📌 Other Things to Note
NOTE: This condo is located in a vibrant area of Puerto Vallarta, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and nightlife, all just steps away. Thanks to the double-pane glass on most windows and doors, guests typically enjoy a comfortable indoor environment. Still, on some evenings, you may notice a bit of ambient noise from nearby venues.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.

Renters must be at least 25 years old. Not suitable for children.
Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. 
Beach equipment, including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

The check-in process was quick and efficient! I’ve stayed here a couple times and will book it again! Love the location. Yes, some noise at night on Friday - Sunday nights! The condo is as listed and the staff are so friendly! Makes my trips so enjoyable’

Little Slice of Heaven

This condo was a little slice of heaven…spacious enough for two, comfortable king size bed, plenty of towels, two beautiful swimming pools, and did I mention clean? Nestled in a bustling neighborhood, walking distance to the beach’s and boardwalk with plenty of bars and restaurants. We’d highly recommend!

Great condo, energetic location.

The condo is well maintained and has everything you could need for a pleasant stay in PV. Including some thoughtful touches such as shampoo and coffee for your first morning. In the building the multiple pools and public areas ensured that you never felt crowded.The property management team was very helpful and accommodating. This was our first time staying in Zona Romantica so we were a bit surprised by the noise level at night. The one recommendation I would make is bring earplugs if you want to sleep at night since the neighboring clubs are quite loud and the festivities continue until 5am most days. Once we got earplugs we were able to sleep well and the location was very convenient.

Beautiful Condo

Love the layout of the condo. Has a great balcony facing the ocean. Pools and facilities were awesome. The people that work the front desk were incredibly helpful. We will be back!

Beautiful Condo, Excellent Location!

The condo was beautiful and had everything you could need. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Having the two bathrooms was very convenient. The pool areas are very nice with great rooftop views. The location cannot be better. No hills to climb and within a short walk to the beach and to many terrific restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend this awesome condo!

A Wonderful Stay In PV

We could not be happier with our stay at the Colorful Condo in PV. The condo was accurately described in the listing. It was safe with a great security staff, clean, and spacious for two. We loved the extra full bath. The water pressure was outstanding.The only drawbacks were that the Wi-Fi seemed to be very slow for us. We tried to venture out a lot, so it wasn't a big deal. If we had to do some work while there, we would have reached out to management. Also, as a couple, we generally prefer more privacy. We found the bathroom design in the bedroom a bit unusual, as there is no door. There is a frosted glass door to the toilet room and one for the shower.The location was perfect for us - a few beach days and a trip mainly focused around nightlife and food! So many great restaurants and taco stands in the area. The cabarets (Palm, Cocos and Act2) in the neighborhood were so fun. We saw a total of four shows. And took one walking food tour. We really love Old Town even with its bumpy sidewalks and loud music.Guests should be aware that there might be loud music at night (and into the early morning) in the heart of Old Town, but it didn't disturb our sleep. The bedroom was very comfortable.We loved the building and the pools. We hope to stay here again on our next PV escape.

Great place

I’ve stayed at the Pavilion property a number of times and I’ve never been disappointed. Rooftop pool and spa is great and the location is in the heart of everything.

Amazing Location, Fully stocked condo, killer rooftop pool

This condo could not be more perfect! Everything you need, and I mean everything, is provided! All equipment worked perfectly and is either brand new or darn near brand new! Honestly, think of it, the condo has it. Coffee machine, blender for your slushy drinks, tons of glasses/cups/plates/bowls, cutting boards and knives, towels for a dozen people.. I mean everything! Right from the start, the experience was wonderful! Booking and communication was smooth, fast and always professional. Upon arrival the hostess was waiting at the front desk and took us to our room and showed us the quick stuff - like the fact that the fridge had filtered water and an ice dispenser built in to the door - so helpful! then we got a tour of the rooftop. This room is on floor seven and we had very little street noise. We come from a quiet town but with the patio doors closed, we couldn't hear anything during the day. Yes, you DO hear the clubs at night, but it's minimal AND the condo comes with a noise machine (something we already use when we travel). Short story: 1. Smack dab in the middle of DOZENS of fantastic restaurants 2. Ten minute easy walk to beach 3. One flight of stairs from the roof 4. Crazy awesome rooftop for chilling a whole day away (how about a beer fridge right there for your "beverages" :) This condo is a perfect 10/10. I have never been anywhere more perfect and I absolutely can't wait to return!

Beautiful condo with lap pool

This condo is beautiful. What a convenience to have a lap pool to do my exercise daily. Since this building has a roof top pool too there are no “floaters” to interrupt you laps - they are all upstairs enjoying their pool and hot tub. Gym is basic but has beautiful views . It is extremely noisy at night all night with clubs surrounding the building. We brought a sound machine and had no problems sleeping - suggest you do the same.

Great Experience

I have stayed at the Pavilion several times. For me a great location and very nice building. My Condo was just as presented and would definitely stay there again. Property Manager Sonia was fantastic. Communication was immediate and she made my stay so enjoyable. Cheers!

Outstanding service and property

We had a wonderful stay at the Pavillion. Communication with the property manager was easy, prompt and always helpful. The staff at the Pavillion were always welcoming and friendly with smiles. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. The club noises were not an issue for us. We heard them but with our music playing during the night, we slept perfectly. We stayed 45 days, once a week we had cleaning services which was greatly appreciated. Location could not be more perfect. Easy walk to the beach, Romantic Zone, Centro and so many fabulous restaurants. We will go back to this property.

Great place to stay in old town and no hills!

We really enjoyed our condo and the building and hope to come back! It's centrally located so walking to anything on either side of the river or beaches is easy. It has the typical sights and sounds of being in the city so expect that. Nicely designed modern building with a wonderful rooftop pool and terrific management.
