Guests sleeping on the living room pullout on Friday or Saturday nights may hear nearby music. The condo is best for guests who want walkability, beach access, nightlife, restaurants, and a comfortable place to recharge between outings.

Other details to note

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.



You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.



Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old.
