Resort Style 2BD/2B Townhome with Ocean Views and Pool!

2BD/2B Townhome located in Royal Mansions Condo Resort located directly on beach. Short ocean walk to Jetty Park and Cocoa Beach Pier! Townhome features ocean front views from large balcony, living room and bedrooms perfect for catching the sunrise or rocket launch. New furnishings, Smart TVs , Beach Gear, W/D, and Kitchen stocked to prepare meals. Enjoy the sparkling pool, lounge chairs, hot tub, outdoor grills or private access to beach. All you need for the perfect Florida vacation!

This is a multi-level condo. You must use stairs to access the front door. From there you'll go up a flight of stairs to the main living area. This will provide access to kitchen, living room, main bedroom/bathroom and outdoor balcony.
Follow the next set of stairs up to the top floor to access the second bedroom/bathroom.

Both bedrooms feature a queen sized bed. We have a pull-out sofa sleeper in the living room.
The bathroom on the main living area features a walk-in shower. Bathroom on the top floor offers a walk-in shower and tub/shower combo.

Beach and space center vacation

We had a great stay. We spent a day at the Kennedy Space Center, just a 30 minute drive. The condo is conveniently located for beach access. We got up to see the sunrise over the ocean every day. It was a good stay!

Proximity to Kennedy Space Center

We brought our grandson to the Space Center for a few days. Condo location and proximity to restaurants was great. Great communication with owners!

Beautiful location on the beach at the Cape

We enjoyed our stay overall, and didn't have any major problems with the property. It does need a little updating (appliances are rather noisy, no hairdryer, and the beds aren't super comfortable), but the place met our needs for this work trip - attending NASA meetings and rocket launch - and a bit of R&R at the beach.

Well equipped Unit

Had a lovely stay in 1311. Only wish is that were pool umbrellas still - hard to enjoy the pool area without shade.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The only thing I did not like was the amount of stairs. If you or someone you will be traveling with has knee issues, please be aware there atleast 3 flights of stairs to climb to access the main living area.

Girls Beach Vacation

The unit was clean, inviting and had a warm comfortable feel. We felt right at home. Communication was top notch and very much appreciated!! I would definitely recommend staying here and when I travel back to Cape Canaveral, I will definitely be looking to book my next stay here!! 😎

Beach condo

Nice place. Had a great time. Condo was very clean, had a nice view with everything you need. Our only complaint was that the hot tub wasnt very hot and the jets weren't working. Kind of bummed us out cause it was cold and we really wanted to use it. Other than that everything was very nice. Owners even left us a nice bottle of wine. Thanks!

Month at the beach.

Royal Mansions is a very safe place to stay. Easy access to pool and beach. There are 16 stairs to climb to get into the condo from the parking area. Inside there are 10-12 stairs to climb to get to main level then another 10-12 to get to second level. If stairs aren’t a problem it was a great place to stay. The condo is nicely furnished. The hosts are very responsive. There were no problems with noise from other guests next door. The pool was not as clean as it could have been but enjoyable. The beach access is great and the beach was enjoyable and semi-private.

This Unit Has Everything You Need

I can’t say enough good things about this Unit! The host truly thought of everything…. For example, I left my box fans at home and was just going to buy some. I didn’t have to, there were already 2 there. There were also beach toys and chairs. It’s the little things you forget that were already there. To me, that means a lot. Thank you!

Nice peaceful place on the beach

Very convenient to the beach and the condo is cozy. The only issue we had are the beds are like rocks and need to be replaced. We had to go out and buy a mattress foam cover just to get some sleep. If they replace the beds I would certainly suggest coming here.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this property. The unit had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again in the future. The hosts are great to communicate with and even helped get an item returned to us we had left behind.
