensils for the studio portion. Everything was fantastic.

Thank you for being our guest and glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. The unit is equipped as a whole, as the studio side of the condo is shared with the main side of the unit. The majority of the supplies are stored in the main portion of the condo, rather than on the studio side.
