Perfect location

Everything about this place was perfect! If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be staying here! Condo was fully stocked with everything we would of needed. The owner responded within seconds. Great place!

Nice place on the beach

Beautiful condo and decorated perfectly. Only complaint is the sliding door track seemed really dirty and the balcony needed pressure washed. Just needs a little TLC otherwise we loved the place!

Great place and location

If you want to be at the beach, then this place is for you. Please note that there are a lot of stairs to get into the place and it is an upstairs unit with additional stairs to the 2nd bedroom. Very spacious and includes a nice refrigerator, all of the pots, plates and utensils. Easy short walk to the beach and has a very nice clean pool. The only knock on the whole place was that the pool chairs and railings could use to be cleaned and/or painted. Lots of restaurants and grocery store close within 5 miles. Easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again.

Frustrating

Booked a 6 day stay, was given one normal garbage bag and 1 dishwasher pod to use for all 6 days. We brought to the attention of the owner, I was told that they would not provide more. Hot tub was not working, information on the location did make it hard to find our room, laundry room along with not being told there was a wash station to clear off sand just off the beach, although we were told we would be charged for excessive sand in the room. Poor communication present with owners and needed to call VRBO several times just to gain access to the building.

Perfect stay

A great location and condo for a week at Space Camp. The host was helpful, responsive and the stay was an A+. This was our second stay at this bit and looking forward to next year.

Great stay and a SpaceX launch!

My husband and our two kids enjoyed our stay! Very close to the Kennedy Space Center complex and right on the beach. Only negative is the lack of comfortable furniture in the living room. There are two futons but I really wish there was at least one actual couch. Otherwise, a fun stay and a great place to watch a launch if you are lucky enough to be in the area when one is scheduled.

Great condo, clean, & just steps to beach & pool!

This was our second summer stay in this great condo. It has excellent working AC, comfortable beds, 2 nice bathrooms, & a decent kitchen. It is in a quiet corner of the complex, yet just a few steps to the pool & beach. The owner was kind enough to supply us with 2 brand new beach chairs & an umbrella at our request. The kitchen is bare bones- so bring all of your own paper goods, trash bags, dish soap, sponge, etc. if you plan to use the kitchen for more than coffee & toast. There were no bath towels when we arrived, and the owner had them delivered asap. We appreciated the extra efforts to make our family’s stay great!

Royal Mansion

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo unit. Wonderful location close to a great sandy beach as well as access to a pool and hot tub. The condo is a few miles away from the busyness of Cocoa Beach yet only a short drive away, which was perfect for us. Condo unit is stocked with all the basic supplies and the condo owner is extremely quick in responding to messages/questions. I think the only thing we wish it had been stocked with is a few portable beach chairs.

Royal Mansions is wonderful!

My family and I had the best time at Royal Mansions! Our suite was beautifully decorated and cozy. We felt very at home here. The pool and hottub are wonderful! Great places to eat nearby! We fell in love with Cocoa Beach to say the least!

Great mini vacation!

We were able to rent this vacation rental for a three day weekend. Very convenient to the port as we went out on fishing charters. And we’re not on the boats it’s directly on the beach ! Beautiful and clean! I cannot wait to vacation in this condo again
