Hi, We had a great time. the stay was great. it was clean and simply up to date. perfectly as expected. our only down side was ant problem in the kitchen which kept us from using the counters. Thank you!!

Great stay for a ski trip

Our group of 6 slept comfortably in the bedrooms. The condo has a nice layout with great views of Loon mountain. Excellent location. Parking for two cars, but overflow parking is available at the Village of Loon lodge down the road.

Modern Condo with Mountain Views

Clean, comfortable, modern appliances, perfect size (3 floors!), great view of Loon. So easy to get back and forth to the mountain to ski. Highly recommend.

Nice place, great location

The location was great - across the street from Loon. Pretty views of the mountain. The condo was nice and clean, partially updated. Layout was good for us with a master on third floor and 2 bedrooms for the teenagers on the first floor (so we couldn’t hear them). A few small additions would’ve made the place better: the kitchen was pretty well stocked but missing a few key things like cooking oil and cutting boards; No tissues; cozier bedding; better pillows; extra towels. Also it should be noted that the indoor pool and hot tub area is about half a mile away, and not safely walkable after dark. teenagers on the first floor.

Do not rent!

When we arrived, we got settled and then we were going to Watch TV. In the welcome book it said there were two TV remotes and one of them apps On it! There was only one TV remote so we could not watch TV for two days because the app remote was missing reached out to the manager and told her that I wanted to speak to the owner. She gave me the owners telephone number and I called her.! She said the remote was there When they left. She said she would try to send somebody down with the remote.! Finally, we searched everywhere. It was in between the couch cushions.! Also, the track lighting had five lightbulbs and only one worked. I asked her if we could change the lightbulb and she said no the truck lighting hasn’t worked in a while. Not a good answer for me.! When we searched vrbo It said the place was air-conditioned. When we went downstairs to the bedroom, there was a portable air conditioner Had a hole in the back for a vntto outside But no Ventos! Owner said that it was a dehumidifier. Very unhappy with this rental! Would not recommend this place to anyone

Great ski spot

We very much enjoyed our stay! The property is well appointed and well laid out, and the bus over to the mountain is super convenient! Great communication through evolve - we will be back!

Nice place in a great area.

Overall had a great time at the place. Great amenities and was well equipped with everything I would find in my own home. The Lincoln area was a great town with plenty of places to try out.

Amazing Mountain View!

This was the perfect mountain condo. It was directly across from Loon Mountain, able to wake up to the slopes! The amenities were great for the kids, loved swimming in the pools and sitting in the hot tub. I would come back here year after year!

Great view, but very disappointed overall

We had high hopes for this property but am sorry to say we ended up being very disappointed. The location seems good, on a hill overlooking the entrance to the ski resort, with a great view of the slopes, but in the end it was actually a real headache to get there and back. The shuttle bus was very slow, and not that frequent, and it was too far to walk with our equipment. Parking seemed a good bet, but the carpark appears to fill up very fast, which means back to being on a shuttle bus. We did not feel we got it right, somehow. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch, and made the place feel cosy, but overall the property felt rather unloved. There was an ancient CRT TV in a cupboard upstairs, an old and grimy toaster oven in a kitchen cupboard, plus various other random bits and bobs. Which all just makes the place feel a little 'junky'. The insides of the kitchen drawers and cupboards were really grubby. I am wondering if the cleaning teams are just not given enough time to give the place a proper deep clean after each set of guests? When we came to tidy up to leave, we found all sorts of grim things under sofas and beds, including someone's tooth, sweet wrappers, hairs, and a piece of chewing gum stuck to a skirting board. As I say, it really doesn't feel too well taken-care-of, overall, which is sad as it could be a great property. When we came to get into bed on our first evening, we were upset to see that the bed looked slept-in. The sheets appeared not to have been changed: they were rumpled, stale-smelling and littered with tiny hairs and bits of fluff. One of the towels was very stained, and there were long dark hairs on the kitchen dish towels. The property itself was clean, so maybe just the laundry is an issue? The bedding throughout the house is that very cheap nylon-type stuff which my kids hated and complained about. I expect cotton bedding would cost more, but it would be so much nicer in a property like this that's clearly marketing itself as being high-end. When we arrived in the dark there was no grit or salt outside, making the path and entranceway lethally slippery. It feels as though salting could be done as standard at a ski resort. It would have made the carrying of bags and suitcases much safer. No heating had been left on, so the property was very cold when we arrived. Having said that, it did warm up fast once we go it running.

Great place to stay with friends and kids of all ages!

Great place to stay with friends and kids of all ages! We had such a wonderful ski weekend at the condo. The multiple levels with perfect we’re having groups of different kids. Oh kids and adults had spots to hang out. The kids loved the independence of the shuttle service over to the mountain. Are the amenities were so fun! The kids enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and the arcade. The condo itself was clean, welcoming and charming. The management company and owners were extremely easy to work with and made the check in and check out process very accommodating. We would absolutely rent again and recommend others do as well!
